heart rate increases when doing standing taoist breathing
lino replied to beoman's topic in General Discussion
It's supposed to emulate the kind of breathing that is done through active exercise. Don't think of the heart rate increase as a bad thing. -
The first Arhat/full Buddha is Iblis. He is still alive in the same physical body. All of those millions of years do mean something. He disposed of somebody that was trying to invade my domicile very easily (with one finger).

Pls exercise discretely.

I rather go to my 42 = enjoying life

My bad, thank you. I have to respect other people's processes too

First of all, family and ancestral karmas go all the way to Adam and Eve. Tribal behaviors are a lot more refined than people think. That's not a higher self. That is a person from another realm on this Earth that is assigned to me. I'm not even going to take that "beautiful energy" remark seriously. The etheric shield on a body is supposed to actually be an immune system against people that are not friends and are hostile. Every single cell is supposed to be a back up to this immune system. The three brains sends info out to other people as a redundant backup (dantian trojan is bad). It is really funny that people are getting socially engineered by "sweet talk" rather than looking in the mirror to see if their body is getting fucked up It seems that visual indicators and common sense get insighted out

help critique Daniel Ingram's "hardcore dharma book"

No, he is not an egoist. He found a different way to cultivate away from the Vedas, or at least, I think he did. -

Fuck that shit. I would be "I"ing so much that it wouldn't be funny. I like having an individual identity. -

Can't be too hard. It can be on CD-Rom, dvd-rom, or file share. -

Stream entry isn't what people think it is. It is a physical adaptation that helps keep the brain and spine, at the very least, cool in very hot weather. Stream entry goes all the way into the middle of the head. The pineal gland is a directional compass. It's strange that the kidney point on the foot also connects to it indirectly and has a ship's steering wheel on it in Buddhist symbology. BTW...the truth ending age has lasted for over 17 million years. There is only one fully stabilized Buddha (physically) in the system. BTW...try asking for the 84,000 teachings from a local Buddhist center. -
Satan=Shaitan=adversary isn't quite what people think he is. The word definition is a lot more mundane. Keep in mind that a lot of the Popes did a lot of shit that is considered abuses and exercising incorrectly.

The third chakra isn't what people think it is. I found out that the "third chakra" is really a lump of Uranium installed inside the body.

Don't give me that. I don't want "Jennifer", the former female angel, that black and white being, not "William" or "William Jr." or anybody that you sent. I ain't forgiving a damn thing because that is what protected me from the three-toed being. What they are doing is energetic vampirism. Kind of nice that you were in the MISA thing before. Are you running an extortion scam?

It is a trojan, not a natural part of the body.

Thanks I try to get to Delayed Onset Muscle Soreness. Working out gets strange without it. I'm not sensitive enough to gauge recovery without it. thanks brother

I'm passing up on that. I'll go with what is tried and true. I'll go to the gym.

The whole time I had been with you my health had gotten worse. I'm not having anything to do with it anymore.

A lot of what is out there is wayward cultivation that isn't suited to people that are trying to keep a healthy body, virtue, or realistic/pragmatic behaviors. A lot of this stuff has to be figured out mechanically. The kundalini/tree of death fucks up at least four chakras under the Vedas system. So there are three chakras functional. It matches up with the three pronged pitchfork of a demon...ignorance, aversion, and desire. I'm having trouble matching up the relevant blocked chakras. It isn't stuff that I want to be fucking around with.

The Path of Don Pablo Morales. I'm going the tribal route. I modified the route though.

The Vedas is so fucked up in nature that it limits people. Watch out for the aggressive homosexuality curse/hex. The nine eyes and the eight eyes are anatomically there but take a lot of bullshit to open. People have been poisoned so much. Every person that you see overweight (overfat) is overweight (overfat) because of poisonings. It ain't a calorie surplus. The fat is created to get toxic substances away from the body. The nine eyes are always there but the "most fucked up move" can be accessed at any time. Again, Robert Peng has the four golden wheels script. We are under the Vedas until we see tangible things in this realm happening. So the "most fucked up move" still applies.

My family got excommunicated from the church. I was a little kid at 10 years old. I thought to myself,"I could be a nice guy without heaven." This might have coincided with either having exercised (for a very long time)for two days or/and spending a day at the beach (eight hours in the salt water). Nine eyes is the actual attainment for getting off the Vedas. Watch out for the accompanying curse though. There is a curse on it where people invade aggressive homosexuality and resentment towards some other than benign invasion (Sodom and Gomorrah). The unbenign invasion is your etheric shield reacting towards unseen people that have done you harm before.

I rather have the nine eyes. We are still in the Vedic era and it prepares for the "most fucked up move". BTW...get the four golden wheels from Robert Peng. It is a way to do a contained "most fucked up move" and get away clean.
