You are not true , you are a distraction . See . Its easy peazy to write such mere opinionated statements . Like you did about magical tools in Abramelin ritual . However I was able to cite proof ., cause, rationale, logic . .... be careful Daniel Denial ... next time you get sent off to the wilderness , they might make it more permanent !

Leviticus 16 ... isnt that about some goat being sent off to the wilderness ... but then it came back , and that was indeed considered an evil omen . So after that they took the goat out to the wilderness ( to make sure it would not come back ) ?

I never said making ritual tools was required for the Abramelin operation . Maybe I should have , as they are certainly used ; " ...having placed the lighted Charcoal in the Censer, light the Lamp also. You shall then robe yourself, taking first the White Vestment, and over this you shall put on that 3 of Silk and Gold, then the Girdle, and upon your head you shall place the Crown, and you shall lay the Wand upon the Altar. Then, having put the Perfume in the Censer you shall fall upon your knees ... " ^ There are some classical 'magical weapons / tools ' . Any real ritual magician recognises these instantly and knows their significance and attribution . Its a given that they should be consecrated , 'pure' , 'magical' . The best way to ensure that is to at least 'oversee' the making process, if not do the process yourself . That's basic ritual magic '101' . Besides, what you lean in the making of these things is important magical groundwork and 'base' education ( meaning ; learning from nature { and natural processes and forces } to build a firm base on which to construct one's high aspirations ) . .

I would like to address this bit ^ . We have a 'Steiner School ' next door to our property, it is on land that was ours that we gifted to them decades ago . A spectacular block of land with pristine river frontage and outlook . Also this an 'alternative' area , so many people want to send their kids to an alternative school , and that is the one they choose ( better book in very early and have your money ready ! ). many of these parents are not Christian and dont agree with the concept, yet they send their kids there to learn, not only their version of this but also a lot of other strange stuff . I tell them its Christian but they seem surprised or dont believe me . And if you where Christian ... you certainly would find their version of things 'unusual' . I know as I have taught there as an 'extra ' in various fields and a few of the kids from here have gone there and grew up in that environment . A friend wanted to send her daughter there .... Owwwwww ! I suggested not , she suggested 'Its gonna happen ." I suggested 'Well, kindy perhaps , thats nice there , but get her outa there after that . " She didnt last 6 months , Mum wanted to get her daughter out and get a refund for the rest of the years fees - I laughed at that one ! So she was going to stay for the rest of the year until the money was used up ... now I see that has changed too , little girl is now out already and at the local public school - which is very good , small, connected , communal and also right on the river and does not charge huge fees . When I taught a special program there , there was goss and back stabbing at me about what nasty or horrible things i might want to teach their kids , so I invited any parent to turn up[ to a meeting to discuss it still, only one mother bothered to turn up and discuss it . She ended up being happy nwith it and actually came into some lessons to help me with it . The rest ? Never met any of them !

Well, since it looks like preliminary definitions are popular ( meaning ; descriptions of terms relating to the desired results of the Abramelin rather than the ritual itself ) and alternative rituals to achieve 'same' result ( as in the links above ) , I am going to throw in my 2 cents worth ) on those particular terms and sources . After decades of studying some of the related concepts ' a la Crowley' ( eg, 'Holy Guardian Angel ' and 'True Will' ) and also ( via anthropology / comparative religion ) Zoroastrianism , the latter seems an earlier source . Yes, as pointed out above there is a LOT of Neo platonic influence in what Crowley 're-termed ' but also, some ideas in the Zoroastrian system . However , there is no associated (directly ) ritual or practice . Unfortunately , over 70% of Zoroastrian material has been destroyed ( Alexander the Great and Muslim, invasions ) , it may have existed before , but now lost . If the search engine here works ( it doesnt for me and has not for a LONG time ) try ' khvarenah ' .

THIS is your first post ? Well ... hello then ( you slipped past Cobie ) What a way to start , is this serious ... you DO know what is involved in all that ? The reason I ask and ask if this is serious is , in today;s world ( and going back a few decades ) , in my experience , any 'ritual magician' I know of could not be bothered to organize much more than 'candle magic' . Even making your own simple set of ritual tools seems beyond them ... people just dont do stuff like that any more ( correct me if I am wrong ) ... they just go to some 'new age shop' or order 'magic stuff' on line . Excuse me if you DO have experience ... but in my experience, just making and ritually consecrating a set of ritual tools for an evocation ceremony was a testing, long and grueling enterprise ... and that is without even considering the ritual that was to follow ! And that was 'simplistic' compared to the preparation , time, funds , having an assistant , etc that the Abramelin ritual requires . Then, at the end , what have you got ? and what will you use it for ? Not what the book suggests I hope !

Probably . Sikiran exists in many forms , traditionally its a village foot fighting system where they continually flog each other with fast complex kicks , full contact . The version I did had devolved to a 'karate' form , but it still retained some unusual kicks , the instructor (Filipino ) had remarkable speed, flexibility in the hips and reflexes .- 137 replies

I hope you got the deeper part of the joke . Plenty of youtubes showing 'gun defense ' where the offender sticks the barrel into someone's back or stands within arms reach and they 'jitsu' them ... riiiight ! I was visiting a dojo a while back, they had weapons on the wall including plastic hand guns . me ; " You are not teaching people deference against guns are you ? " he said he was , since no one else was around he goes " Pick one up and I will show you ." Okay dude So I take one up, walk away from him turn and point the 'gun' "Give me your wallet ." He takes it out and in hand offers it . "No no , put it on the floor and kick it over here ." he does . I squat, keeping aim and eye on him and pick it up and pocket it . And he smirked ; " Its just my going out wallet , only got a 20 and no cards in it . " I amide the gun at his kneecap and said 'Bang ! " thats for being a smart arse ! .... and I hope you dont teach your kids to give lip to the guy with the gun ! "- 137 replies

he's great and has a good philosophy * . I found him after I started looking at at some Sonny Umpad ** and ... WOW , confirmation ! meaning that I saw him doing a lot of stuff that I would do against my own 'instructor' as i insisted his knife work and particularly his knife 'defense' he was teaching was downright dangerous ... I would be continually 'cutting' him with a withdraw after an attack - he got 'instructors syndrome' - got used to people being compliant with his techniques - boy did he embarrass himself in front of that visiting escrima guy ..... that really made me think my time with him was over ! ( just one of the things he did ; he was standing facing the escima guy, both with sticks , Escrima guy says " Show me your ready fighting stance." and 'instructor ' bends forward and places his sticks on the ground - exposing the back of his head to him - and then stands up and goes into some type of half karate half boxer ready position ! When he was bent forward , eyes down and exposing the back of his head to the other ... I could see the other's sticks twitching but he controlled himself .. I had arms crossed, casually, one stick under one arm, the other resting on the other shoulder, he asked me the same question ... I just nodded and " have a go " ... he could tell from one look : " See , he is already in it ... your 'ready stance' should be stance you are in right now ." So many problems with this guy , I left - just like nearly every other 'student' of his, except now, I think 1 guy left ... sad . ) anyway , on to the GOOD ones : I would have Jay Jasper as my 'Guro' any day ! : * Its all good , especially 4:40 Jasper meets Sony (teacher )- 137 replies
