In that vid I see more of of (Shotokan ... or any similar trip ) adapting away from what it was ( and didnt know or lost, in the first place ) and refinding it, from other sources and then re-introducing it by 'high grade ' teachers to 'high grade ' students, in 'specialised ' seminars etc. To try and make it better and 'keep up' . When many traditions never lost the 'inner teachings' in the first place . Eg. in my years of Shotokan training , hardly ever saw a take down technique ( and was given many a BS reason for that ) . Thing is they didnt know them, and very limited knowledge of the 'complex' and concealed bunkai within their practised forms. Nowadays one can watch 'secret' karate techniques on vids ... they are usually from people going elsewhere, learning stuff and then coming back and marketing it as 'the style' .

here is a good one ; or less natural ; The Unfinished Obelisk at Aswan Estimates went up to around a further 8 months to release the Obelisk from the bedrock . They are the same 'stone pounder' gouges as sown in the vid as 'melted rock' . And these pounders have been found insitu , as they have been found in Puma Punka ... but no stone melting ray guns have been found That vid seems scamy, inaccurate and from a very uneducated source. It is quiet embarrassing for them to show stone pounder grooves as evidence of complex machinery, and shows complete lack of education on the subject to believe them But perfect for sensationalism and if one is already a 'believer' (in stone melting, ancient nuclear energy, etc ) . No ... I dont have the background sound track, cosmic music or woman chanting in background about 'the ancient one ' and yet another mish mash video of continual images , so hard to know which processes you are referring to ... some actually showed 'pounder stone' channels cut into the rock before polishing . And they show concrete and go 'this is modern concrete' then show ancient polished and worked stone. Again, the same tactic as i mentioned above .... you are supposed to infer something from that ? I infer that concrete is made rough and ready, as we all know, it is not comparable to a highly polished granite or marble surface, we might even have in our own kitchen . is the inference that concrete is as good as modern technology can do ? Again, there is no inference made ... they leave that up to you. Why not show the crappy interior fill of the great pyramid and then a modern granite counter top in a kitchen and infer the opposite. But some won't have a clue what I mean here , and will be totally unaware of the scam operating in these types of 'youtubes'

I agree. It boggles my mind ! An amazing feat of ancient tehcnology . only three ? I have read at least 10 on Unexplained mysteries, it has a heap of threads on this place . Some posters are like me and you, some have been there, some are uneducated, guessing and repeating woo-woo but some are highly educated professionals, engineers, geotechs etc . Some really good info on this there . That is because the fine dressing only need be done at the joints and not the whole surface . Violence, murder, drugs, anxiety, are symptoms ( along with many others ) of collapsing culture / society . There are certain causes and certain indications which manifest in a certain order, regardless of the culture, location or time. Its sort of a 'cultural evolutionary law' . There are the opposite; signs that indicate a culture in a positive aspect, evolving and creating the opposite effects. But our present western world culture is exhibiting all the signs of collapse ... and we are up to the terminal stage of indicators . Divine intervention isnt the solution either . We do realise what the remedies are . We have tried them on small scale and they have started to revive some cultures and bringing them back to health and positive outcomes . Some have been bought back from the edge of total annihilation and horror and are recovering . For example ; the Kiadilt people , in the past they were in terminal stage - stages progress towards terminal via such processes as , abuse and non care for sacred sites or communal facilities ( cultural externals) elders, children and infirm ( cultural internals ) , then it progresses to individuals - increased self abuse via drugs or poisons, lack of self worth and purpose, self harm, mutilation and finally suicide and destruction . The Kiadilt were nearly all gone, some survivors practised horrific self mutilation like cutting their noses off or manually ripping off their testicles ( even the possibility of genetic progeny was being destroyed ) . Now they are recovering, increasing in number and finding self worth and pride . However , considering the extent and complexity of modern western world culture , I cant see how the remedies can be applied in this case . ... I guess its just time for us to end ?

Unless the process started before this life . That is why initiation is best undergone in some type of social context or 'fraternity' , temple , monastery, etc . People who have had that experience know what a different world exists 'outside the garden walls' . Thats the other side of things ! Last Sunday I went to the Sikh temple at a nearby town . I have passed it many times and called in once before, but this time I went to the service. Fist time. It was mostly chanting and reading (in Punjabi) with minimal ceremony. What I found interesting was the ' altar ' ; a canopy above, then the scripture and below that .... weapons Now, I am actually used to weapons on an 'altar' ; A sword/s , jo and tanto ( I actually made one of these shomen {'shrine' ) out of bamboo for local Aikido club ) .... but .... 5 huge swords, 5 throwing chakrams and two shields ... ! I am sure that raises an eyebrow or two from visitors ! Also their symbol two curved swords, one double edge sword and a chakram . I quickly made a 'friend' after service and asked about the altar , he said "I will take you up there ." Yes, I have seen the sort of thing you are referring to. I followed the evidence, pictures, authors, ideas, assertions and professional debunking on it for about 5 years on Unexplained Mysteries site. Many solutions and answers have been placed there. Sometimes the answer is soooo simple and obvious its weird that people have missed it. I guess most have seen the 'man moves giant blocks of stone by himself' vids . The most enjoyable demo I had was watching a maori guy carve out one of these with spit and cotton
