I just found this old silent film . Thank you for your service ! I did similar work ( but paid ) for 10 years in a public hospital . It certainly brings this question up for contemplation ! I used to also tell a lot of jokes , if they get them, they appreciate it . By staying absolutely 'in the moment ' with them .
