Last night Sifu Terry Dunn was in one of my dreams, don't remember well what appened in the dream.. this morning I've seen in my mail an invite, at 00:34, from Terry Dunn to connect via Linkedin :D Anyway, practice is going well, the muscle fatigue, from keeping arms up and fixed, in shoulder and back seems to very slowly diminish.. Next week I'll add #3 standing (I think is monk holding peach), and #3 sitting.. In days with more free time I plan to do entire DVD 1 and 2 probably in two separated sessions Good healing to everyone

Fu_doggy Thank you for your quick answer!! Eugene Sorry, can't say if your practice was incorrect. I can feel preoccupation of what you think should have already been appened in your practice and has not, been anxious of result can prevent a LOT of things. Most important thing is to enjoy the present when practicing. Probably there is not ONE correct way to practice... Let see what sifu Terry Dunn has to say

Yes is what I've done, I bought the first 3 dvds used on Amazon (need to save money at present...) I'm at the third week following the schedule here http://www.taichimania.com/trainingschedule.html so I'm doing: - Monk Gaze at the Moon 60 40 20 15min - Bending the Bow 70 50 40 30 10 15min - First Med on dvd2 5 60 80 40 30 15min - Second Med on dvd2 50 30 10 15min The last days I feel quite strong tingling sensations in hands and arms, and a relaxing/quiet effect in the mind. Also I feel fatigue and tension in the shoulders, neck, and when doing the 2 sitted meds in the middle/upper back The breath percentage also give me some tension especially at tops of inhalations and exhalations
  5. Hello

Hello everyone, I'm new here I've seen a lot of interesting discussion on this forum so I'd like to step in!
  6. I can quite easly get to the point where piti-shuka arises, problem is that often the joy increases (often with some tears) so much that it becomes exciting and the breath actually gets more coarse... Maybe I give too much attention to the joy/happines arising..

Thank you for the answers!! Two more questions: I'm practicing samatha and vipassana meditations, is FP compatible with these practices? Is there any FP instructor in Europe, maybe near Italy? Thanks again
  8. Newbie (Sex addict - Tao Helping me in so many ways)

Witnessing the event with equanimity is not stimulating it.. IMO Sure, if you have never done this before is quite unusual to do it with such powerfull thought, this I why I've said train to watch in this manner..
  9. Newbie (Sex addict - Tao Helping me in so many ways)

i'm not talking about following the sexual desire, I'm talking about watching it, really watching with detchment. If you want to understand it, be gentle, if I come out of my bush to grasp the wild animal probably it would run away, or worst it would eat me, if I try to beat him I don't skillfully use the possibility to know it..

Hello! I'm new to the forum As sifu Terry Dunn asked me via mail I'll post here my mail question, maybe someone can find it usefull is the ability to heal other beings learned with this system? How is this trained? Is this explained in the DVDs?
  11. Newbie (Sex addict - Tao Helping me in so many ways)

I'm not an expert in sexual retention.. my suggestion is dont get to obsessed with this, dont "turn your mind off" if suppressing thoughts is what you mean.. train to witness these events (sexual desires) without adding nothing, like studying in secret a wild animal, the smallest noise and the animal runs away...
  12. Hello
