  1. Thank you for that. It's not that I despair, exactly, but a lot of women try to shame me, for some reason. It's...difficult sometimes. I will say I do my best as an omnivore to be a good meat eater. I buy Bell & Evans chickens http://www.bellandevans.com/index.cfm?act=free_to_roam not quite free-range and they only eat soy and corn, so not the best healthwise but the best I can do on my budget. I only buy whole chickens, not parts. I take the whole chicken and first I cook the chicken liver with bacon for myself, then I roast the chicken, skin on, with garlic and an apple. I feed my girls the dark meat, usually eat one half of the breast meat myself, and then make a soup from the skin and bones, breast, wing and carcass meat and the neck and kidneys. I do this every week, and that and some stew meat and some hamburger and the occasional steak tips on the weekends is what I eat. And eggs and kefir and butter, that's what I eat. I try not to waste and I try to buy meat where the animals were treated humanely.
  2. Generally from men the downside I have heard is premature ejaculation. But for women it is very good all around. Glad to hear you are still taking it!
  3. Ask Yoda! I think he's still on my diet. Although sometimes they insist on it! Frankly, I've found in my philandering that it isn't the taking of sexual energy that causes problems. I like to have heart chakra orgasms in the center of my partners' chests after sex, and that's what causes the problems, when you give energy. Then they become emotionally attached. So I've been celibate for a long time. I have such a strong force in the center of my chest, like I have wings. I'm really starting to have an antipathy towards vegetarians, particularly vegans. That reviewer was a vegetarian too. I suppose it's a line in the sand.
  4. The author is me! That's the book I wrote. That's why I posted, to cheer myself up. I'm sorry that the woman started lactating, but it saddened me that she wrote about it like it was some kind of bizarre horrible disease, and of course the stuff at the end stings like the dickens. I'm expecting it's the fish oil.
  5. wtf kunlun god dmnit asjgsjhgfv

Seriously anyone who thinks you can make money selling books is smoking crack! If it's any consolation, I have a bigshot publishing deal with a big publisher and I make even less than that a book. You can make more money with less effort picking tomatoes.
  6. I am back

Not exactly. I was searching for someone who could explain the "why" of male sixth chakra orgasms, so I could find such a man and get sixth chakra satisfaction. This was unexpected, so it's quite an adjustment for me!
  7. How to open Heart Chakra?

I think surrendering to a woman would be the easiest way. Likewise I think it's easier for women to open up their second and sixth chakras by surrendering to a man.
  8. I am back

I should explain my situation further. This is my first taoist physical regimen, unlike the majority of posters here, I would expect. Even though I have the full first course, I had the sense to only do the Wuji standing because I am an absolute beginner. It does what he says it does, it is remarkably rejuvenating--literally in the sense of "make young again." It makes me feel like I am oddly in utero. It also feels a bit like being pregnant, and like I am a tree. However, it also seems to take all my energy and put it into my third chakra. I am used to my energy being at my second chakra (and fourth and sixth). It kills my libido. I am ambivalent about this effect, as I am known for having a very high libido. I give advice about having a high libido, I wrote a book on it, I have been in magazines and on the radio and in newspapers and on television because of my expertise on high libido. So it's an adjustment for me and I have been haphazard in my practice. This haphazard practice is probably why I have not connected to the Xuanji matrix. I am also ambivalent about wanting to connect, which is complicated to explain.
  9. I am back

But you also sent me the Wuji Standing course. I will try to connect better!
  10. I am back

I'm too new at this sort of thing to make any meaningful comparisons.
  11. Sean, Yoda, let me know if this post is okay. It's outright proselytizing. Seeing that I am a witch, proselytizing is not something we do, but I have such a sense of urgency about global warming and the people here are so strong, I thought I would do a little recruiting. I'm not asking people to start believing wiccan things, but I am asking for participation. You can do it just for fun if you like. This sort of spellwork doesn't depend on belief. Witchcraft spellwork is completely dependent on timing. If you want to participate in this, it needs to be done within four hours AFTER the full moon on August 16th (also a lunar eclipse). I will bump this thread up as the time gets closer. Eastern Daylight Time the moon is full at 5:16 pm, Greenwich Mean Time at 9:16 pm. Wait five minutes until after the moon is full to make sure there isn't a clock setting issue--this must be done with a waning moon. It can be done any time within the four hours after the full moon, depending on your schedule. The closer to the full, the more powerful. Write on a piece of paper with a pen (it must be handwritten, not typed) You can add personal items you want decreasing if you like, like losing weight, but keep the list to less than ten items. You can do ritual along with this, although not necessary. However, if you burn a candle or incense, both should be allowed to burn out on their own rather than snuffed, so a candle would have to be one of those mini-candles that burns out in two hours. The final step is right before the new moon on August 30th, EDT 3:58 pm, the timing isn't exact, it could be that morning or something--burn the paper.
  12. Join me in a global cooling spell

Thank you! It's still good for six hours--after that, not so much.
  13. Join me in a global cooling spell

Ten minutes to go. Now Done
  14. Daoist no grain diet

A recent very rigorous study comparing the Atkins Diet to a whole-grain lowfat diet found that the Atkins Diet was healthier.
  15. Join me in a global cooling spell

Tonight's the night, if people are still up for it. 5:16 pm EDT. I will start five minutes after that and write my decreasing wishes down on paper, by hand.
  16. Why Taoism is different

I'm wrong. Before the placenta is up and running, the endometrium (now called the decidua) nourishes the embryo.
  17. Why Taoism is different

I don't want to go against Tao Meow because she's always right, although I'm not sure I am with what I am going to say. I was in sync with the moon up until recently so I guess that counts. But I don't buy the alchemical properties of menstrual blood as eaten. Menstrual blood does not nourish a fetus, the mother's own bloodstream does that and her milk later when the baby is born. Menstrual blood provides a cushion and that's about it. It also provides another way of getting rid of things the body does not want. However, menstrual blood does have one very important alchemical property--in its scent. Men at some primate level are programmed to be turned on by the smell of menstrual blood. That's why it's forbidden, because it represents a woman's power over a man, and usually any sort of charms using it are worn about the body where the body's heat can cause the charm to give off an aroma. Women have two times in their cycle when they are horniest--at fertility, culminating in ovulation, and also the day before and the first day or two of menstruation. The first makes obvious sense, but most mammals have the two tied together, fertility and menstruation. Human females have it separated. Women are most likely to not be very particular about their sexual partners during the menstruation time. This allows them to sample what's out there, so by the time fertility has rolled around they've already chosen the one they want. This gives women power both over men's sexuality and their own reproduction. That's why patriarchies consider it so dangerous and forbidden and "unclean."
  18. Who is /are Max's Egyptian teachers?

Oh dear Lord, get over yourself!
  19. The vagus nerve and the female orgasm

Well, Drew, it seems you have the answers to a lot of my questions. I guess I realized my main question from reading your post. My heart chakra energy can be promiscuous; if a man has an open heart I can shoot it into him. I haven't been promiscuous with it the past couple years because it feels better to give it to someone I care about, but I could be. It seems that male forehead energy is the same way, and you can give it to strangers wholesale. That makes sense, thinking back to some of the hanky-panky gurus have gotten up to, but it is a little disappointing.
  20. Why Taoism is different

Hmm. Well, let me put it this way. I follow Hathor, the cow goddess. I've had a couple somewhat recent liaisons with some excitable men who were a little rough with my breasts and that was enough to start the milk up again. And my menstruation is perfectly normal with regular cycles. Maybe I'm an outlier, heck, I'm probably an outlier, but I would have to have full on milk to stop menstruation. Using lactation as birth control, for stopping menstruation, only works if the mother is feeding her baby nothing but breastmilk and nursing every several hours and I believe once in the middle of the night. Only ten percent of women are physically capable of ejaculation. Less than half of all women are capable of vaginal orgasms, so a woman already has to be vaginally orgasmic, and then she must also have very strong PC muscles. With resistance training and going on my diet, I believe most women can acquire both vaginal orgasmic ability and even female ejaculation if they desire, but it really doesn't have much to do with the man or his technique.
  21. Why Taoism is different

Less than ten percent of women can ejaculate I would think that stimulating lactation hormones would be a VERY draining thing for a woman to do. Menstruation is nothing compared to the important nutrients a woman's body gives up to lactate. Menstruation is simple waste, milk is a valuable substance like semen. Also lactation hormones decrease sexual desire, and I thought that having a strong sexual desire helped cultivation. I thought that was part of the reason to hold off on ejaculating--to build up sexual desire so it rises in the body.
  22. Why Taoism is different

What about women who ejaculate? I think women can lose jing this way just the same as a man does.
  23. K?

Hmm...Tom Robbins told me I couldn't reach full enlightenment without plants, and now you post this. Maybe once my kids are grown! Still too risky for me. Oy, posting before fully awake. TOM Robbins!
