  1. seems like this is exactly what Grandmaster P was doing, but then as Ralis said... this quote is so short and out of context... it's hard to pin it down to anything beyond subjective interpretation.
  2. Whats in a name?

then of course I hear Robert Anton Wilson in my head saying... nothing is... and no things are... insofar as connoting a stagnant measurable essence at the core of said thing... nothing can be stated to be any is, or are, when alive, only in death can an essence be attributed with any hope of accuracy, prior to that, the malleable nature of reality and things precludes any definition by use of the words is, or are... it makes the statements following/including those words meaningless in any real sense...
  3. Whats in a name?

a person is three things who they think they are who others think they are who they are
  4. I work forms in a limited way when I take my son swimming. The pool can be a bit busy, so I can't completely relax into it. One of my favorites is g-tummo sublimation breathing and upon the complete relaxation/exhale, to drop underwater and floating during the sublimation. The flow of water and the flow of air seem identical, aside from the change in medium and the speed of flow, the characteristics are the same.
  5. What are you watching on Youtube?

whoa... that's going to need to settle a bit... that's a deep one. *deep bow* thanks...
  6. Yup the bold is what I was driving at based on his statement.... I hadn't considered the part about imagination, or the babies just being part of the maya. That's tasty. and the last sentence... is going to be outstanding to fall asleep to tonight... *deep bow* thanks Brian.
  7. Error 413 when posting

Thanks for checking that out. I suspected as much. No doubt I'm a picture freak. I have 55,000 of my own pics on my hd, and triple that amount in downloaded photos. Now I hear myself talking to my then three year old son... "use your words."
  8. Error 413 when posting

I faced this problem as well. Could not find a solution. My experience was that I had to, over time, continually decrease the size of my pics. Started at 1mb when it said 2 was the limit. Now I can't post anything above 18kb very odd.
  9. What the hell is the abyss anyways?

Na, I was there a couple times as well... and that I believe is called the dark night of the soul.

  11. MH17...

haven't watched broadcast tv in a few years. best decision ever. now about that internet... that must be true, it's written down right?
  12. What the hell is the abyss anyways?

Twice I have experienced what I would call the Void. It was the utter lack of anything, light, objects, anything. It was lightless and from my tiny ant-like perspective, it seemed infinite and while there, I felt hopelessly cut off from any form of life, concept (other than myself), or world/experience that I have ever experienced. It was complete isolation. It was terrifying. After a few minutes of terror, I popped back into my body and proceeded to throw up. It's been explained to me that I was experiencing the void between dimensions. (shrug) I don't know. But it sure qualifies for what I've heard as descriptors of the Abyss. I had another experience with it later. That did not involve fear of any kind. That time, I became aware within the Void but almost immediately, far off in the distance relative to my position, a small window like opening appeared and in moments I effortlessly moved to and through it, into one of the most intense waking out of body experiences I have ever had. A lengthy experience and vision of healing and rejuvenation that changed my paradigm instantly.
  13. MH17...

the drive to power is psychotic and aggressive in nature, without that, you either don't get to the top, or you don't maintain your position for long. the game is fixed, until that human impulse, ceases.
  14. A buddy of mine and I were just talking about the 100 monkeys and morphogenetic fields as you posted this:)
  15. I see them as toroidal fields, perhaps they are more akin to Haramein's white/black holes, or Hawking's grey holes...
  16. The decline and eventual fall of the USA as world superpower?

  17. I can just imagine the abstractions and worlds he inhabits in his mind...
  18. Thanks, you picked up on something helpful for me. The core of the conversation is right in line for me, it's semantics and personal worldview/definitions that I'm caught up in. Bucket, container, storage all have triggered a fundamental aversion reaction. So I sat down to see why. This aversion seems to be tethered to the 'artifact' view of the world that comes from the abrahamic paradigm that I was raised with and has flavored the definition of the concepts of containers that were created by some artisan and thus are not processes but artifacts. The process within the container is never stagnant, nor is the container itself: is what I'm hovering around and my own personal definition of the words bucket, container etc are causing me to somehow project an unchanging bucket where that was neither intended nor implied in the topic. Simple nudges, at the right time, changes the entire flow. *deep bow* thanks mate
  19. again I'm reminded. there is no such thing as normal. only people or things you don't know very well yet...
  20. wow, that's commitment to avoiding folks. In my head, I just saw him answering the dean as to why he sawed the bottom of said door to allow people free food distribution. well numbers are perfection and people... *shudder* they're just filthy...
  21. I don't see anything as stored. everything is synthesizing and changing... storage connotes stagnation and non changing, which to me is not possible
  22. scholars tend to have full cups in my experience
  23. the analogy is crude and does not allow for the myriad of processes that take place as the energy passes through the system. certainly from a perspective, I could be seen to be storing energy for a time in much the way as say the sun holds many photons for eons as they work through the system prior to them escaping the corona and passing out to light and heat the surrounding universe. I balk against the bucket image of people as energy vessels, it doesn't account for the dynamic process that the energy flows through as it passes, alters and manifests changes while passing through. even the hose metaphor is crude for this, as it's not dynamic either... perhaps a tributary pulling in from various conditions perceived as external and releasing energy that has synthesized in process and then releases out to the oceans bucket and hose are just easier and in the mornings my self can be a lazy one
  24. Fascination

    love... it's metaphysical gravity
