I eat less than ever, so thats not it. Problem is having no large colon and only an S Pouch(and it is an awkward shape). I am medication to thicken my output, their are side effects to the medications I take; so with a combination of the shape of my pouch and the over thickening of my output. So a 5 hour stint is not because I enjoy the solace of the 'throne' but because of the aforementioned details, the shape though is a big part of the problem. And yes sree, there is a large deposit - what would you expect for a 5hr 'dump' ! That should answer detective sree's interrogation over why I spend so much time on the 'throne' !!! Accuracy sree, are you trying to call me a liar ? If so come right out and say it. I am telling the truth, and how you choose to respond is your responsibility. As for a friend sree, you are not. You are someone I engage with when I come to this forum. You appear to be questioning my honesty, which is rather poor form as us British like to say. I tell my story and hope it may be of some use to people, and if anyone is worried about bowel cancer(if you are bleeding from the back passage make sure you go see a doctor)they can PM me. I will try to answer any questions relating to bowel cancer - in confidence. It took me ten years of bleeding from the back passage before I saw the doctor, and if I'd left it any longer I'd not be here now. So please if you are bleeding seek medical advice urgently. The first time I experienced this was when I was 18 or 19 and on a 5 mile training session, around midnight. I had just turned left onto a long 2 miles road adjacent to a golf course, the scenery was beautifully magical. It had just been raining and their was that 'just rained' smell which I like. I was running hard and just enjoying feeling of gliding over the pavement. And then I became the road, the trees, the air that I was breathing; 'I' simply vanished. 'I' was NOT doing anything. The step son was 18, and had come back from a night out in a drunken state. I was in bed when he stumbled into our bedroom in search of the toilet ! I struggled out of bed to help him to the toilet, bare in mind I'm just out of hospital and can barely walk - I was in constant pain, in a beautifully miserable place. I stood outside the bathroom to make sure he didn't fall down the stairs as the drop is sharp. He came out and I put my hand on his shoulder to guide him towards his bedroom - and thats when he punched me ! My response was automatic. A brief skirmish broke out and he re-entered the bathroom and broke the sink. He was out of control and the police(ex wife rang them) were called and he was arrested. I'd never seen like this before, it wasn't a nice sight ! If his punch had gone into my abdomen I'd have been in serious trouble after my two operations in that area. My Invisible Helpers I believe intervened and averted a serious situation. The step son has been what one can call a problem child, disliked by most of his blood family. He stole from his uncle who was running a market stall and was struggling financially, and also stole from my two brothers when we were on a mini road trip. He also kicked his Gran ! He also picked on his own sister, hitting her for no reason; one night whilst I was out and my brother was babysitting the stepson went into his sister's bedroom and slapped her for no reason(maybe he picked on his sister out of jealousy because she was 'my' daughter'- his half sister). So he didn't do himself any favors ! At school he was a problem child too, he drove one headmaster to utter despair. We supported the headmaster and school and were mystified as to why he was such a problem child, he was loved and spoilt by his Mum. But his Gran did warn me about him before I married his Mum, as did a few of my ex wife's brothers; they thought I needed my head testing ! A tune to mark the occasion ! Stosh, you been perusing the 'Society Sucks' thread ! Our conditioning begins in the womb. And it doesn't stop. We 'perform' like robots a lot of the time, we react to situations based on the level of conditioning we have been subjected to. We also have a lot of in built automatic reactions. When my step son punched me I automatically hit him back. The situation escalated. I was co-author of this, and it was badly written on my part. If I ever find myself in a similar situation I would not react in the same way. Due to meditation and self enquiry I have deleted many harmful downloads, and this is an ongoing 'project' for me. I have become more sensitive to the needs of others, and before engaging in conversation try to keep my words true, and if I fail I simply try again; no guilt or self condemnation. I am able to sit in my chair and enjoy the beauty of a blue sky, or an overcast sky. I also talk to my favorite tree. I enjoy what Life is. I don't like the word dying as their are so many harmful viruses connected with it. I have seen friends lose the plot because they view the death of a loved as a tragedy, and they wallow in their grief. Some have been in the wilderness of grief for years. It is sad, but it is 'what is' and so it is perfect for them as they are Life unfolding. From a young age I have known their is no such thing as death. Before I read any books I just knew. It is a transition. What has unfolded before my eyes during my 50 + yrs has validated this. So I am prepared for my transition, and practice my bungy jumping technique often !

Monsanto are being evicted from many countries due to people power, some governments are listening to the people. In Europe Monsanto are in big trouble ! But this is very rarely reported in the controlled media, so don't expect to read about it or see it on the Idiot Box. There where marches against Monsanto worldwide but it wasn't reported in the controlled media, or was watered down if it was. So their is good news out there, I find a lot of good news on Facebook, and yes I know the truth behind it - that its a monitoring tool; but we've been monitored for years. I refuse to live in fear and will post whatever I feel will be of benefit. Government corruption can be overcome. The people of Iceland have shown us how to do it. But has it been reported in the controlled media ! We the people outnumber the politicians and corporate monsters(Monsanto, BP, McDonalds and Nike to name but four), but many don't realize this wonderful fact. Here in the UK apathy is major problem, however there are small pockets of resistance appearing all over the country. People are working together against the coalition government due to the Bedroom Tax and welfare cuts affecting the unemployed and disabled, so their is some good news coming out from these latest attempts from the government to crush the not so well off. Sadly the suicide rate has sky rocketed due to the aforementioned cuts, and recently a grandmother of 53 killed herself because of the Bedroom Tax - her benefits were reduced by UK 80 Pounds a month, which left this lady with hardly any money for food. In the UK there are Food Banks for the low paid and people on welfare benefits - yet the Houses of Commons food bill which is paid for by the tax payer came to 5.8 million UK Pounds for the year ! The benefits and perks of being an MP are endless, such as second homes being paid for - the PM is renting his house at 6,000 UK Pounds a month while he lives in number 10 Downing Street. Most MP's/Ministers are millionaires. When people wake up to the fact that they do have the power to bring about change then it will happen, and their is no need for a violent revolution. We need to stop doing the dirty work of the parasites in power. Soldiers need to put their weapons down. The police need to realize that they are also being used to further the political agenda. No trickery required. Just life unfolding furthering the adventures of 'what is'. We are all waves of an Infinite Ocean, all connected, yet all having our own unique experiences. At death the consciousness bids farewell to physical realms and returns Home, for some their may be a few diversions on the Way Home. Tom Lin, he was in mid flow talking about 9/11 being an inside job and was using tins of beans for the towers to illustrate his point. He then said to the audience he needed to catch his breath and so he went to sit on the table he was using, before he could sit down he collapsed to the floor - dead *! Before he died I felt the temperature rise to the point were it was unbearable, and soon after Dean was dead. I did notice a very well dressed elderly man sitting in the row in front of me but on the left hand side of me, he fell asleep during all the other talks but not Dean's. When Dean was giving his talk the elderly man opened up a briefcase, which had remained closed up until this point. Coincidence ? I don't believe in coincidences ! Then he disappeared. The conference, Probe International, took place at the YMCA Sports Center in Lytham St Annes(still does), has been going for a number of years; it was run by a delightful couple Sam and Jean, now its just Sam as his wife Jean left her body last year(or thereabouts). Dean had been saying to Sam and Jean that he feared 'they' were after him. His home was also broken into either before his death or after - can't remember. Cheers, much appreciated. We attended similar events in th UK, and were involved in one major conference which was a hoot. We then ran a group which met monthly, and then my health pulled me away. I know what you mean though about it becoming monotonous. Also it can be a negative experience, due to the nature of the talks and the negative people that attend. At one conference we attended, one of the speakers died shortly into his presentation, Dean Warwick was his name; he had been telling people he felt his life was under threat. Namaste, gentlewind
