Hi, have been on and off here in the last few years, always picked abstract user names and couldn't remember any of them! So this time I went for a simple one, Metteya, simply meaning loving kindness in Sanskrit. Also a kind of a restart for me as I've been learning to let go, not be selfish and to help and love others recently.
Have trained in about thirty different types of Qigong now and am working towards creating a set routine of practices each day from the best of those and learning different healing modalities (this bit is totally new area!), hopefully even with a distance I can help people who need it on the healing sub forum.
