..... and there you have it ^ Charging money corrupts . I have never done it for any magical or spiritual services or even for martial arts instruction . The plain and simple matter is ... these guys fool the spiritually gullible when they are vulnerable ... regardless of how they come across, market themselves , get praise , etc . That ^ is in the Hawsbury River , I grew up on sandstone - the 'Hawksbury Basin' it is called as a geological area , I was at the southern extent ; waterways, bushland and sandstone cliffs, rock shelves , caves , ledges , the flora .... The subtropical rainforest is nice ( where I am now ) but its a bit 'muddy' . I often long to get back in that environment .- 145 replies

I dont know what means . If its my route no ... it is very clear ; I went too far east and hit NZ, then south then chucked a right and skirted Antarctica , rounded SW Oz, went NE via Cocos / Keerling Is ..... SW , rounded the Cape , up the west coast of Africa , now approaching Congo . You guys bad on geography aren't ya ?

Eventually . I worked my way back to the coast and found a string of empty mansions ... all of them empty and rather opulent . This black guy came out and went to chase me away but I manged to explain what I was doing and he became friendly . Emmanuel was his name , he was a sort of caretaker and made sure no one used the mansions - except for those one or two weeks a year the rich white owners would come and stay there . he showed me inside one ; it had a tiled floor with glass inserts and down inside the inserts were like dioramas , each representing an ecosystem of Africa , one , for where we were ; the edge of the Namib desert - the Skeleton Coast its called . That;s because if you land there looking for water or get shipwrecked in that area .... that is what you will become . But he said it has a secret meaning .... when the Germans took over and made it ' German West Africa' by the genocide of two huge tribes by driving them into the desert and leaving them there ... way before Nazism . Anyway , they even had live lizards running around in there . Also dioramas filled with plants and water sprayers and air pumps , little 'jungle scenes ' ... a huge lounge room with an indoor Afrikaans BBQ . Crazy shit * ... anyway he gave me a bottle of water ... but said it to tell anyone , he would get into trouble for giving the white people's water away . *

Thats a great question . I hit an indigenous elder with it once ; '' I have all these genetic inheritances connected to 'western traditions' but I was born here and connected to 'place' , I am not sure which path to take .'' he answered that he though I was lucky as I had both and should explore both . Stranger still . Here I am working most days to get this indigenous elders area nice for the upcoming festival . meanwhile in Melbourne , self declared racist neo-Nazis have given a racist speech ( which must have broken several anti-vilification laws) on the steps of parliament house, then gone and attacked and indigenous camp 'site' of representation ; 'Camp Sovereignty ' in Melbourne , violently and beat people up including women . Now, some of my bamboo structures will feature some nice sturdy pieces that can be quickly lifted off . . . just in case .....

But a good bonk with a boken is a very good 'implant' to help avoid bad habits - teacher ; '' Stop sticking your elbow out like that ... it will get hit ! '' Me: '' Stop just saying that and hit it then ! ' eventually ..... 'Bonk!' . That fixed the problem .... got right into the autonomous nervous system it did - no more elbow sticking out . ( in this case I 'asked for it' ... it might not be good idea to start randomly doing that ) .
