How do I get on the ignore list? I feel left out! Does my posts lack so much that they are ignored, so I don't make the list? I also want some attention. -
This is the second thread where teaching of Mo Pai is offered for free, followed by the seekers being publicly rejected. See the trend?

I can readily admit I never payed attention to it. To many other factors affecting my practice. -
A really big turtle and four rather large elephants. They sat on the globe so it wouldn't roll of their backs when they carry it. Didn't you learn anything in school?

See? Is this the real you, and the rest is a weird joke? Or is this the joke and there is a serious practitioner of DrewHempel Pai out there, behind the mannerism? -

I'm sorry Drew, but this is not a good commercial for your method. Hope you can get someone more stable to vouch for it in the future. -

When are the moon's forces strongest during its phases?

In this thread, practitioners of advanced methods have expressed concern when you write about your experiences. In many traditional systems, those symptoms would be a sign that something have gone awry, not that the practitioner have advanced. But there are more things to take in consideration. You quote Drew a lot, and claim to follow his teachings. The way you are describing this could be sincere, it could also be an attempt to make a huge joke at his and the forums expence. Someone comfortable with scanning you, after your permission, could tell the difference. But truly, some of your posts do come of like you have emotional issues, adding the big font doesnโt help the situation. On the other hand, you are complete right. TDB quickly turns nasty, criticism comes quick and hard. An advice? If your practice gives you symptoms and ideas, question the practice. That the first thing to do, always. -

Come on, I invoke the right of the reader of posts. I demand a definition of internal energy that binds together physics with traditional chinese thought. In short words.

And in the chinese internal arts, Internal energy is defined as......?

If I recall right, you asked for "showy" moves for that video? And what can be more showy and recognized than the old one finger chan palm move? Everybody have seen shaolin, in one way or the other. I guess, if you did a similar one now, the even more recognized one finger mudra "golden phoenix tail feather strings bow" would be in it, slightly hidden so the mods wouldn't see it. No, wait, that would be if I posted a video. Sorry.- 242 replies

The expansive state is very important. For a lot of reasons.

You can do both natural and unnatural things while standing. Some versions of standing are demanding on your system, in which case an improved diet, lifestyle changes, and moving qigong might be a better way to start. In my experience, standing rocks.

That was not directed at you, there is a thread devoted to the subject though. And as many threads, it goes awry.

Shaolin master Dejians version of Chan talk about this also.

Celestial Master deification of incarnated Lao Tzu and the Great Yin
Mudfoot replied to voidisyinyang's topic in Daoist Discussion
This thread still leaves some questions unanswered. Did the Celestial Masters practice standing shaking methods? Did they correllate this to the trigram Thunder? Maybe I should ask JAJ? And, not the least: @qicat, may I scrape off my mudfeet on your carpet? -
