Hello everybody, I've been reading posts in this forum already for a longer time and have often found very inspiring input here! Now I decided to sign up and join the conversation. recently I started practicing Max Christensen's Kunlun method. I have a small question about this. In his book, Max recommends to let the thinking mind rest inside the heart during practice. Is he talking about the the physical organ here or the middle dantien / heart chakra? thanks for any advice!
