Synchronistic I was looking for some massage and it turns out a person in my town does http://www.thereconnection.com/ Apparently it activates redundant DNA. Didn't investigate to closely but I THINK it's $333 for the reconnection and $80 a "normal" session. Recommended to do 3 of those before the reconnection.

Kung Fu Panda is excellent. I get called "the kung fu panda" and I'm very happy with that. It addresses most of the classic martial arts myths. Obviously I wanted a bit more from Mantis and Sifu was a bit mean, but that turned out to be understandable. My current Siamese Fighting Fish is called Po, he is a little dragon warrior

Hi Tim, Welcome to the 'bums. Great to see another Queenslander here, and a Tai Chi practitioner too, excellent. I'm up in Townsville learning Tong Long Kung Fu with my Sifu Ben Sue. As well as various little Taoist bits and pieces. I'm sure you will have fun here.

Most Events that Happen to us do not Matter! An amazing talk by TED
Mal replied to Pietro's topic in General Discussion
So it gets better from here Well considering how my cats behaviour became much "happier" when we turned the air conditioner on yesterday, I'd say much happier. But then they had the stress of competing with the monkeys for the "best" chairs in the "coolest" place so perhaps they would have been happier outside in the heat waiting for sunset Thought provoking thread, cool stuff. -
Not specifically flexibility, but Combat Conditioning slowly increases your flexibility. When I started if I sat on the floor with my legs out straight I was about 10 cm away from touching my toes. Now I can grab my toes and use my feet to "stretch" myself even further forward. If you want fast (well be careful not to tear something, don't rush) I'd check out Stretching Scientifically: A Guide to Flexibility Training or anything else by Thomas Kurz.

Sean, PLEASE HELP ME (From 'gossamer')
Mal replied to gossamer1951's topic in Forum and Tech Support
If anyone can help out with this, most current thread http://www.thetaobums.com/index.php?s=&...ost&p=88643 That would be great. Cheers -
Back as ME So there are options. Hopefully Sean sees some password changes between the last time you used gossamer1951 and when it was changed back to the 7DX%#&*$@3 password that I just used. If Sean sees no password changes :- The "zebra" guess for that is a really really really good hacker erasing their tracks. But the "Horse" guess is your browser is trying to keep track of passwords for sites and getting confused. (in medicine doctors sometimes think of exotic diseases "seeing a zebra" when the common disease "just a horse" fits the symptoms as well. We will know more once we can see the times for the password changes. Sorry Sean, Never reported anything before so only just noticed "not to be used as a method of communicating with moderators for other reasons"

The thing I loved most about kunlun (K1)is it allowed me to sit for 1 hour and not get uncomfortable, then gave me a really nice stillness meditation for 20 min. I'm now trying anapana meditation and I like it. But after ~ 40 min I'm noticing my mind is pretty much "my back hurts, my back hurts, my back hurts." I wiggle occasionally to get a few minutes of relief but I'd like to continue this meditation for longer. So how "still" do people sit when siting? The times I was taught meditation we were told to sit still, but we did not sit for that long. Is this a "full lotus sit through the pain" vs "Just feel comfortable" dicotomy? I'm leaning towards more enjoyable practice sessions so I've even moved away from crossed legs to just sitting on a chair (I'm a LONG way from full lotus but I'm practicing stretches everyday, slow progress) I've tried corps pose too (Reduces my minds "complaints" about my back and shoulder pain) and I've been noticing that there are a few really relaxed meditation postures out there eg. Thanks in advance for any tips p.s. Haha was looking for something a bit more "relaxed" but this is attachment # 420 so PM me if that "means" anything to you

Thanks for the replies everyone Thats why had the question. I had been doing kunlun, a moving meditation. So when going back to siting I had my "preconceived" notion of monks sitting dead still for hours. Was this "the" correct way, "a" correct way, or just "another" way. Of course this image is not of a group of beginners, I love this So I have ana aspiration towards I need to balance, unfold, practice, evolve Currently trying KAP so it's mostly standing, walking and sitting comfortably, loose and straight.

Remember you have had 6 years to reach your conclusion, I've had this morning + your posts last time this happened. So I'm just letting you know where I stand. I like x files too, I WANT to believe you. If I thought you were a lunatic or deranged I would be ignoring you. If it's keylogger you problems make sense. Including the book review one, (obliged to add it also adds evidence to user error and misremembered passwords) TTB and what changes are made in the control panel, like changing a password. An IP address for where the assess is from would be great, but probably not easy unless it's automatically recorded. A test you could try is using one user id on a "clean" computer like a library, only use it on that "clean" computer seeing if it is stable. If it is and then use it on your "suspect" computer. If it then plays up there is a keylogger. Here is something I believe in. Lets say a magician wanted to curse someone. They could make them miserable at will but why waist your energy because after a few choice curses that person will start to believe that everything "bad" or "unusual" happening to them is due to another curse.
