A baidu page, OK. Can you tell me where I can see it in Daoist Alchemical scriptures? Or who used the term? Zhongliquan definitely didn't use it in chapter 1 on Xians.

Not all correct, 金仙 is from fairytale, there is no achievement of Golden Xian in Daoist scriptures.

Hehe sure, you can argue with Zhongliquan, do you know who it is? He taught Ludongbin, Ludongbin taught Wangchongyang...founder of Quanzhen. But sure, you can argue against their words..

Every child is different, respond differently but make them aware there is more than they experience, that there is a Good Source where everything/everybody flows out of for a reason and 1 day they will return after realising their task here on Earth. Do not tell this all at once but over years and do not tell more than this. If done the right way they will start looking for it on their own for the rest of life, which is their duty. If you present it to them in an obvious way (like religious people do), you will achieve the opposite. Musical instruments were passed on in a different era for a reason and it was not just to listen too their people playing them. Education: 1 method of manipulation. They will be manipulated, but after puberty they have an important opportunity to undo it. They will also get opportunities during the rest of their lives. You cannot stop the manipulation, neither instigate an awakening, that is up to the child and how it responds to the tools provided to it.....the Mind of the Universe following Divine Law is always penetrating your child so it is being provided with the chance to awake every moment. Results and goals differ among different paths, no one said other paths are bad, but the scriptures said (our teachers also said), and as did we ... that not all paths lead to Dao, not all paths are Neidan. If you want Neidan results you cannot achieve them with the false paths, false paths being paths that are not Neidan (even though some claim to be Neidan). This is an important topic, there is a reasons why the Immortal Masters of the past wrote so much on this, don't you think? If we go back millions of years, to another age where all people followed Dao...the first appearences of knowledge are closer to the Truth then later appearances. Gradually less and less people folloing the Dao (over a very long time span I am talking) people moving away from the Dao, false methods and paths being created, moving away from the original Dao and into the false Dao, peoples ego's growing etc etc. Martial arts are created as the sole purpose, Qigong is created for the purpose of health and well being... where these are just merly a single leaf on the tree of the Dao, not the core of Dao, and not a path to return to the Dao with. Today (including at least 3000 years ago) we have thousands of different styles of martial arts, qigong, meditation..etc its impossible to name them all. Compare it to the ripple effect created in a water pond when you throw something in it, the further the waves get from the core, the weaker they are, finally stopping. 5000 years ago is relatively young. Wrong translations, wrong interpretations, new additions, deletions will all mislead you. Therefore, people with the right fate, a true teacher, and with correct methods the their Yuanshen can join with the Dao of the Universe which will enable them to pick out the truths, and discard the false. It is also possible to read wrong translations, and also pick the small amount of truths from them. This is why there is false methods, this is why it is an important topic, and this is why all true schools who still uphold the ancient Daoist traditions make strong points about it.

I don't practice Taiji, the modern way it is taught is not good, and I have no teacher to show me the traditional way of Taiji, but Xingyiquan is a different story.. my teacher can teach this I don't really practice Xingyiquan as such, or at least not how it is practiced today. The skills come as more of a result / side effect of the Neidan. There is no need for forms, just for natural body movement. Which as far as I am concerned is only possible to fully achieve with Neidan as the core. When Ming is full, channels are open, body is strong, light and moveable. With this foundation, no martial arts form can compete.

Came across your old video here ChiDragon. I can see you have practiced a lot, but there is no substance, no power. Refilling yuanjing with Neidan methods also gives this power you are lacking

Great, ill add this as an addition about Yin Shen, while it may be containing some errors, I think it still serves its purpose. Cannot remember the source, I can track it down if someone really insist on it: "When the spirit appears prematurely before the yin has been completely shed, it is known as the yin spirit. If, at the time it emerges, one sees a white light like the Milky Way, then the spirit emerges from the eyes; if one hears the music of metal bells, stone chimes, lutes and windpipes, it emerges from the ears. This is because the yang qi is still not sufficiently mature and robust to burst through the Celestial Pass. Instead it picks these convenient sideways and off-paths to come outOnce it has emerged, it may happily wander about free and easy. It may take a leisurely walk through the streets in a town, may linger on a river bank, or scale a mountain. It may even take physical form. But it certainly cannot divide its form. While it may be able to range far and wide in the human world, it can not ascend in flight and transform. When the sun of a high summer blazes in the sky, then the yin spirit would scurry into hiding for fear of it. Therefore, even though it may have acquired an air of transcendence, it has never departed from the realm of the ghosts. If the ground of the heart has not been rendered void and bright, the gestated fetus will surely not be a holy fetus; the spirit which has emerged will carry with it its impurities. At the site of anything horrible it will be stricken with fright; one glance and it can be stricken with desire. Captivated, it lingers on and forgets to return, only to fall prey to the way of demons. As its body dies, those who do not know will believe [they] have attained immortality through sitting transformation [i.e., dying while meditating]. Who knows that those for whom the yin spirit does not return after its [initial] emergence are not worthy of inquiry." Sitting meditating and dying being passed as Immortality is very a common phenomenon!

Sky, Earth, people, and creatures share one innate disposition and a common substance. In the sky there is yin and yang, on earth there is hard and soft. Among creatures there is the male and female, among people man and woman. When there is yin and yang then there is the sun, the moon, when there is the hard and the soft then there is the existence of mountains and rivers, grasses and trees; when there is the existence of the male and the female then there is viviparous, oviparous, water-born, and metamorphic [birth]; when there are men and women then there is coupling and the birth of children. The presence of a spouse causes lascivious desire to be aroused in the multitudes. Having given birth to an d raised children there is love and affection between husband and wife. Because of desire, love, and affection there are evil obstacles and afflictions. Having evil obstacles and afflictions then one has all bitter adversity,one has birth, old age, sickness, and death. This is why the Most High fostered the virtue of concern for the living, opened the gate to salvation, composed the scripture and established rules, and instructed the people to revert to simplicity and return to the pure; be without desires so that one may see the subtleties, to be possessed of desires so that one may see its boundaries, summon the Dao so as to preserve quiescence; return to the root so as to restore ones vital force 命 (ming); early return, repeatedly accumulate 德 [virtue], deepen ones root so as to solidify ones stem; obtain the One, preserve the inner, empty the mind and fill the belly, soften the will and harden the bones, blunt the acuity, cut the knots, harmonize with [ones own] brilliance, focus the qi and call forth suppleness, embrace the one [until] theres no division, know the male, preserve the feminine, know the white, preserve the black, close the gate, block ones openings (dui兌), drape burlap on ones shoulders while harboring jade in ones bosom, obscurely and mysteriously, its essence is produced daily, elusive and indistinct, its essence doesnt leak out. Produced every day, every day it grows. Because it doesnt leak out, it is no t exhausted. Jing essence can transform into qi, qi can transform into spirit, spirit can return to the Dao. The Five Phases cannot steal it, yin and yang cannot control it. It becomes a single body with the Dao, transcending both sky and earth. This then is Laozis path of nameles pure quiescence."
