Hmm. I disagree. I don't think women lose energy through orgasm, I think they gain energy through orgasm, with two exceptions--ejaculation orgasms and heart chakra orgasms. Certainly after clitoral orgasm there is a temporary loss of desire for orgasm, and I suppose a case could be made that that is a sort of energy loss, but I think very minor compared to the energy a man loses during ejaculation. I think there may be some wicked men who learn the technique of drawing energy out through a woman's vagina during intercourse, but that must be very rare. I think more common is the man who preys on a woman's heart energy.

I agree with xenolith (except for the crazy 200-300 pound thing--that's insane! ) But I've been a regular over at Thunder's for years, and sure some guys get injured because they don't do the newbie routine properly, or rush into advanced techniques, but the vast majority of men there do not get injured and they do get gains. You can get better advice for that doing a search on Peyronies over at http://www.thundersplace.org As for G-spot stimulation, just turn your partner around, either doggy-style or have her face your feet if she's on top. Voila, problem solved! But Peyronies can have other health effects, so get it checked out.

Dr. Lin is a quack. Check your protein powder and make sure it isn't soy protein. Whey protein is fine. You know my opinion about this whole retention thing. Use it or lose it, that's what I think. At your age you shouldn't retain for more than a week. You gain testosterone by eating fat (and protein and working out). Your diet sounds rather lowfat. How much EPA and DHA are you taking a day? Check the label on your fish oil.

But Taomeow, to make my point further--I was adopted. I went to term. I remember my birth mother singing to me. For that matter, my firstborn recognized her father's voice within a minute of being born. They took her to clean her off and weigh her and she was crying and he spoke to her and she calmed right down. My point is that for a baby about to be born, her whole world is her mother. Everything she tastes is either herself or her mother's amniotic fluid, everything she hears is her mother's heartbeat, or her mother's voice above all else, everything she feels is the comforting tightness of her mother's womb around her, or the friendly caress of her mother's hand after she kicks or when she is restless and fidgeting. The overwhelming experience of a baby about to be born is a dim awareness of a mystical numinous Other Person, and a feeling of unconditional love. The way to both feel that and break down social constructs keeping us from feeling that, I believe, is through sex. I still remember the cloud of sadness that this Presence who was everything to me, disappeared once I was born. I didn't have the normal experience of then seeing her face and being loved by her and fed by her outside the womb. And then of course growing up and being embarrassed by her when I was a teenager, and finally growing up all the way and seeing her as a friend.
