(2006, I need to play with the search function more often ) Just received my copy a few days ago. Normally when I get a book I just flip through a few pages and read bits and pieces here and there to get an overview of the book. (did that with Taoist Yoga) But anywhere that you open Art of the Bedchamber is interesting, I love old texts, it's almost impossible to stop reading. This book really is a goldmine and I have not even read the intro yet Hugh thanks to Procurator for suggesting I read this.

need to read "around" the language a bit in this one. Evil fire as in being attatched to desire / lust. (I think) -
Best Translation Of The Six Yoga's Of Naropa
Mal replied to Starjumper's topic in General Discussion
Possibly not, the feeling is quite subjective, I can't really think of a way to measure it. My Sifu does not discuss Chi much. He like to keep things very practical i.e. "do this exercise, this will happen" -
Best Translation Of The Six Yoga's Of Naropa
Mal replied to Starjumper's topic in General Discussion
Hi Star, I feel "something" move / flow when I do Tai Chi, that "something" moves quite forcefully when I do kung fu. The amount of force has increased a lot this last year, previously it felt more like wishful thinking / my imagination. Wouldn't say I feel Chi "in" my hands when holding the ball, more like I can feel something between my hands. -

Thats no good (getting the flu) drink plenty of fluids and hang in there. If you end up feeling a bit better Ken Cohen's dvd set has a Qi gung for the flu, but I have not had the chance to try it out.

Me to, that is the trouble with the 'net. You get so use to finding out about information really quickly, but when you have to actually get a "thing", it still takes weeks to physically get to the "arse end of the world"

(not focusing on the "dog" part) Actually can't I transfer merit for 40 days? I think that one is a Buddhist practice.
