I remember spending some time with her at the end ( a great privilege since she banned any contact except with 3 people ) and her confiding in me ; " I am only 27 and I am going to die .... who will look after my little baby ? " ..... Oh look ! I still have some tears left ! F or me ( and probably some others ) grief never goes away, we just learn to live with it . yet for some others , who exhibit all types of emotional demands, outbursts and expectations ..... I have even seen them seem forget that a passed dear friend ever existed . And they seem confused that 'someone like me ' still misses her , thinks about her , and has framed photograph of her placed on the window shelf , facing out to the the view, forest and sky . Yes. How 'less good' our lives would have been without the Joe's and Sumer's of this world

Nah ... I can be witchy in a moments notice . Well, I wish I knew ! I threw mine out some time ago . Maybe , when the Good Lord handed out serotonin I wasnt behind the door . There are some things I just dont get ! Why dont others have the daily bliss I feel about just being alive ? Why are others so mixed with their emotions ? How come HEAPS of other people, that live where I do and in a simialr lifestyle ( Man ! one has to be SOOOOO lucky to have that ! ) ; a clean environment , low population access to all modern goodies, forests , beaches, all sorts of activities , including spiritual ones , etc etc , yet the local town chemist has the highest distribution er population of anti depressant meds in the state ! Apparently, I am 'on the scale' (of autism ) , due to my emotional state ( or lack of it ) . One life long female friend, who always battled with me about that .... me being 'removed' from 'my' emotions ( wtf that means ? ... more like I was removed from HER emotions ) now , after her menopause , finally agrees with me and wonders what the hell she was doing back then . Many a time people have been frustrated with me for not becoming entangled in THEIR emotions . I have had two other cases like that ; an ex, that used to live here with me many years ago, stopped me in the street and gave me all this positive feedback and recently, my last GF sent me a letter, I couldnt believe what was in it , never been praised like that before . It seems when in the flurry of emotions , reason is clouded . When one can distance themselves from that and let time pass , things get clearer , The reason they dont just throw them out is ... But he raved about his problems and how he thought he was unusual, then found out how many people have developmental problems, had bad upbringing / parents, trauma in childhood etc . And said how now he understood that was 'normal' , most people have that . My experience was the opposite , I thought that THAT was normal ... oh no. We know the world and our society are messed up ! So why would it be creating happy balanced people (en mass ) ? I have commented a few times in posts in threads where we have pulled apart the human psyche and looked at some dynamics ; there seem two schools of thought on this ; one one side we have the psychonaughts ( of sorts ) like Swedenbourg, Steiner , Crowley etc etc who urge us to open Pandora's box ( with the right precautions ) because we should know about the forces that we are dealing with . The other school says they are too dangerous , leave it closed and leave them sealed up in the unconscious . I mean, we get on okay like that . But do we ? Its nearly time for my spring elixir . At the moment the turpentine trees that form a grove that my cabin sits in are flowering , following that the two bloodwood trees that guard the rear of the grove flower . Usually thats when we get some hail and thunderstorms . I first noticed this as the hail knocks off the flowers and I used to see hail and bloodwood flowers on the back 'lawn' together . So after a while I would put a big glass bowl out there . Bloodwood is a purifier, de -tox , anti viral and the gum is , even when watered down a LOT , highly astringent (so its usually used as an external ). So I decided to take it as a 'flower essence' . Now, the bowl gets filled with rain water and lightning and thunder energy and bloodwood flowers and fresh ice hail in it .... what a drink ! Its sort of like zingy honey water .

A case from person experience ( not even a 'lie' but the 'patients' experience' ) ; I am doing night shift (years back) at a Community Youth 'Drop In' Centre . This young woman comes in and smirks and declares "I am going to kill myself ." Me ; " Knives are in the top draw in kitchen ." That stopped her , she looks at me and re accesses. After some banter she says ; "That was a good response , as I was just teasing you . However it was a risky ploy ." and she pulls her sleeves back and her wrists have bad scars on them ... not across the wrist, but down them .... a serious attempt ( tendons and stuff can interfere with a full arteries and veins sever ) . We talk, she has been messed up by years of (bad ) psychiatry and psych drugs . How did it all start ? One night as a young teen she felt herself float out of her body up into the room and could look down and see her sleeping self in the bed beneath her . Startled , she told her parents but they said she was imagining and dreaming . She kept having the experience , vividly . So her parents took her to a psychiatrist . My working companion and I looked at each other . . . . Her ( my work companion ) ; " Have you ever heard of astral projection ? " She had not ( this was back in the 80s) . So we suggested she read up on it . Next week she is back, with the book she got on it and she was glowing ! Aside from her frustration about the past she said her life had now totally changed "I am not crazy any more ! " she joked with us . In her case , her parents did not seem to be able to arbitrate what 'was real ' so they sent her to someone who could ... I mean would .

My first thought on this are ..... more threefold patterns (for those that dont know, I collect and collate 3 fold patterns evidenced in nature ) I am now playing with the idea of a 3 fold operation here being feelings, thoughts and 'urges' (or even 'homeostasis'). Because it seems that 3 fold energies consist of 'a thing' and its two polarities . We could call the urges 'drives' (of which there are 3 main ones, of course ) . A buzz ( a return to homeostasis ) or a 'bust ' ( a disruption in homeostasis - a 'need' ) can be altered , detected or analysed by its effects on the emotions and feelings and the thoughts . The emotions seem to deal with the reactions of the body and the thoughts focus the actions of the body ( eg. extreme thirst may upset the emotions and make them focus on the problem, temporary UNfocusing on all the other 'problems' that previously engaged the emotions { which might be why certain activities that seem risky dangerous and exciting can 'calm the mind' } the thoughts move towards the remedy ; ' Must find water , how do I find water ? ' Well, my thoughts on it are above , but when I read back through them , my feelings about it are somewhat unclear . Damn feelings ! If it was all thoughts an no feelings, I'd be okay !
