During that course we walked around as a warm up then did lifting the sky and carrying the moon several times around 20-30 I think then we ended with quiet standing at the end, some had spontaneous movements it seemed, Wong also talked and lectured. and we did that for 2 sessions a day 2 hours each session, morning and evening. I attended 2 days out of 3. But the 3rd day I saw them from the hotel window doing the same thing. For me those exercises were limited and not very beneficial. perhaps the course was not for me to begin with but I decided to attend after reading his site and course description, I cannot make an accurate judgment unless I formally study with him for longer which wasn't an option for me. My impression was that the instruction was a bit lacking, but I don't blame him when there is 60-70 people from around the world attending the course. The tours felt unnecessary for me and added hecticness to my stay, and I didn't like the food there because it was too spicy, MSG and sodium levels were probably over 9000. But I really liked the coconut stands which are abundant and cheap. The problem was the supposed charge of 1000 euros, it's a good thing that it is by satisfaction only, I appreciate Wong's arrangement in that regard. This is about the "intensive chi kung course" not "18 lohan hands qigong". That I am showing different versions here does not mean that his is fake. That I had a negative experience does not mean that he is fake. What worked for me was kunlun and hand seals. I might make videos of them later. @Baguakid If you attend would you please tell us if the movements are the same as in Garcias version? also tell how the course was.

Reducing the sex drive of a sex offender
Desert Eagle replied to markern's topic in General Discussion
isn't that almost everywhere now? especially with fluoridation and vaccinations? most socialist, authoritarian, dictatorships, and absolute monarchies have these social control measures built in. wouldn't a better solution be to teach everyone chi kung from an early age? -
Reducing the sex drive of a sex offender

so camphor calms them down, cools them down, sexually, physically and mentally. useful for police states. -
I think they would offer a money back guarantee because the course I attended had optional payment, that is no requirement to pay unless you wanted. I didn't pay and dropped half-way and spent the rest of the time as a tourist but it wasn't worth it because of all the costs and arrangements just to be there. I didn't know much at that time, Wong Kiew Kit is one of those more net-popular masters because of his site and books. Now I know that there are many other masters in Malaysia who also migrated from china (just like what happend in Taiwan).

Reducing the sex drive of a sex offender
Desert Eagle replied to markern's topic in General Discussion
directing the energy upward using exercises: shoulder stand, head stand, Uddiyana Bandha, shaolin iron head. using herbs and foods: directs upward: Fo Ti, ginko biloba, basil (long leaf). reduces sexual drive: camphor, sage. Around where I live they use camphor in foods for the prison, university and college to reduce the sexual drive of prisoners and students. Sage combines being aromatic and estrogenic, these two attributes in general reduce the male sexual drive. -
@Baguakid I attended his intensive chi kung course which I didn't find very beneficial. @xuesheng Yes many versions.

Welcome back. 1- Li Jong joined to promote his teaching materials and raise some concerns about the end of the world as we know it. 2- from the Li Jong thread a new thread about preparedness was created by Yoda. 3- another guy got banned the one with the goku avatar and another one called procurator. 4- there is a thread that has a link to a world map where we can place ourselves. that's what I remember for now.

Has anyone tried the Mind Light Nei Gung System by Gary Clyman?
Desert Eagle replied to Yasel4life's topic in General Discussion
Thank you, you have all been supportive which makes me like this site even more. I remember some other things that I read on his website (or his Tidal book) some years back: 1- he said that he learned tai chi from his korean master for many years before his master decided to teach him chi kung almost as an after thought. 2- he said something to the effect that he flinged and somersaulted his students around the dojo using only his energy (just like in the movie Scanners). 3- him posing with what looks like Chuck Norris was posted on his front page. -
Has anyone tried the Mind Light Nei Gung System by Gary Clyman?
Desert Eagle replied to Yasel4life's topic in General Discussion
This is my experience and opinion so you may take it as it is. I remember "Mind Light" being advertised many years ago when I bought his "Tidal Wave Chi Kung" It was not good (Tidal Wave), he was just standing there doing a lot of forced breathing like a HEPA air filter with egotistical visualizations as if his over-bearing personality will force you by the compulsion of the lord to believe in and complete the microcosmic circulation at gary's cue in order to be saved, and it was for 600+ $ and he did not want to refund me. I emailed him politely and he replied with profanities. I was too passive for this and was more interested in finding better instructions, so I took this loss as experience. I tried the breathing of course and it was too lung-intensive and I got pneumonia afterwords. I bought his stuff because it was the first time I was exposed to the concept of "Chi Kung" and I was desperate for resources, I read his entire site (70+ pages) before buying and there was a picture of him posing with what looked like Chuck Norris. It is very unfortunate that this bad example has hijacked the internet domain http://chikung.com/ thus more and more people will be exposed to him and lose a lot of money. And I didn't know about the price of "mind light" then because he hid it, and now you say it's 7500$ for some books and videos ?! He can exaggerate the prices as much as he likes, and given his kind of personality, the prices can reach the heights of 7500$ for some books and videos. You are probably better off spending that kind of money going to David Verdesi and I sincerely hope that you leave Gary Clyman alone and never buy anything from him. Better yet, check out the experienced users of this forum who are probably better off and more developed than this guy. What he teaches is not especially exclusive to him. There are many other teachers who teach similar practices. Please research other options instead of paying that kind of money. If you have no problems with spending that kind of money then you are still better off researching other sources to experience for your self the difference. EDIT: I found this older thread also negative about him http://www.thetaobums.com/index.php?showtopic=1302 -

Lobelia is excellent for anxiety and tension as well as a good lung tonic. Indians smoke it, you can take it powdered in caps. also Linden (AKA Tilo) tea is great for anxiety and stress, it unstiffens the blood vessels and couteracts the effects of tea and coffee. excess salt in the diet contributes to high blood pressure and stress. to counteract it's effects you can take hot water with some turmeric (curcumin) powder, dried and powdered orange peel, and watermelon rind. try having a hot shower then sploshing olive oil around the body then have another hot shower and towel away the excess olive oil, a good amount of it will have been absorbed by the skin and has many health benefits.

Max = Lama Dorje , Master Toledo I think is a different master who is operating that web site. thanks for the reassurance, maybe I'll reconsider traveling there.
-
http://innerselfcenter.com/ Smile posted this link a while back, the site sells some videos made by Max but I didn't find within them any about kunlun or red phoenix (kunlun is in the book, red phoenix is by seminar I think), so I bought the video about the hand seals and mudras because I had the most success with the 9 esoteric seals, haven't received it yet because of slow mail. I have email contact with Master Phillip Toledo who operates from Huston. so Taobums, since there is no seminar, apart from traveling to Hawaii, where else can we find teachers? are they only in USA? I wouldn't want to travel there with it's problems.

How can we survive the coming disasters?
Desert Eagle replied to Li Jiong's topic in General Discussion
I think I read somewhere that at 2012 the sun will be aligned with the center of the milky way where there is supposed to be a supermassive black hole. that is what will probably cause things to happen, I'm not sure though.
