I get a sense of what you're saying here and I agree that meditation and shamanic trance are not usually the same, but there have been realizations that have opened to me: vajra moments in meditation and in non-meditative daily life, that involved a visual element, that served to release blockage and bondage within my expression of self.

I feel if there are gods, they are gods to me based on how I interpret what I perceive. My face was bald for about 14 hours once in the last 20 years. I shaved it on a whim. I walked out of the bathroom and Mrs. Thunder said "!Grow that back right now! My God what happened to your upper lip? You have no upper lip? Grow that back!"

I tried to add a few pics to a reply and each was rejected as being too large. Looking down I saw that the upper limit to the file size I could upload was 18.27kb Is there a cap as to how much data in pics we can upload? Or is this a temporary glitch?

Yea, I always use the advanced loader as the other has never worked, added hundreds of pics on the site, but can only use the advanced option, all others say that file extension is not allowed. So I'm always adding pics in the thumbnail appearance manner via the advanced options. I have tried everything I can think of, except to use my wife's laptop. I'll give that a test later and see how it goes. It's an odd puzzle... very very odd.

Deja Vu has a couple options to me so far... it's either a road maker letting me know I'm where I'm supposed to be or my short term memory is full and the brain uses long term to store the moment so it feels like it happened before...

" I have these odd things take place with my system from time to time... like the font oddity I had for months whereby all of the script in any forum I visited was bold.

yea, nothing I tried to upload was bigger than 133kb, says my limit is 18.27kb... rebooting must be it, odd glitch.

it used to be 2MB, then 1, but 18.27 is smaller than... well pretty much precludes any picture I've got...

I dig optical illusions. They are such tangible pointers to the places where our senses break down and are inaccurate. I don't see any color.

I see oscillating geometry frequently

I've been voluntarily bald for years now... just shaved it one day on a whim. was an actor for years and had to fuss over hair endlessly... lol, bye hair. now it's wash, rinse, dry in 15 seconds. Besides, few things are as orgasmic as stepping into the shower, or diving in a pool with a freshly shaved/cropped head, or having Mrs Thunder randomly roving her hand over my fuzzy dome while we sit and read... Funny thing this topic just reminded me of: I was into swimming in high school and was gifted. I remember the coach and teammates trying to convince me to shave my body to decrease my times... "um na, I'm fine with those milliseconds thanks"... One day Mrs Thunder says she's going to join me and shave her head, then keep the Annie Lennox crop.

I'm all for allowing things to stay natural. Never been into the highly coiffed, underage mimicking behavior. Took a while when we were first together, but eventually convinced my wife to stop shaving her body and let the makeup go at least when we weren't performing or auditioning (most makeup has an unpleasant smell to me). She grew up in Germany so it wasn't that difficult as she'd had some exposure to natural appearing women. She'd let up on the shaving through the Winter, but would shave for Summer and bikini time. Where I really dug in deep and fought diligently was against her exploration of getting a breast augmentation while in the middle of her acting career. She was appearing regularly on one of the soaps and thought it would help her to the next level... decade or so later, she took me out to a nice dinner and then said " thank you for being a reasonable voice at that time, I'm so glad I'm still just me" Me too... me too. Personally, I find the hairless, shaven gals to be an annoyingly imposed underage looking.

I love this... it's something I've been doing every time I walk in a park for the last 20 years or so. Started when I moved to NYC and would be growling at all the garbage, so I just got into the habit of bringing or finding a bag and filling it up as I walk, then drop it in a can and grab another one... once a woman saw me doing this and exclaimed "Good for You!" and without missing a beat I replied..."nope, good for everyone".
