Hey Bubbles, I'm sure some of us might be able to practice a little bit later, what time would like the session to be at? We can do an opinion poll to see who is available at the time you propose. At the moment only a few of us are practicing online, that's why there is only one timeslot, but the more we are, and the more difficult it's gonna be to organize the session at the right time for everybody, and in this case other timeslots will be created. It's just up to everybody that is interested to give me his availibilities and I'll try to work something out that pleases everybody. Best, Aurélien Best, Aurélien

Thank you so much Sifu Terry for all those very precise commentaries, I'm going to try my best to correct all those little imperfections =). Really looking forward to progressing. I noticed as well during the recording that it was a particularly good session, in the energy I felt, probably because I knew I was filmed so I tried to make it the most perfect I could, which I don't always do when I practice without a video recorder. So I have to be even more careful when I practice just for myself. I will take an online session with you one day, if you allow me to. Did you get a new camera? Have a good day, Best, Aurélien

what's the name of the meditation? monk wiping the sweat off his foredhead, and blowing his nose? I'm just joking, very well done =) hope you won't be upset with my stupid joke. . I made a video of MSW1, I made it while practicing long distance with Pitisukha.I noticed at the end of this meditation that my left hand was a bit contracted, and when I looked at the video when I raised my arms, they were not always centered, a bit unbalanced on one side. Hello Sifu Terry, Yeah it sounds good for a first session. Which sequence of FP meditations do you think we should do for this one hour session, I was thinking of starting with standing ones (30 min), and ending with sitting ones (30 min). Any advice? Thanks Looking forward to it, Aurélien

Hey Leif, Glad somebody finally answered =).Okay so we can try to plan a first session, for now on you're the only one that gave me his availabilities. What do you think about doing a session from 12-13 PST this week? Tell when you would like to start. Aurélien
  25. Flying Phoenix Chi Kung

So I just moved here what I wrote in the topic for the flying phoenix events topic, Hello guys, So this part of the forum will be used to set up future flying phoenix group sessions. So I think the best way to do that would be to create groups for each continent : 1st group America; 2nd group Europe+Africa, and 3rd group Autraslia+Asia. I suppose that most of us practice either in the morning or in the evening sometimes both. So because of that it would mean that the 1st group and the 3rd one, should be susceptible to find timeframes that suit participants of the two groups, For the 2nd group it's gonna be more difficult to find timeframe that are compatible with the 2 other groups unless there is a midday early afternoon session for Europe+Africa (2nd group), which is something more feasible during the week end. Secondly where you from guys?, do we have practicionners from the 3 groups, it would great. This is just an idea, we can try as well to see the availabilities of everybody, and see if we can make groups from the schedules of each one of us. But for this I need everybody interested to tell me, with his availibility. So I start : Oreothecookie 10 am-1:30 p.m (California time let's take this as a reference) and so it's the time between which I can start the practice, it doesn't include the time of practice. Looking forward to it Aurélien
