On a magical psychological energetic spiritual or whatever level , I have never understood the need for some to get power through others . Why ? When energy can be tapped pure from the source , why get it polluted through some other source ? Someone accused me of it once when we organized a group ritual ; they thought I wanted others present to use their energy , to increase the energy , I asked the same question . We were all drawing from the source not through each other , other people wanted to come themselves to partake of the energy . I can do a lot better without them actually . I got stuck, in a flood , in an apartment, with my friend's 4 yo son for 3 days ... who LOVED Tellytubbies . It was either days of that ... or some other madness would have erupted .
