Unlucky ? maybe not. You detected a weakness in him, others will too. And some others, with an oppressing and violent bullying nature ( it may be hidden under the 'everyday surface' ) will be attracted to them. Experiments have been done where such types of violent offenders are sat in a position to observe people walking past them, they cant see the person even, just their back as they walk away . Then they asked the offender which of them he would follow, attack, rob and or beat up. Within this group of 'passer by' people where implanted a few previous victims, and they where the ones the offenders targeted. Often unconsciously, and sometimes just by the persona gait and body language and posture. Some people get training to correct this . It was surprising - people exhibited traits to a surprising degree. 'Isian' (Isis) types often fell into the 'victim' category , particularly women that had issues about motherhood, abandonment , tragedy , etc. After a while I realised this related to mythology generally ( ie. extensions to Greek and Roman myth ), I watched one very 'Venusian / Scorpionic' woman continually have issues with 3 partners in a row ( Venus was married to Vulcan, who was lame in one leg ) who where all 'lame' in their left leg . Another Horus type had issues with left eye. IMO Thoth or Ma'at seem the safer ones to emulate. Now I see people here being caught up in the traditional stories and lessons that seem to have been laid down in this land. Anyway, my point is, yes some people do seem weak and to be 'victim about to happen' , but that can be changed, if they want change. I would never make a good opressee ...... to ' ornery ' -

.. another thing to note is an ice age might not be as big an impediment to progress and development as we used to think. Arctic peoples and cultures (and indeed, the crossing to America 'over the top' ) seems to have come about by people adapting to the ice ages, and when the ice retreated north as the warming began, people moved north with the ice as it was the environment they functioned well in ; ice is good to travel on, it supplies extensive 'roadways', building materials, abundant food near the coast, food preservation, etc . I have even seen beautiful cutlery sets from old Arctic cultures ; polished 'silver' looking blades and modern looking handles. Looking at the ice age and the long period of instability before that , we have evidence of people and settlements , in that time, virtually at the Arctic Circle in Siberia . They dont constitute a civilisation though . But it does show that climate change is regional and can have areas of great intensity OR 'refuge' . Perhaps. But reversed it can be a different situation. Take my ex for example, before we got together, the father of her 3 children had her cornered in the kitchen, he had snatched some boiled milk off the stove in a saucepan and was about to throw it in her face - the screams of his own son stopped him. It was an event in a long line of various abuses . Why was she putting up with it ? Can you imagine what it would be like with 3 boys, 2 of them twins, all under 4 and trying to manage that and everything associated by yourself ? All it takes is a bad day, or getting sick or injured. Plus a whole lot of other stuff going on, like the kids pining for their father and being emotionally upset and developing psychological problems due to the behaviour and separations . And yes, I do realise the shoe can be on the other foot - I also had a single father neighbour - with 4 kids ! all young . Great kids and a great guy, but I sensed damage. After a while he told me , not long after the birth of their 4th child - she killed herself . Hard on all of them ... what a task he had! But we cant ignore the stats ....... saying that more women are abused by men , does not in any way IMO negate the fact that men get abused too . So, what's you point Pat ? -

After this , and other recent posts of yours, I sense an unresolved issue. Sure, some women oppress men, we know that, but look at the stats ! .... yes ... I think he ^ would ..... " SKY WATER ATE NATURAL " . Also, he is browen and out of balance as he is in the sea ... and we know how good an insulator water is . Actually here is a tip ... if you are gong to dig your stuck toast out of the toaster, while it is on, with a metal knife, make sure you are standing in a puddle of water first, so there is no grounding .

$250 ! must be a truckload ? Here its a very big rip off at $120 a large trailer load . I got 2 huge trees cut up in a giant pile and about another 8 logs and 2 trees to chainsaw .... so they can stick their $120 per load this winter !
