how about arabic? I'd like to start an arabic community about taoism sometime, you could also check the ip's and make them into a chart to see which languages to include. I bought it for around 10$ near the end of 2006. it was much more organized than the site but the content was the same with a little extra. he also changed the title to let it pass through customs.

I bought his CD some years ago and it was like a backup of his site, it contained a lot of images and charts which were completely useless to me and only seemed to try to create scientific documentation for those who want it. when it came to actually teaching "chi kong" he only included a small section with little description and details and useless pictures. the only thing i liked was the herbs he recommended near the end and his justifications to pursue this practice with regards to energy loss. The fact that he alone replied to thousands of questions and almost left no question behind is a testament to me of his energy. I checked his review of the book "relaxing into your being" by B. K. Frantzis and he said it is what helped his breathing practice.

Hi, I've been reading a lot and have collected a ton of books and videos and am willing to share and discuss anything. I like "alternative" medicine, spirituality and organic agriculture. I put quotes on alternative medicine because it should be (or is) the mainstream, primary medicine. I found this site while searching about John Chang's video. I drag the icon of the page from the address bar in firefox and drop it on the bookmarks toolbar. that way I have quick access to that certain page in the thread. (but for some reason, bookmarks from the toolbar do not show up when I search my bookmarks so sometimes I have to bookmark the page with ctrl+d as well but I only do this for long term keeps and if my toolbar is overloaded)

The allegorical meaning behind religions sounds very plausible to me, perhaps they were connected to morals by humans to prevent a negative event. But Abrahamic end times are clear that no one will survive and everyone will be judged, but the location of heaven and hell are not clear, in the islamic version the sky will collapse and the earth changed into another earth.

is there a yoga class near you? I would join one if there was, they usually have physical exercises called asanas and a portion of meditation like the corpse pose, hatha yoga is the common one but you can at least find someone experienced and learn more about the other types.
