I don't normally go for this sort of bloodline/reptilian thing. It's so hard to work out what is "true" that IMHO the effort could be better spend doing what is suggested here :- So thanks for posting, needed something to read, slack day at work.

Anyhow I'm still trying to get over the fact that I want to travel interstate to see Max when he comes to Australia (never been outside Queensland, not a traveller) If Australia does not happen this year I might even have enough saved up to go to Hawaii and see him !!! I'm starting to want Red Phoenix.... still think that it's possible to do this without the transmission, time will tell. I wonder if Max could do some lectures for his non-seminar students to download and listen too. I'd like that.

Sorry KoHsuan, thread got lost I find the erection will subside while doing anal breathing. I personally think all these methods are trying to do the same thing i.e. circulate energy, they just explain it in different ways. So I don't see any real differences between anal breathing and the big draw. But the way I remember reading about the big draw, it was explained as a more "strenuous" method at the start (hard contractions IIRC) that would evolve into a more relaxed method with practice. Anal breathing starts out relaxed. The thing I like most about Dr. Lin is his focus on orgasm for the female partner.

Very nice, I'm going to have to look up a few more Tool videos.

Deanne does not own high heels. Perhaps this lack of high heeled shoes is why she refuses to try kunlun dual cultivation As for the 100 days. Even attempting it makes me notice just how much our society uses sex everywhere. I'm glad I stopped watching TV in October, it's just sex.... sex..... sex.....

You never know but your idea might end up like World T'ai Chi & QiGong Day. Everyong practicing on the last Saturday of April each year at 10 A.M. local time, worldwide.

A backward question for taijiquan practitioners
Mal replied to Taomeow's topic in General Discussion
I was going to put in "make sure you have a spotter and/or the area is free of trip hazards" I can get "lost" doing the spins blindfolded and it puts my directions out. My practice space looks big but only in the usualy directions so I often run into trees etc. It's good fun. -

A backward question for taijiquan practitioners

hehe Yes I am use to that look I have a go mirror style now and then. Sifu never encorages us to do that, which I have always found a bit strange as the Yang long form that I do is not as symetrical as newer forms like the Beijing 24. The one Sifu likes is practicing the form blindfolded. That's fun to try -
I recommend some sort of microcosmic orbit variation, whichever one that you prefer. Some meditation systems seem to transform the energy too, but I have not been practicing long enough to tell for sure. Edit. I always liked this one too link Just noticed the new webmasters note Don't have one of those but I used my progasam yesterday and I must say that everything in nice and relaxed again. So it's day 6 and back to easy is right P.S. I should point out that I think a lot of my "tension" yesterday was due to arguments / miscommunication with my partner over the Xmas holidays. Things had been feeling really natural and good and I was surprised how easily this was going. Then tension and emotions built up really quickly. So as well as no "physical" love I was missing my emotional love too. We had a chance to chat and reconnect last night, I'm sure that helped me feel good.

I agree, was not really thinking about people who were still trying to learn the moves. My Sifu started teaching me Tai Chi back in 2002. A 3 month course of weekly lessons. We also have weekly classes lead by one of his students (who has been learning off him for over 10 years) Sifu comes to check on us once or twice a year. And we re-do the 3 month course every year that he teaches it. He also sees us twice a week for kung fu anyhow. But after 2~3 years I stoped getting much "Tai Chi instruction" from him. The last 2 years all I have been told to do is "feel the Chi move" when I practice by myself. So yes you need to be under the guidance of a teacher. My Sifu still goes to get corrected once or twice a year. But practicing Tai Chi itself will teach you enough IMHO.

Hi Mantis, Glad it is going so well for you, it's my 5th and even the guys at work are starting to look attractive! (went total celibacy, since I was having trouble just holding back) It was an interesting Christmas. Normally I like to write Xmas, but this one was definitely not X rated Even the actual kunlun practice felt particularly sexual this morning. This does not feel right or easy.............

I've heard that Max has strange experiences with electrical devices. So.... is there a weird experience that led to this question

I think if you keep practicing Tai Chi "it" will teach you what you need as long as you are willing to listen. My Sifu teaches us Qi Gong with Tai Chi because when you are learning Tai Chi you don't "know" it yet. So it won't work as a Qi Gong. I.e. too busy trying to work out the next move where to place your hands and feet etc. etc. So the Qi Gongs are there to help build your health. We are told it will takes a few months practice before even our simple Qi Gongs can start to "work". I have also read it takes 3 years practice before Tai Chi will "work"

It's just a trick. Stare at a candle flame in a dark room and after enough practice you can make it move. Face changing in a mirror is easier. They were all things I had to do as part of learning visualization. Apart from the practice I don't think they are "useful" as such = just tricks or at the most, roadsigns along the way.

One of the many reasons I love Tong Long is that we don't kick much. I LOVE leg stretches. It's all good, probably time I gave my legs some attention.

I thought the ? was :- should you take a year off posting not do you want to kill Cam and dance on his grave. People might have chosen "take a year off?" because they thought it would be good for you. That's the problem with statistics
