  1. Phobias and Cultivation

I would recomend a psychologist. They fix up that sort of stuff all the time / with various degrees of success. It's not that easy to help yourself sometimes.
  2. I knew combat conditioning was usefull But I don't think that pic is going to help with the 100 days .......
  3. hahahaha, Actually I own a ring of eternal life. It was not that expensive and I get a 100% refund if it fails and I have to return it.
  4. Secrets of Female Formless Awareness

Nice change of avitar Green, the old one was cool too. Yes, keep the post's coming Drew. I also enjoy trying to work out what you are talking about, the effort is always worthwhile IMO although the maths is beyond me. But I use to room with a maths student at uni who played piano and guitar and he use to talk about music like this too, I can only play it. p.s. I'm very close to being inspired to learn how to do a full lotus, trying to remove a few kg in the next few months to make it easier. Any suggestions on how to get the flexibility up. I can do a 1/2 lotus with a cushion but it's not comfortable enough to meditate in for very long, pins and needles
  5. Master Dong Yang Internal Sword

Hi Clear, Would love to se the yang taiji.
  6. Off Topic: What is this Guy Talking about?

Code for a drug deal ?!?
  7. Bodies

  8. Oh she knows I'm crazy and she still likes me !!! and is willing to try "weird" stuff like this. We have been trying "maithuna" this year, mostly based on Dr Lyn's methods and predominantly to "last" for as long as we both want. Lots of practice required but it is fun and we have had some great experiences. Actually Chris suggested that we try the partner exercise in the Kunlun book, we have both read through that and will be trying it out when the time is right, just taking things nice and slowly.
  9. the philosophy behind kunlun

Dreamworls is really cool (I haven't been there for a while, it's a bit far from Townsville) and Yes I think they have Baby Tigers. Steve Irwin's park is really worth a visit too.
  10. the philosophy behind kunlun

Cool, although my rollercoaster ride is more like going on the chipmunk at the local show rather than a cool one like what they have around Dreamworld (Queensland) But it's all good.
  11. the philosophy behind kunlun

Errr, You do realise Mantra is describing an actuall rollercoaster ride. Although it it a good analogy to Kunlun, strap yourself in and enjoy whatever happens As to a video. I don't really see the point IMHO The actual movements are not important, it's what YOU are experiencing while doing it. Seeing what happens to others would just put unnecessary expectations in place.
  12. Found a Kunlun Level One Variation

Hi SereneBlue Congratulations on finding a way around the pain Can't answer your question, except to say go with it and be happy. As to the separate forum thing, with Kunlun in the header it's pretty easy to skip the discussion if not interested
  13. Gee I go on Holidays for a week and it takes 37min to catch up just one thread It was a very fun holiday with Deanne (the other half) where we learnt to Sucba dive. So I've had to restart my counting! Also while I still found 30~45 min to do my kungfu practice I've dropped everything else including Kunlun. I'd like to be included because while I do have a partner :- & So count me in if that's o.k. (asking to be included in a general forum hahaha) My current 100 days practice problem. While I enjoy kunlun I'm finding it hard to get 1 hour (even 20 /20) a day and constant everyday practice. Kung Fu practice is the most important thing in my life so it comes first. I enjoy Tai Chi a lot and try to do it at least once a day. We stop our classes Dec and Jan and this is the time I usually step up the aerobic exercise and try to drop a few kg's. Do a bit of running / swiming etc. I dropped T5T to do kunlun, but I really like what T5T does to my body and I'd like to put some combat contitioning royal court back into my workouts, which is really pressing my time. I'm not too concerned, it took me 8 months before my kung fu practice became an everyday thing but any help / suggestions appricated.....
  14. Kriyas

Interestingly in the Kunlun book lists itchy skin as one of the signs that your practice is working.
  15. Attraction and Energy

Yes, happens to me when I do lots of Tai Chi practice. Friends will ask if I have had a haircut or lost weight. They see something but can't understand what and go with "Your looking better" It's amusing with girls as I would not call myself attractive and the pretty ones never use to talk to me before I started doing this stuff. hahahhah
  16. thankful

Certanly a different (and nicer) way of looking at things
  17. Cutting away all BS

Keep Smiling Max I love your posts too. ? Can anyone tell me how to find the post smile made about time in a thread at the start of november (I think) Been trying to look through the threads but I can't remember which one and I'm not having much luck searching
  18. Yes, I like his stretching book but he does not seem to like the lotus, sort of why I never bothered either as I never has a use for it. But it does seem that I should start practicing. p.s. the Rubber Guard sound intresting, I've done some BJJ but I'm crap.
  19. Was there any mention of which ones / how many you should be doing as a daily practice. And suggestions on how / what to combine them? Also. How hard is it remembering the details of what is taught at the seminar? From my Kung Fu I know that personally I only manage to capture ~10% of something on the first look. It takes me a lots of practice and correction by my teacher over weeks (ok months) before I remember it correctly. Cheers
  20. Actaully anyone got any hints for doing a full lotus? Always wanted to, but its painfull for me and I'm not even close in terms of flexability. Not to bothered about it, but apparently I will need to be able to do one in a few years... Better start stretching
  21. red panax ginseng

Have not been reading this thread, my herbal knowledge is specific rather than broad but.... This is the firt time that I'm actually intrested in red phoenix The general opinion seems to be that it is just a weird experience with no actually benefites. Sounds just like a blunt
  22. Ejaculation control

Hi Mantis, Told you I would think about this and I'm glad I did. I must admit was expecting "something" from sex without ejaculation. I had my own ideas of what this would be like, rather than just being in the now and experiencing it. Thanks you. p.s. High school girls might not be intrested, but real women will love you, hang in there.
