I suspect that, depending on the type of forest one attunes to / meditates on , different types of consciousness are stimulated / connected . I had my spot across the river from here ; 'The Nymph Pool ' . Where the waterfall comes over the escarpment opposite, cascades down, through the steep forest into a farm, winds through that (and they got beaut gardens ... been on 'Gardening Australia' tv show a couple of times ) , comes out into the patch of rainforest opposite our land, and before it joins the main river, there was this pool ( 'was' as a big flood totally obliterated it ). A small waterfall, rock ledge, deep enough that side to dive headfirst into the pool. At the top was soft native grass, large enough for two people to spread out on, a single tree that shaded the grass. The rest was surrounded by tree ferns leaning over the clear pool. The other side was a slanted river pebble and sand beach . Wonderful 'forest bathing ' to be had there . Of course there are many 'holes' in the small rivers around here that wind through the rainforest

My recipe would be ; Roast potatoes ( roasted with dry coriander seed pods and mustard seed , pepper , rock salt ) , cool, sprinkle with chopped up ...... garden sprinkles - whatever - lemon juice, fresh ground pepper and salt - dash smoked paprika . < next week's recipe - 'Venusian Oysters ' > ..... I decided I had more room ; made a trellis and planted sugar snap peas - yum . - and now ; its past 3pm ... I have to go to a 1 year old's baby birthday party ...

In my case, others have witnessed ' me ' in 'astral form' at a 'place' interacting with them. However I was not aware of it . At the time . ..... or did forget ? Was it 'me' or an ' autonomous association' ... a 'helper' or 'servitor' , using my form ? Or perhaps a 'higher' and 'more real' past of me , or the 'real superconscious me' , that my 'everyday consciousness' is not or not normally aware of ? It gets complicated ..... this 'consciousness' thing . Then there is 'dreamfish' .... eat them and you want to go straight to sleep and bam ... you are 'out there' ..... 'dreaming' but more real than one can imagine , not like astral projection , but like real, 'its actually happening ' , here and now consciousness .... but its ' dreaming ' . Magically, in the tradition I was in. There is a test one must accomplish to verify the ability. It has nothing to do with any of the above, what I said, or you said. It is , simply, to travel to a location where some examiners are, you have to see and remember and later describe the place, objects people and activities and then report it to them . But that was 'hard core' . Of course, anyone can define it as they wish ... and practice as they wish .

Wow, my 'dwarf' broad beans sooooo big ! nearly taller than me now, masses of flowers but no beans yet The first flowers on the chilli and capsicum . A few ornamental flowers out . Corriander loves the cold though, going well with the parsley. I should be eating brocollini any day now . and heaps of the gai lan sprouts are up and I got the bed for them ready yesterday . I should have garden greens happening for some time now. The Moon and Sun is about to turn .... winter solstice today and new moon in a couple of days ... then things should really take off ... if there is no frost . My potatoes have finally sprouted, nearly got the beds ready .... a plantin I shall I go !
