    Im confused, i cant find the 50 20 10 mediation on volume 7 dvd... the first meditation is 80 70 50 30 I have looked on dvd 2 also but the only one close to that sequence is the second meditation which is 50 30 10

    Hi, so i read that one of the meditations in DVD 7 was good for helping you sleep, im trying to sort out my sleeping pattern so i thought i would buy the 7th DVD. I looked on amazon.co.uk and i dont think it is there, anyone know the best place to purchase it in the uk? Thanks

    Hi, i was wondering why when doing mindfulness meditation i see people put the right hand on top of the left, a basic question but since it is done during the standing monk holding pearl meditation i thought i would ask here. The reason i ask this is because i prefer having my left hand on top of my right, feels more comfortable, i hope this does not make me a Sith instead of a Jedi

    Ah thank god, i just want to practice the seated meditations on dvd 2 i must have misunderstood and thought i should be practicing the first three standing meditations everyday. Its funny because when i first started bending the bows and the last standing meditation gave me strong energetic sensations, but now not so, when doing the last standing 'wind above the clouds?' i even had a small cloud of chi gather around my left jaw (which cracks allot) and then it happened again when i was just simply doing mindfulness meditation.

    Hi, i just did monk gazing at moon and felt nothing. Usually when i do monk gazing at moon i feel little anyway, but when i do the seated monk gazing at moon it gets intense, im not sure why this is. Im confused at to where my hands should be exactly, should my finger tips be at the level of my pupils or my nose? Should the inside of my arms by at a 90 degree angle or should i have my forearms closer to my face? Also how wide should the hands be? : L

    Hi, how can one ascertain if they are alchemically compatible, i already seem to have innate healing abilities although i haven't made use of them because im a self destructive fool who has ill for a long time although i seem to be getting better again slowly...then again i guess that's what phoenix do hey destroy themselves only to be reborn. I wonder how far flying phoenix can be taken.

    I really appreciate the support, i managed to beat it before thought i was cured, using a probiotic called symprove but i fell back into addictions and ate stuff i should not have...even still i was fine for a few months then it came back pretty bad and the probiotics dont seem to be working this time. Perhaps it was something else, im just going to have to stick with them be strict with what i eat and patient. Anyway i dont want to turn this into a pity part

    Another reason i would want to learn is to find a way to deal with Archons/Entities as according to one of his student Jim McMillan there is a way...something to do with strengthening yang chi. Im pretty sure ive been messed with my whole life by entities, only last year did i really consider it after waking up in sleep paralysis with a grey standing over me, tbh i would like to get revenge for having been messed with i know realize that my self destructive behavior and addictions in the past where most like encouraged if not caused by entities.

    Mo pai looks incredible, i would love to be able to practice it because it seems to be a very effective way to heal people but also because i have heard it is a way to attain Nirvana. That once one masters all 72 levels they reach Nirvana. If only there was someone in the UK that taught it
  17. Yes i had heard later on it can imbalance people, i was 21 when i initially activated my third eye. However i think that is because i already had an addictive personality, one i am really suffering for now and i think apart from my own inclination towards being intense and obsessive i grw up eating allot of sugary cereals. Coco pop, no joke i think if only my parents told me not to eat them and why i would have had more self control. It has like 36 grams of sugar per 100 grams and i used to eat like 4-6 bowls a day, no wonder i always felt unsatisfied, sugar releases dopamine and what else realeases dopamine porn and i naturally had a high sex drive... i knew it was bad on some level but when i abstained i would have a build of energy in my dan tien but nothing to to focuse that energy on as an outlet... it actually still bothers me to think of all that wasted potential. Anyway so yeah pretty much over doing things, i did have an elemental qi gong teacher but she has stopped teaching which is a real bummer because i loved practicing that, i dont remember nearly enough of it and i do wish i knew more earth element. Funny thing is when i looked at my astrological chart, cant remember the name of the website, i had like 43 planets in fire, 7 in water, 6 in air and only one in earth. I am very ungrounded often in fantasy rather than in the moment interacting with people, i did meet a girl last year that got me in the moment but i messed it up dealing with addictions and terrible IBS... i dont want to believe in any of this twin flame nonsense but its a good explanation for the experience. I hate the way she makes me feel, i cant forget about her and i cant be with her cause i have issues...she is such a prude, driven to be successful materially, strong boundaries, grounded...complete op postie to me . God why am i talking about her, wish there was a drug i could take to cure oneitis. If anyone could suggest some practices i could do for grounding that would be much appreciated, i should probably look some up myself, i already practice flying phoenix and reiki but those are celestial energies i guess so not what i need. Maybe i should completely focus on grounding energies and my other energies will follow. Funny because i have ibs would that also be associated with my lower chakras and earth?

Hi, about 6 years ago i awakened my third eye (shen i guess) ever since i get pressure/bliss daily, 4-5 years ago i tried a meditation to open my heart centre and since then also get spontaneous sensation however ill health and addictions, thought patterns have held me back and it is frustrating because two years ago i used to get really deep liquid bliss in both centers. Feels like i have degenerated/regressed. Anyway once i was dancing like an idiot to drum and bass i twisted my ankle, it hurt allot despite all the bliss i was feeling in my third eye and heart at the time, i sat in a chair and hung it in the air and it still hurt. Then i remember reading that people who have Scorpio ascendants have strong healing abilities so inspired by this i focused all my bliss into my ankle and i did not doubt i could do it and amazingly the pain completely went...so i got up and started dancing some more I also feel allot of chi/bliss in my hands, rarely i seem to be able to do this on command but it happens spontaneously daily, i want to learn how to change that bliss/chi into heat so i can use it for healing/burning things.... i have really bad irritable bowl atm, im fatigued have pain and tinnitis...its frustrating because i know its holding me back and i think i have had it to an extent for at least 5 years but probably my whole life but within the last 3 i have had allot of anti biotics and then becaue i thought i had candida accidentally made it worse by taking allot of anti fungals. Anway i got better after taking probiotics called symprove and i think fermented cod liver oil helped...but i relapsed on my addictions and bad foods...cookies,cereal. Sorry trying to be brief here, anyway its gotten really bad again symprove not working this time perhaps because i dont have fish oil, but now i did a FMT and am taking new probiotics i think i might be recovering again. It just irritates me to know its held me back and been responsible for allot of my bi-polarity, i think antibiotics are partly to blame, hopefully i will heal and overcome all the things holding me back and tap into more bliss and rise like a phoenix. I want to try the RBTI diet once my gut has healed and i have money for the testing, apparently it looks at your body chemistry allowing you to tweek what and when you eat ect so that you have the perfect balance and can be in a state of healing...hope its not bullshit, Reams Biological Theory of Ionization

    Hi, thanks for the reply, i have tried that 8 brocades before and find it very relaxing sometimes but that other video is very interesting i have played around with chi like this before...even before i got into qi gong i was feeling chi, however i feel it mostly as bliss. Sounds great being able to feel this but for some reason i still back into addictions, pointless worry and just frustration at existence. But i think i will try playing around with chi in between my hands more and see if i can then use that to heal my gut, as it is my lower abdomen that is in pain i guess it must be my lower digestive track...guess it would be hard to pinpoint the exact area to focus the chi as the pain might be occurring in an area that isn't actually where the damage is. Sounds strange i know but i suffered a collapsed left lung once and i had allot of pain on top of my left shoulder which was apparently connect to a nerve at the bottom of my diaphragm. If only my orginal qi gong teacher still taught elemental qi gong then i could practice the elements associated with the small and large intestines, so that would be fire and metal. Perhaps though this is not the best way to tackle to problem as it is probably a bacterial over growth, combined with stress and foods that irritate the digestive tract... i just have to be disciplined something i have a hard time with. Funny i can be so determined to over come addictions i know they cause me suffering in the long run but then later i will give in and indulge. Guess this is a question of free will, do i really have any if all it takes is for my brain chemistry to shift and all those promises i have made mean nothing.

    Hi, i have the first three DVD's and i was wondering if any of the meditations in these would be good for curing IBS. Ive had it for almost a year,abdominal pain and veins on my belly when i eat allot and lay down. I seemed to cure it three months ago with the use of probiotics but stupidly i started eating crap food and falling back into addictions of various kinds, 2 weeks ago it came back i think eating dairy especially cereal triggered it and since i have just quit my addictions i am going through withdrawal so the stress is another factor. Almost cant believe i allowed this to come back, i went from 11 stone 4 to 12 stone 13 and for two months no pain and could eat what i want but now im loosing weight again and i have been taking these probiotics for almost 4 months and they dont seem to be helping this time. It really would be great if one or more the meditations could help specifically with this kind of problem, after all it is supposed to be a medical qi gong. I have been practicing the first DVD everyday for almost two weeks now, usually just monk gazing at moon and bending the bows. The energy is definitely more intense each time i do it, i mostly feel it at my throat so i guess that's the bending the bows meditation, now when i do the opening tai chi exercises at the beginning of DVD 1 i already feel the energy so i guess it must be stored some how, how does this work? Does this mean i will learn how to summon it at will, does this also mean that when i do other forms of chi gong say elemental chi gong the energy will run through those channels say if i was doing wood element would the flying phoenix chi i have cultivated run through the meridians associated with wood? I am aiming to do 100 days consecutive practice, even to master all of the flying phoenix eventually, it uplifts me and helps allot with my mood swings and sense of well being. Oh i got my wisdom tooth extracted yesterday so that's another stress-or on my body. Cheers

    Hi, this is my first post on the taobums . Been practicing flying phoenix dvd 1 set for just under a month now, pretty much daily although sometimes i just don't feel it & i was wondering if that means i should just not do it. However other times its can be pretty intense almost too much so, sometimes the feelings makes me want to go mmmmmmmm. I have a clicky jaw, jerks on the left hand side when i open it due to stress and also a very old injury, it stopped round about the time i started practicing, not sure if it just the practice however because i have given up a certain addiction and am now longer as stressed/angry as i used to be...but when i was practicing, wind above the clouds i think, i actually felt the chi around the left side of my jaw noticeable and i could sense it not just on the jaw but millimeters around the jaw like a cloud of energy i guess. I love wind above the clouds, perhaps because its at the end of the set so i have built up more chi/am tapped into it more. Hmmmmm questions, apologies if they have already been asked but this thread is pretty big been a while since i had a read. 1.When doing wind above the clouds in the dvd you go to your right leg first then left then back to right, i have been doing this but the second time i do the whole sequence i go to my left first then right then left... is this wrong? Just felt like i should balance both sides. 2.When im doing a sequence for example bending the bows i will stop in certain places like monk gazing at the moon, or when im doing wind above the clouds i find it sometimes feels good when my left arm is over my left leg and when i bring my arms back up and they are parallel one above another... i call these sticking point, feels good man. Should this be avoided? 3.I have practiced elemental qi gong and the foot posture is train tracked, in FP the feet are slightly flarred again does this matter, guess it must and i should just do as shown...which i do

    Hello, im male 26 live in England and i have been practicing elemental qi gong for just over a year, i have become more and more interested in taoism and the topics on this forum recently. I came across flying phoenix chi gong system and have been practicing it for a couple of weeks now and this finally prompted me to become a member of this site. I have plenty of questions to ask/topics i would like to discuss but for now ill be sure to take my time. Cheers
