Oh, its not truly cold ... just a bit . It is however 'unusually' cold - unusual in that with the weather warming up, its the coldest winter in years . But a beautiful morning ; it started misty rose pink / orange , then went to misty yellow orange , now the sun is up and slanting rays through the silver mist and the front paddock has a light sprinkling of sparkly frost . And ..... the solstice is my birthday , so far I have got 2 pair of thick woolly socks , 3 succulents in pots and a nicely arranged bunch of, not flowers but various coloured oyster mushrooms . And my present to myself ? - today I shall finish the last cupboard of my new 'rustic' cabin kitchen remodel ..... finally got rid of those horrible particle board shelves and mouldy old louvred doors that have been bugging me for 30 years ! Now the shelves are sealed glossy white cyprus and the doors Borneo teak with 'rustic' external hinges and handles .

I have that 'awareness' and experience . Now, and for some time , I have pain everyday, for most of the day , but I certainly dont feel like I am suffering because of it . Yesterday, this woman visited me , she went on and on and on Even when I tried to talk, she would pick a subject, phrase or even word from my conversation, and use that to branch off into , yet another gossipy monologue Now that was suffering !

Agreed, but why add 'pretty' in the first place then ?

I find the input of 'girls' relevant regardless of if they are 'pretty' of not .

Because of confusion and unclarity 'Mind' is third in the elemental hierarchy .... only 'one before' 'body' . I have written this a few times ; In a four-fold material manifestation of the elements (meaning one flows into another resulting in a material / physical manifestation , not the three-fold plan of ideal manifestation ) fire manifests first and in the psyche represents 'spirit' , individuality, originality and inspiration. Water comes next and relates to emotions and how we feel about any idea or inspiration ( and here 'feel' is a lot more complex and related to a lot more facilities than just a general idea about 'feeling' ). Third comes mind ; analysis of the idea, working a logical plan to manifest it , accessing the idea's feasibility , etc . Lastly comes 'body' the material manifestation and output of the original 'fiery spark' of the impetus . Most of us have little understanding of 'spirit' (usually its conflated with a misunderstanding about 'soul' and both are seen as some type of 'astral ghost' ) and have unbalanced emotions , potentially volatile and often confused and in conflict internally . Basically that is level 1 and 2 'knocked out' so 'mind' feels it needs to fill the void and be in control of the psyche . Instead of being in the centre of this schemata , we find ourselves out there , hanging on an airy limb * . Hence, all this 'mind stuff' and the mess we are in . Of course, then, even when mind is 'in concert' with the other four faculties , it must be trained and developed to work a certain way . Otherwise it reverts back to its associated element ; air ; is 'all over the place ' , unfocused , etc ..... 'airhead' . But on the level of 'mind alone' (and moreso when all four levels are operating 'in concert' ) I find this advice relevant : " To obtain Magical Power, learn to control thought; admit only those ideas that are in harmony with the end desired, and not every stray and contradictory Idea that presents itself. Fixed thought is a means to an end. Therefore pay attention to the power of silent thought and meditation. Perhaps the 'focus' on mind here ... or' ' why prioritise mind above all other fundamental natures that exist within us ?' is due to the unbalanced nature of the forum ? ie. in plainspeak .... too many guys .

What behind the compulsion to be 'correct' ? It goes back a long way ..... if you where not correct about your observations and what to do about them in our far past , eg hunter gatherer societies ... which we did for a looooong time - hence the 'brain wiring ' you could quickly end up dead , food for something, starving, lost, etc . Nowadays, we have all sorts of devices and arrangements to preserve the stupid and inept .....people can get away with being very 'incorrect' making bad decisions, etc . but the old wiring is still in place so they can still feel the need and compulsion to be correct .... even though the cause to be correct is not present .... most of the time .

Well, gosh that proves it I suppose .... unless ; I will see your ' is established in text ' and raise you a 'Is not established in text . ' Stay tune folks, our new expert in, not just Arabic , but the regional and temporal Arabic of when and where it was written , is about to try and prove some internet slander . .... or just do the 'usual carry - on ' .
