  1. Building the foundation and Inner Alchemy

I also know very little about Yoga, but here is some link I was passed by someone a while ago that I never really read. I never had any interest to read it personally, but it seems to cover a lot of information. http://swamij.com/yoga-sutras.htm
  2. Neidan vs Qigong

I was wondering if you know what the Chinese characters are for 'Jen' in Jen Xian as mentioned in this paragraph below: Di Xian... "From this stage the achievements are irreversible in a way of returning transformation (the exception is the phase of Jen Xian where it’s easy to become an ordinary person again after having wasted Ming). But if due to external conditions or because of the body destruction the practice is not completed, it may be needed to revert to the previous level"
  3. Neidan vs Qigong

Thanks, then what is the difference between ordinary Shen and Yuan Shen?
  4. Building the foundation and Inner Alchemy

Is it possible you show any picutres of evident traces on the face and body of someone who practices Dazuo? Are you able to share what signs to look for regarding Ren Xian?
  5. Neidan vs Qigong

Opendao, thank you for this: May I ask you to expand on the following? 1. Yuan Shen not equal to Yang Shen - Can you explain the difference? 2. Shen cannot be converted to Qi - Can you explain what is meant by melting Qi to Shen (η»ƒη‚εŒ–η₯ž). If there is no conversion of Qi to Shen then what is the mechanism? 3. Yuan Qi = Yuan Jing. But their relationships are much more complicated - Is it posslbe to expand more on their relationships and more details of what exactally Yuan Qi and Yuan Jing are, also if possible their relationship with Xing and Ming? Thank you
  6. Building the foundation and Inner Alchemy

Regardless of what text you read or translated, have you achieved Ren Xian or greater with these methods? I think not. Maybe you have had some health improvements, lighter movements and more energy (post natal), but don't even talk about achieving Great Dao, and to even dare to teach others when you are an ordinary person yourself? It's good a joke.
  7. Mind work and meditation in Daoism

Mind work and meditation is nothing related to Dao. A mind with thoughts during practice is normal, if you have no thoughts at all you should be some kind of God already. What's important is no attachment..but of course gradually and according to your level of achievements. If one was to cut all attachments forcefully one would cause them selfs damage. Meditation that you talk of is cultivation of Yin (Xin) without Ming. Stillness causes Yin, movement causes Yang. Simple.
