here is a rare one ; JOE SON DO Joe Son Do, or "the way of Joe Son," is the martial art created by Joe Son, trainer of Kimo Leopoldo and convicted rapist. What exactly was Joe Son Do? We may never know since Son never actually won a fight in his MMA career, going 0-4 (and having a submission loss due to "terror" on his record). ( WTF ? ! ) At the end of the day, Joe Son Do is most famous for getting Son punched in the genitalia repeatedly. Needless to say, people weren't queuing up and asking "Where can I learn that?" so, thankfully, Joe Son Do vanished off of the face of martial arts.

Wonderful ! And might I add ; watch it for a 'natural long time' not for just a 'moment' , not even for a human 'log time' , watch for a 'nature long time'. Also, if you are there and still long enough, nature tends to accept you and you will see things that do not normally happen when people around . That is if you can be still and just watch long enough That is beyond the normal 'long attention span' of the modern man - its a different zone then ..... much is revealed

God made mud. God got lonesome. So God said to some of the mud, "Sit up!" "See all I've made," said God, "the hills, the sea, the sky, the stars." And I was some of the mud that got to sit up and look around. Lucky me, lucky mud. I, mud, sat up and saw what a nice job God had done. Nice going, God. Nobody but you could have done it, God! I certainly couldn't have. I feel very unimportant compared to You. The only way I can feel the least bit important is to think of all the mud that didn't even get to sit up and look around. I got so much, and most mud got so little. Thank you for the honor! Now mud lies down again and goes to sleep. What memories for mud to have! What interesting other kinds of sitting-up mud I met! I loved everything I saw! Good night. I will go to heaven now. The Last Rites of the Bokononism

actually , going on a tangent, after step 9 above, the practice can morph into "Stella Yoga' ; 'travelling ' to and finding union with your 'cosmic natal star' . (Mine is on the Cancer Gemini constellational border near the intersection of two colurs , it doesnt have a name , well, maybe Alpha Nungali ) .... interesting things go on 'there' .

It is ? here I was thinking you were trying to get there physically {Stieney might be able to help you with that gravity problem you could be having . ) Or alternatively

... and just to add , when I use the term 'imagination' .... it might be more than what a lot of people think it is . Here is a good intro to it ;

Yeah . There is a post around here somewhere where I explain how i used this technique to practice and learn over 15 weapons kata, and 15 empty hand kata and each move in those katas variations in applications . Training against 'yourself' (or 'your double' ) 'on the astral' . ie. I imagined I was out of my body and in a 'light body' and I imagined I was trying out and exploring moves with 'myself' . To me, it doesnt matter whether its imagination or not, it is if a thing works for you and gives some practical advantage . However there can be danger, or at least embarrassment ' if someone thinks they are 'travelling in the real world' and seeing and hearing things as they really exist . Such claims have never been able to be proved under tests . IMO that is a waste of time and is 'ego based'. I prefer to do things I get real tangible and beneficial results from .

Sure ..... 'seasy . Let him imagine his own figure (preferably robed in the proper magical garments and armed with the proper magical weapons) as enveloping his physical body, or standing near to and in front of him. 3. Let him then transfer the seat of his consciousness to that imagined figure; so that it may seem to him that he is seeing with its eyes, and hearing with its ears. This will usually be the great difficulty of the operation. 4. Let him then cause that imagined figure to rise in the air to a great height above the earth. 5. Let him then stop and look about him. (It is sometimes difficult to open the eyes.) 6. Probably he will see figures approaching him, or become conscious of a landscape. Let him speak to such figures, and insist upon being answered, using the proper pentagrams and signs, as previously taught. 7. Let him travel about at will, either with or without guidance from such figure or figures. {27} 8. Let him further employ such special invocations as will cause to appear the particular places he may wish to visit. 9. Let him beware of the thousand subtle attacks and deceptions that he will experience, carefully testing the truth of all with whom he speaks. - Liber O

What is it with you and 'astral projection ' ? No, you do not need to 'astral project' to go there. You can go there now , if you game enough . Of course, the little civilisation (pre - historical ) you are talking about is long gone . It is not actually in the Himalayas, but the Pamir Mountains, a westward extension of Himalayas . It was not that they 'spiritual masters' , I am sure they did have some like that, but it became renown due to its advanced level of development (for the time ) and a new type of social regulation that seemed liberal and egalitarian , for the time . There is a Tibetan tradition that wisdom came from the west and further west it states the wisdom came from the east. This centres us on a little known development of civilisation, outside of what is generally accepted http://discovermagazine.com/2006/nov/ancient-towns-excavated-turkmenistan Prior to this ( and associated with these finds ) we have the BMAC area, this developed from the early neolithic indigenous, intrusions from Iranian Plateau, Steppe people from the north (pastoral nomads interfacing with agriculture ) , they all influenced each other and a new 'archaeological complex' ( the evidence , a 'culture' is the inference ) / culture emerged. Note its most easterly extensions . The Pamir mountains are noteworthy in the type of terrain and settlements still found there today. Also their languages are very interesting . Next, we go back to (in this culture) the earliest mentions of an advanced centre and culture , in the Avestan book of the Vendidad where it describes Airyana Vaeja as the 'first nation' and the most beautiful and fair with wise governance . However there has always been dispute as to where this is . But good evidence indicates Pamirs . Verses 10 13-14 of the Meher Yasht state that the land had many mountains, valleys, and pastures (pouru vastraongho) that supported cattle (gave). It was rich in waters (afento), deep lakes (jafra varayo) and wide rivers. The land, while mountainous had alpine meadows and fertile, well-watered vales. There is descriptions of rivers, but as with the Vedas, these are often in contention, and over time rivers can dry or change course. But the Vedas also speak of such a place (and there were links with these people and India , the Indus region being known and catalogued as ' Sapta Hind ' or other spelling variations ) ; Mt Meru the centre of the world . The Wikipedia article on Jambudvipa, the environs in which Mount Meru stands, identifies Jambudvipa with the Pamir region. In the Vedas, each of the four sides of Meru are made of four different precious substances: the south of lapis-lazuli, the west of ruby, the north of gold and the east of silver (or crystal). The Pamir-Badakhshan region was noted for precisely these precious substances and home to the only known lapis mines in antiquity. Further, the lapis mines were in the south of the Pamir region. Texts describe Airyana Vaeja as being mountainous with fertile meadows and valleys. In addition, the opening words of the Avestan Vendidad's chapter listing the sixteen nations, states that if God had not made other countries beautiful in some manner, all the world would have swarmed into Airyana Vaeja on account of its great beauty and - as mentioned elsewhere in the Avesta - because of its wise king and good government, law and order, noble people and serenity. Airyana Vaeja was a paradise on earth - a land of peace and serenity, the best place to live and raise a family. Tibetan Buddhism's book of Kala-Chakra, the Time-Cycle, and Tibetan Buddhism's predecessor religion, Bon, built on and popularized this concept of a lost and hidden paradise on earth, now known to the world as Shangri-La. 'mandala' / map Here is a stylised 'mandala' / map of the central region, they outlaying mountain ranges and associated and related socio-cultural regions Buddhist thangka showing Shambhala with Mount Meru & a temple in the centre The two circular mountain ranges remind us of the description of the Hara and Zeredaza Mountains in the Avesta's Zamyad Yasht "lying all around" - the Zeredaza being the outer range. Here is a map of the central area Note the central region, it is virtually surrounded by a circular river ( explorations of this show it isnt actually encircled, as in the myth, YET locals say in the oast a huge landslide cut off and changed the course of the river . ) It looks uninhabitable , until you get down there in the valleys, and they are just as described in the old ancient writings There are a LOT more comparisons and information than I can list here. But looking at it all, there does not seem to be a better candidate for its location. Still very little is known about this period of history in these locations , The only recent explorations, and a searching for this location is found in the rather excellent series 'Lost Worlds of Alexander ' ( history states how Alexander went through Central Asia and found the kingdoms which evolved from this, an examination of the record shows a complex and advanced civilisation already there ... although the propaganda states Alexander 'founded' about 20 cities in a couple of years .... ... he obviously found them there already established and simply took them over , and 'made them his' . As to what happened to it ? The heavenly nature of Airyana Vaeja during the Jamshidi era reached mythic proportions in Yasht 19.33, the Zamyad Yasht. Then, the weather was neither cold nor hot, there was no untruth and envy, people were undying, water and plants never drying. Then, an 'evil winter' came , that seems to indicate a type of 'mini ice age ' . https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Little_Ice_Age Studying the weather change in Airyana Vaeja, is intersting as , in concert with t pollen and tree ring analysis indicates the Chang Tang plateau in Northern Tibet had a far more liveable environment than it has today - one that supported a primordial civilization - until the climate become colder and drier starting around 1500 BCE, a climate change that caused the population to migrate out of the northern plateau. This ancient Aryan and Zoroastrian link to western Tibet is further exemplified by the common tradition of exposing the dead to birds. - sources Wiki , Zoroastrian Heritage Institute, Books of Avesta, Encyclopaedia Iranica . Iranian-Aryan Connections with Western Tibet. Also, other dynamics were happening ; 'barbarians from the north' invaded , apparently there was some internal corruption but the record simply vanishes . It isnt until much later with the first written records and our first history of Assyria that we might get a hint. The old books talk about an region of inter-relation that extended from the Indus to Anatolia . Then the whole thing 'disappears'. Much later these Assyrian first written records speak of 'Parsa' emerging down from Anatolia through the Zargos mountains and joining with Medes and other Iranian tribes, eventually overthrowing the Assyrians (who had been raiding and subjugating them ) and starting the first 'Persian' Empire. It is fairly possible that they, like many people of the time, were victims to ; https://www.humanjourney.us/ideas-that-shaped-our-modern-world-section/the-bronze-age-collapse/ If you want to you can still go there 'on the astral' as the 'astral plane' is generated by the imagination. I imagine it then would be full of wonderful and phantasmogographicalz stuff ... that caters wonderfully to one's 'divine prejudices'

Its reversed . Everything is reversed during 'astral projection' . It can be a real problem . Thats why you should NOT drink a lot of water before going to bed . However, 'in the astral' you can still travel to a dingy basement and knock things off the window sill in front of your 'mentors' .

I have used a similar techniques with small size river rocks / gravel like a 'hangi' * - but in a gravel bed . Dig fire pit near river in the gravel. Have a fire, fill in the pit on coals with more gravel, then a layer of food, then more hot gravel. * Hangi;
