Alive & Grateful

Recommended Posts

 Brief introduction --  long-time practitioner of breath arts, if you will. Returning from an 11.5 year escapade of alcohol debauchery

Taught Chi Kung over 20 years back in a gay health club. It was an amalgam style, if you will.

Been diagnosed with a Kundalini rising two years ago. I thought I was either re-born or WTF! I was near two years sober at the incident.

Jumped back into chi kung training - may travel to Asia for first trip since 2001. Had training in Thailand; Bali; Timur and Java in past. On meditation, chi kung, and esoteric practice.

Peace/Paz

Hello dukuhitam, and welcome to the forums!

Glad you found your way to us, I think you'll find a few people here who have been in a simlar situation and who are generous about discussing their experiences. Best of luck to you :-)

Please take the time to read the two posts pinned at the top of this Welcome page and take a look at the forum terms and rules. This covers all you need to know when getting started.

For the first week you will be restricted to ten posts per day but after that you can post as much as you like. Also, until you’ve posted fifteen times in the forums, you’ll be a “Junior Bum” with somewhat restricted access and will be allowed only two private messages per day.

Good luck in your pursuits and best wishes to you,

SC and the TDB team
