I use reverse osmosis/filtered spring water, but use distilled as well and vary it up in cycles. Nothing scientific just vary it up. Really love to add some lemon and cucumber to the water and let that alkalize a bit.

Really good distinction. My wife and I have a very active fantasy life; not just sensually either. Many aspects of our mental lives we share deep adventures and it adds so much depth to life. We strive to be open and exploratory with each other, to follow each other on these long winding fantasy adventures... and many of them are acted upon and enjoyed thoroughly. However, there are some things we share that are only viable as thoughts and the understanding is that should we attempt to act on them, would put us into a world that would be incongruent with who we are.

Agreed. I don't get the sense that when society was matriarchal, things were balanced and fair either. When we step beyond the swinging power play pendulum and co-create a society where individuals are free to act openly as their nature dictates, then perhaps things of this nature will fail to manifest.

I agree. Talking about men as a group and women as a group is a process of projected self-fiction. The only thing that exists are individuals and each is unique and will not fall into any neatly defined grammatical definition within the conversation. While it can be entertaining/ or infuriating, it's a process of projecting personal fictions based on what your subjective definitions are, rather than some all encompassing definition of reality. Semantics rules this conversation along side of personal projection.

Nope I'm not exaggerating in the slightest. The direct experience I'm talking about was in the late 70's. I'll never forget it. Haven't experienced the firefly thing though... that would be magical.

I used to love football. Took a long break in watching it and when I returned, it was a bit shocking... it's flopball. So much fishing for set piece, it's really excessive... nonetheless, some of the goals have been pretty. Hockey has it right on the whole flopping issue.

I went through a period (some weeks) where my Yong Chuan was crackling with energy and intense heat. It was bearable but really intense. Really felt like someone plugging live wires into my bubbling well and lighting up the bottoms of my feet. As soon as practice ended, it would subside into a buzzing sensation for 20 minutes to an hour or so. This was several months into starting daily practice again after some years off... I put it down to opening channels and clearing blockage. These days, it's a pleasant buzzing that reaches up the legs in various channels... -
tricky stuff... I much rather find a partner who cultivates and circulate the energy between us... no loss there, it's amplification.

From what I sensed in my working with trees is that they are engaged in Qi and Nei Gong continuously, they are not just waving in the wind... And as far as I can tell, they welcome the work when anyone takes the care and focus to join in.
