    The meat I had was mainly ox tail, so it had to be boiled for 3 hours, but I think that if you boil the meat really soft it is easier to digest Try these and see what you get, remember never mix carbohydrates and proteins. - Chicken egg yolk - Fish eggs - Bee pollen, pine pollen (pine pollen has A LOT of androtestosterone and DHEA, I have a secret recipe that I bought for pine pollen extract that has a strong androgenic effect but normal pollen is fine also) - Goji berries - Hemp seed - Spirulina (- Ox tail if you want to try meat, boil 24 hours if you want to eat the extremely nutritious bone part also, otherwise 3-4 hours)

    Oo back of the mouth I see nice to know after months of doing it the wrong way ! Are you supposed to hold the tongue in the spot while you swallow? It's very difficult EDIT: My MCO is nowhere near open but I can feel a very very very weak sensation moving with my intention, for a long time I wondered why the hell does the sensation go from forehead->cheek->chin->throat, apparently it was due to the error in tongue position !

    I had no problem digesting the meat which I boiled for 3 hours and eggs but the next when I took a dump it felt like passing lava. I'm going to start eating boiled eggs and see what happens, so apparently I'm no longer vegan.. I felt very different after eating meat, hard to describe but very different. I'm not sure if it was different in positive or negative way but that menu really did supercharge me back to track. I'm not sure if I'm gonna eat meat again even if I happen have another nocturnal emission. I might try to replace meat with fish eggs and bone broth. I feel like I don't want to eat the animal flesh if the animal doesn't die willingly. Bashar says that some wild animals sacrifice themselves to bushmen (who have deep spiritual connection with their habitat) to nurture them, definitely very different from the meat that you get from cattle growing. Even if it's organic it's still quite miserable in my opinion. If you're practicing alchemy I think you're not supposed to eat any onions, garlics or leeks ( the 5 pungent spices)

    Yes truly, by the fluid I meant of course the yin jing which can be alchemized to yin qi. I feel quite replenished today, that menu definitely recharged me faster that eating mostly fruit and rice&sprouts. I think I'll add a little bit of eggs & ghee & maybe even Dr. Mercola miracle whey to my diet to fuel the brain so good bye hardcore veganism Very interesting, this is exactly when most of the emissions happen, yesterday I was planning to start waking up at 5 am, I guess I really have to do that.. I've figured out that the problem is that at morning I get an erection, then it starts rubbing the blanket and eventually it causes emission.. So I have to wake up before the first morning erection, yesterday I failed to do that. I can easily complete the 100 days if I can just wake up before the first morning erection and then go right away to horse stance Right before going to bed I do 1 hour of sitting meditation, should I also do horse stance before that? Moving yin and yang I usually practice in the morning training session and it makes me sweat At what point do the females start noticing the yin qi? Is this something that requires years and years of training or does it always happen if you can keep the energy in for 100 days? I fortunately live at the campus of a technical university so 80% of the people here are males. Can other males take your energy as well? I wonder that because most people seem to be masturbating quite a lot here..

    That's only for one day, I don't think it's exagarated at all if you think how much food you need to generate semen & jing By coconut juice I mean't the coconut water, nobody drinks a litre of coconut milk rofl. Coconut water is supposed to hydrate you 3-4 times more efficiently than normal water. Organ meats are just too much for me.... Yup I boiled the ox tail for about 3-4 hours and I just ate it, it was very nice and only 8.70 euros per kilo

    Alrighty I slept too late and of course lost the jing and now I have to start all over again Today's very special menu will be BREAKFAST - 50 grams of bee pollen - 50-100 grams of goji berries - 1 liter of coconut juice LUNCH - 6 organic eggs and 20 grams organic ghee with spinach & chili SNACK #1 - a bar of dark chocolate DINNER - 1 pound of ox tail - half pound of organic beef SNACK #2 - 30 grams of spirulina, 15 grams of moringa leaf, 15 grams of chlorella - 1 liter of tart cherry juice By tomorrow I should be able to tell if this regenerates the fluid faster than my usual rice & sprouts + fruit diet, I'm slightly concerned how my digestion reacts to animal protein after 4-6 months break EDIT: I chose to cook the meat by boiling if for 3 hours, I hope this is the proper way to cook it while preserving the meat's jing

It has been shown to be able to cure Alzheimer's so it definitely has an effect on the brain and it has been shown to increase blood cholesterol levels OR what about coconut water?     At the moment my morning exercise routine is: - Horse stance to the max - Waysun Liao's condensing breathing 30 minutes - Sitting meditation focusing on lower dantian 30 minutes - Moving Yin and Yang 30 minutes (SFQ) - Beathing of the Universe 30 minutes (SFQ) - MCO 30 minutes and when I get the CD from mail I will also do 30 minutes of butterfly meditation as recommended (no idea what that meditation is) and then 1 hour of sitting meditation in the night Is that enough to trigger the alchemical process? that's 1 hour 30 minutes standing meditation, I could do a little more but I don't want to do too much or I get sharp pain in the right knee

    Thank you for the tip thelerner and sonofthegods, I will see if I can I get bones of a strong bull with reasonable effort Spirulina I already eat about 30 grams a day, I think spirulina(30g)+chlorella(15g)+moringa(15g) combo definitely does something to the body, if I drink that combo too late it's a guaranteed nocturnal emission I'll get some ground cocoa beans. I used to eat them every now and then but then I heard someone say how cocoa has neurotoxins and it's too stimulating I really hope horse stance helps with nocturnal emissions, I'm about 160 days no sex/masturbation but the emissions just rob my energy lol.. How many sets of horse stance should I do every morning? Anyone know if frying meat on a frying pan will destroy its jing? Is boiling better?

    At the moment nocturnal emissions happens once every 3 weeks so eating animal protein once a month is not really a big amount I had my body scanned by master Lin and I was told that I already have blockages in my liver, kidneys, spleen, digestion and immune system, so vegan/vegetarian diet doesn't seem to be that much better either

    Well I've always wondered what the dantian is made of, and I practice alchemy meditation for hours per day My goal is to build a solid, hard ball like dantian and I just started thinking maybe the enzyme is powerful enough to start reversing that solidifying process.. That of course depends on what the lower dantian is made of. Crystallized nerve endings, crystallized red blood cells, or some other type(s) of tissue? I just don't know
