The problem with all this, for me, is I can circulate energy a couple of feet away from my body, and extend meridians a couple of feet above and below me, and still feel it inside of me. if the energy is too strong sometimes, I level it out, this way.

Hi O.C. I have had 100's of experiences with Tarot Pathworking. Here is one: I used the Moon card, envisioned it large. I astral projected via taking the ferry like in river styx/ferryman. Here's a real answer to fix this: Visualize a sphere of energy about 6 inches above your head, and spout the energy out your crown, to that sphere. Now imagine another sphere above that one, about 3 feet higher. Again, spout it from sphere to sphere. One last time, this sphere many feet above the others, high into the atmosphere, again spouting. These spheres are real points on the astral body, and not just visualizations. After the 3rd sphere, allow the energy to shower down into the Earth, and flushing your aura. What this does is distribute your energy, into higher realms. Less overload in the physical.

You answered your own question, right there. "Disorder". Kundalini is an evolutionary energy, that always evolves. It passes through, then changes, once it passes through again. It is a Holy and Respected energy, not a toy to amuse oneself. Depending in your mindframe and what you plan on doing with this energy, it will either uplift you, or break you.
