  1. OK, this is the worst advice ever. Stay away from this crap. Messing with your hormone levels by taking these suplements will never help you in the long run. This stuff can only be taken for a while because it interferes with your body's feedback mechanisms that regulate the hormone levels. That is why they cycle this with another junk drug to try and help you recover afterwards. This stuff is intended to help put on muscle. Are bodybuilders known for being great lovers? I think not. Ever seen bodybuilders in your porn movies? Your test levels are all pretty normal. Your problem is probably psychological. If you think you have a mechanical problem with your parts see a urologist. You are nuts to come to a board like this for that kind of advice. People here will tell you all kinds of crap. And by the way, do meditate, and do some qigong if you don't already :>) good luck.
  2. Get a blood test before you just assume low testosterone levels are your problem. It could be completely psychological, or physical, or somewhere in between.
  3. Jerry Alan Johnson

Didn't anyone notice that his so called attackers just walked right into his space? Anyone could maul them. Not very convincing.
  4. Egolessness Cultivation

I just have two short things to say. 1. Any kind of addiction is very destructive. The drugs are a crutch and not a part of the natural way. How can you hope to find and follow the dao if you are high? 2. The kind of irrational panic you are experiencing is said to be due to stuck energy in the middle dantien. But getting external help to get it flowing will provide only hours or days of relief until your own energetic patterns take over and get you right back where you were. I would say go for a balanced approach to health.
  5. So How does One Get Started?

For begining meditation practice I suggest "True Meditation" by Adyashanti....sounds true or the web page of his name.org. Allow everything to be as it is. In the vein of taoism, there is the practice of "sitting and forgetting". Sit with an open (receptive) mind. Allow. Watch. The forgetting is forgetting the self, or self interest. Forgetting self interest probably wont be very popular with most of the crowd here.
  6. I have this dvd and practice it a couple of times a week. It promotes a very good feeling and it almost seems like a ceremony. The music is very cool too. Isn't there a money back guarantee? Anyway, how could any form "enlighten" ? It is pretty absurd to expect something like that from practicing a form.....
  7. Kunlun and computers

If you have an old fashioned crt monitor then yes, they use magnetic fields to move a beam of electrons across the surface to create the image. So anothe magnetic field can disturb the pictuer. Have you ever run a pencil sharpener near an old fashioned crt? The motors magnetic field will disturb the image. But if you have a thin screen, then no, almost impossible...... Are you chewing ice, or something hard while this happens?
  8. Full-Lotus

OK, this is all very strange. With my limited exposure to this sexual daoism practice I thought you are supposed to be without desire while cultivating this energy, and that having personal desire will cause the opposite effect. In all honesty I am not sure if most of this stuff is being made up in some kind of adolescent egotistical game.
  9. Hello

Hello, I am fairly new to qigong and taoism, but very interested. I am a bit surprised by the variety of systems and the commercialism surrounding this practice, which is mainly a spiritual practice for me, but also for health benefits, like reduced stress. My goals from the beginning have been to achieve balance and bring the calm and awareness from meditation into my physical and mental everyday life. Hello
