No Tai Chi here for me. 2 hours full lotus and about 30 minutes- 1 hour of standing cultivation daily. Also powerlifting, MMA and yoga. My daily activity is pretty full lol

The insatiable craving of desire to return to this plane of incarnation for materialism, is what keeps a person on the hamster wheel. I'm thinking, the desire to complete 72 levels of mo pai is enough to keep a spirit returning to this plane of physical existence.

My Kundalini popped about 25+ years ago. Western Magick, then Enochian Magick, brought me to Qi manipulating/cultivating techniques. Then I experimented with the copper grounding coils, for the first time, many years ago. (currently, I have revised them again) My energy ran up my front, to my skull. My energy has ran cool - cold since. If I allow MCO to go unattended, it likes to run reverse. However, when the jing runs from my mingmen to my LDT, I break out in a sweat, for a few minutes. (frequently) At this time, I feel yin radiating upwards, like an inverted pyramid, meeting half way through my lower tan tien. I suspect this is the sacral pattern. Also, I feel descending light, like an upright pyramid, descend down upon me, with the base overlapping my lower tan tien. I suspect this is the occipital points pattern. I can feel a hexagram pattern over the LDT. I can sense one over my MDT as well. At this time, my mind is deep in alpha, maybe theta. I am no longer cognizant of my physical body. Jade pillow is bathing in elixir If I pursue, another field of energy engulfs me, very large, like a sphere that fills past the dimensions of my room. I pore breathe all of it. Our bodies, of course, made of sub atomic particles, are just "Empty space" The empty space, absorbs all this energy. There is a brief moment in time, I AM LUX/light. I believe, I levitate briefly during this episode.
