Why are your 'spells' creating any type of 'recoil' ? Now I am wondering what sort of practice you are doing and under what instruction ? That should not happen . No. I have not had any symptoms like that . How often is the key . First I would get my blood pressure checked . If that is okay it could be from irritant ; central heating or something in your atmospheric environment . You haven't been putting a lot of magically powerful ..... Our fire season started on the 2nd last day of winter ! Not even a spring retrieve . We already had a fire south of here - arson. Then the fire services put it out and it started again later , re lit they say . Picture sizing works differently ; before I had to click on image and type in a size , now, an image has corner points and I can simply drag it down to any size . Thats a LOT easier .
