  1. Free Will/Choice?

Yea, we really do outbreed our own hatred, ignorance and stupidity quite amazingly as a species. Now if only our collective wisdom, compassion and foresight could catch up.
  2. At this point, to me, it feels like Reagan was the tipping point of our cascade into free fall for inertia that started with the creation of the federal reserve bank and the military industrial complex...
  3. Internet mysticism

    lol thanks... that was timely
  4. The Tao of breathing

Hyperventilation from my understanding, is rapid, shallow chest breathing that is not conducive to much aside from getting light headed, where as deep, intense, warrior belly breathing, (from the diaphragm) is what is being utilized in these practices. This was how it was explained to me when I asked that question regarding Tummo.
  5. practice is cumulative there are no accidents there are no mistakes
  6. Free Will/Choice?

free will is negligible to non-existent to me in any real way. what I used to consider to be choice, I now recognize as a predictable response to conditions beyond my control.
  7. Perspectives on Narcissism

I don't care what you think about me... I don't think about you at all. Jack Nicholson
  8. Perspectives on Narcissism

This realization helped me so much in not taking the world, or how people act, so personally.
  9. Healing trauma

When I get to the point where I release it, I consider this functional healing. When I release the self reminders about it, when I release the desire to relive it, I experience healing. When I release the story that has grown in association with the act, that I retell, to others which perpetuates the energy pattern of the event, I experience relief and increased awareness of the only real thing... now. How one gets to the point of releasing is not one path, but any...
  10. US Mid-Term Elections

Seriously... Sometimes I shake my head and marvel at the sheer power of our fertility to outpace our stupidity.
  11. US Mid-Term Elections

I've been reminding myself about the fact that average IQ is 100. and half of the world is below that...
  12. US Mid-Term Elections

    great freaking question...
  13. We are ALL inherently evil...

exactly... again I'm reminded of morphic fields and their influence on our actions as mammals/birds/fish. like these starlings... murmuring their way through the sky without a single collision. This cannot be accounted for in action/reaction. Cohesive, unconscious herding.
  14. We are ALL inherently evil...

Our unconscious programming and impulses herd us quite effectively I think...
  15. Perspectives on Narcissism

My wife was raised by narcissists. These fuckers are no joke and do massive damage to those around them. Their knee-jerk response was to abuse her mentally, physically and emotionally whenever she interfered with their desires. The worst part for me is the unconscious aspect of it. Projecting all of the problems and sources of discomfort outward onto those around them. Narc's are to be pitied and avoided in my world for now. Healthy distance. And sometimes a restraining order...
  16. We are ALL inherently evil...

I can understand believing what my Mother said about god and christianity and what culture crammed down my unconscious gullet to a point. But upon reaching the age of reason, it was absolutely a forgone conclusion that I would utterly reject the religion I was raised under. stupifying to me that either of the big two have the following they do...
  17. Evidence of Reincarnation ?

Reminds me of morphic fields. Templates that we grow from...
  18. Everyone post some favorite quotes!

The problem with internet quotes is determining their veracity. ~ Abraham Lincoln
  19. Li Ching-Yuen

Thanks for adding that, I didn't notice that bit. That's compelling.
  20. 'Just do it' vs 'imagine'

yup, I hadn't thought of that in particular, but that's the gist.
  21. 'Just do it' vs 'imagine'

I prefer sensory visualization. rub the area and stimulate it, then use your mind to recreate that stimulation and go with the feelings generated thus... until the actual thing gathers inertia and then the model is dropped in favor of the experience.
  22. We are ALL inherently evil...

Edison was a coarse, belligerent, conniving thief. Adding animal torture to his list really takes it over the edge. Head shakingly sad.
  23. unapologetically, outspokenly, proudly evil. he's due to reset very soon
  24. We are ALL inherently evil...

It's a sad way to view the world, but I know I have definitely been in places in my life where I agreed. Thankfully, one constant of life is change.
  25. I am a rainbow warrior to heal the earth.

I'd like to hear about that crystal...
