No method, no repetitions. Everything is obsolete.

And one day the Student of Life will ask his so called teacher: "What are all these methods and repetitions for, when what I seek is prior to all method and repetition?"

What is sought after is already there, in all it's wholeness. What is required is simply to concentrate fully on this one eternal moment right here.

A laughing and a contentment arises.

Out of that, we create our Highest Spirit/Mind. But we do not create our Highest Spirit/Mind in order to find the one Absolute Truth. Because this is not how it is going to work. I am sorry everyone. Sorry not for me being me but for all the suffering that all teachings and their misunderstandings have brought up, in terms of rediscovery one's eternal nature.

My aikido sensei used to say 'Everything I teach you is a lie, but a necessary one'.

He'd also have parts of class where he'd say 'I don't want to see any technique'.

There were important lessons internalized in 'no technique' training, but I don't think a beginner would have understood them.
