The Construction of Judaism
Thrice Daily replied to Nungali's topic in Abrahamic Religions Discussion
Ok, thatās a little too much to answer too. Iāve got to try to reduce the replies to one or two points max. itās a pity you canāt watch the video, there are some nice riddles near the beginning on it that drew me in. One being at 11:50 minutes. Exactly how did they remove the carbon dioxide? (so they could breathe while chiselling perfect tiny passages) in these perfectly built underground shafts. That was the riddle that drew me in and kept me watching it and how they physically fit in there to carve any of it, itās well illustrated in the video at that point. I found it very enriching. Anyway if it doesnāt draw you in a that point, itās probably not for you.. 3:02:40 seconds is the time in the video that covers the visit to Australia. That may be of interest, so please accept the shortcut. The main reason I brought all of this up is due to the relevance of plato influence in Jewish mysticism, and not only do I believe this, but I believe Egypt is primitive by comparison of where itās origins truly lie. I do believe ancient Khem to have been active 10,000 years ago, or at least 7,000 years ago. The sphinx though is much older (as itās been proofed with so much water erosion). I believe this to be the earliest roots and as far back as we can see (in the region relevant to Judaism), In human history and the largest influences on Jewish thought, being so closely tied to Egypt. Am I wrong? As Iām expressing these as opinions, that is just what they are. Iām not asserting them as facts. -

@Nungali I love your response. I do have to be more coherent in my writing. I shouldnāt assume people know information already and should unpack it more with quotes and references if Iām going to bring it upā¦ Ill also try to stick to one point at a time and try to keep things relevant to the thread. However, long and painful as the video I added may seem. Please do watch it, itās worth the hassle. Now much of the video seeks to explain and validate the building skills of the Egyptians and also accredit them for the ongoing structural āworkā around the world both back up to 10,000 years and more close to our times, with huge structures like Cathedrals associated with the secret building methods of the master builders. (The giant and fantastic structures modern builders canāt seem to build today) We would have lovely examples of this in Chicago for example , had the buildings not all be blown up with dynamite after hosting the world fair . It may add some juice to this Jewish conversation if people watch that long video, as believe it or not itās all very much related to the thread and what is ongoing even in present day. Turtle Shells and other two systems another time. Iāll do some digging for thatā¦ -

Iām more aligned with China though and would love to know how far back that REALLY goes. Itās got to be much further than old Lao ā¦ And those other turtle shells that have fragments of the other systems along with I-Ching you never know those two other systems may be uncovered in some underground chamber. oh quick side fact while Iām on. Did you know there are Hieroglyphics found in Australia (accurately lining up with Egyptian history, details of pharaohs at time etc)? Are you aware? There is an excellent French Documentary on the pyramids that mentions this. Itās a fairly modern one, did you see it? Itās here; long but good. Where did Hebrew actually come from, and why is it referred to as āthe language of the Gods?ā -

It was nice and refreshing after all the God tug of war stuff Iāll say that much. I go way back in my flirtation with existence, Iām willing to embrace other Star Systems too. I hear over 80% of the Universe now has the lights switched off and will eventually retract into one super condensed galaxy, eventuallyā¦ Right now there are less Stars being born that ever before as as I say 4/5 of the physical universe is cold deep space. Hermetic , yep itās all in the smelting pot. -

The Construction of Judaism

("Connecting with primordial forces of creation? Fire and water?" pm'd.) I read that the Idea was that Hebraic's were created backwards from last letter to first, This is fascinating to me. And I actually would have guessed that to be the case. (Cyclic Recurrence, I'm a fan of it's ponderance) Can you tell us, when did YHVH appear first in writings, from the likely origin point of Hebrew as a language to the time YHVH was written in Hebrew, How much time was there? is it measurable or is there no way to tell? Also I'm assuming the Dad, Mom, Son, and final Daughter are all suggestive in the physical sense, or have I been wrong in my assumption all these years? Thankyou. Nungali, I'd love to hear your views specifically on this. -

Via the article Nungali shared: https://cswr.hds.harvard.edu/news/2023/09/28/list-lecture-jewish-studies-adam-afterman-kabbalistic-neoplatonism-divine-emanation āFor Maimonides, the overflow metaphor describes how the non-corporeal active intellect affects the material realm, including the human mind. Importantly, this overflow is not understood as a divine substance or a substance at all, but rather as a radiation of power that retains the unchanging character of the active intellect and God's oneness in a philosophical sense, while discussing the relation between the metaphysical and physical realms.ā I canāt tell you how relaxing it is to read this @Nungali Itās a longish article but super easy to read. I hope everybody has a chance to read it. Itās very sensible. Itās easy to see , the conversation removes any flammable fuel when talking about God. Itās what I tried to do earlier and failed. Light reading. āAbulafia emphasized how the overflow is united and integrated, and therefore, individuals may unite with the divine flow through perfection of their imagination and intellect, but not necessarily by working and uniting the powers of the Godhead. The divine flow is the focus of his ecstatic integration with the Godhead, leading to moments of ecstatic union with the unified flow.ā that is brilliant and perfect truth IMHO too, I was trying to explain this in my personal meanderings about the Trinity, early in the|other thread. Itās a pity all Muslims arenāt Mystical Muslims imo and instead choose to filter the light through a 6th Century [20 year] Businessman.. If I had more grappling experience I might disagree.. (Submission š) Compassion works in mysterious ways, certainly canāt please everyone with our actions and deeds, only hope to become more skilful. āNahmanides also refers to the substance using the analogy of water, which can exist as ice, as water, as steam, yet all of these forms retain the same fundamental identity as one substance.ā Great Analogy for a couple of years round 2010 I dropped all reading and energetic considerations in Chi Kung practice and only focused on this. Ice to Water , water to Steam. For external and internal dissolving, Iāve still not thanked Mr Bruce Frantzis for that. Can I ask, do you have one more interfaith dialogue link you could share here, if one springs to mind. I feel they are very valuable š -

Can agree with what you are saying about the constitution. The first and second amendments are excellent agreed. Iām mostly Buddhist inspired in my thinking, but also with some Kung-Fu for defence, but certainly not a fan of the KKK. Slavery has been a harsh part of most religions and Iām glad it got formally banned. I think the juice is worth the squeeze with free speech, even when it comes to firearms being deemed needed to defend it (empty hand combat would be better though) live to fight another dayā¦ Whats your view on guns in the states, do you think over all itās a good call?
-
You can hold me to that. Iām building a nest of them.

@Apech your question , in physical terms is such a crackerā¦ Here is a modern attempt to answer it, (they aired this conversation yesterday :0) Iām half in agreement with. Although Iād have pushed a different theory in about the virgin birth. Iāve got a theory but itās pretty flimsy, on how it could be possible. It may have already been debunked earlier on though with the ālittle Maryā comment, Might share later though as it is unique to thread so far.

Just in case you missed this Gemā¦ Speed + accuracy = efficiency Iām not sure if this movie qualifies in terms of accuracy, still, itās fast paced and highly entertaining. ššššš

@blue eyed snake itās nice to get a laugh out of you. One time my Kung-Fu teacher warned me, I could end up ābalanced to deathā It made my smile inside the same way I felt when I just seen your last reaction. Thanks mateā¦

God youāve a way with words when you get going, Iād have probably just said, it started the lightening on the tree. from in my limited exposure to this type of literature, there are two directions this lightening bolt can be harnessed? In practical matters. I believe itās , devotion (giving up)/directing (bringing down)? Hopefully thatās not butchered it. I wonder if you or Daniel could recommend any reading on this? for practical insight. Thankyou both š -
Right thatās it, Iām becoming Zoroastrian. Im only half kidding when researching Christianity I bumped into Zoroastrian and almost said āsign me up.ā Very sensible way of doing earthly business so it seems. Thanks for the detailed answer, Iām going to return to that and pull at it. It seems a pity we couldnāt have access to this. Thatās the problem, the more sophisticated the system the less likely it will scale worldwide. Unless our collective Karma be ripe enough, I guess some might posit.

I'm not suggesting you guys do. I don't think I've mentioned sin once either. I'm just blasting the thread to get all the Christianity stuff off my chest. I think its really cool that you try to stick with your roots. Really apologies if I've come off as trying to change people, (i'll re-read my stuff, maybe its the tone that's reading wrong) No , I really dig the meaning you find, particularly in language and the roots and migration of words. It's very interesting.. Personally I don't throw my old ways out because of Christianity, I just ask when I put my hands tigether that any skills or talents I have please let me use them for the benefit of others. then I let wu wei do it's thing. No I don't judge differences like that personally, I do like playing devils advocate though within the scope of my ability and education level. I like it hear, its intellectually challenging to keep up with... ā®ļø

I was referring to this story for a bit of levity, St. Issa is said to have traveled widely across the East during the years that the New Testament does not account for (ages 12 to 30). He visited several religious and philosophical centers, learning from and debating with priests, scholars, and sages of different traditions. In Persia (Zoroastrian Land): The legend suggests that during his travels, Issa encountered the followers of Zoroastrianism, a major religious tradition in Persia that worshipped the god Ahura Mazda. Zoroastrianism, founded by the prophet Zarathustra (Zoroaster), was one of the most powerful religious systems in the ancient world, emphasizing the cosmic battle between good (Ahura Mazda) and evil (Angra Mainyu). In this story, Issa engaged with the Zoroastrians and attempted to correct what he believed were misunderstandings in their worship. The narrative says that he tried to convince them that their rituals and focus on fire worship and intermediary divine beings (like the Amesha Spentas) were misguided. Instead, he preached about the worship of one true God, and tried to steer them away from the dualism central to Zoroastrian belief, where good and evil are seen as two opposing forces.

Cool thanks for that, I believe in the middle way, Madhyamaka, and as such I'm a centrist and luckily will not be having to vote in the USA elections so I think it's cool. As long as I can still believe in Jesus, I'm alright.

Yes, I think so, it's a lack of Christian values, those that push those agendas, are often willing to kill to protect their interests and keep the machine going... So basically Christianity Inverted.. Ideologically speaking..

if only Jesus had listened to them...

is working hand in hand with Marxism on the far left. I'm not far left, far from it... It's a bit more complex than saying thankyou fake empathy is. I really do wish you would do a bit of homework before commenting on my words. Sometimes you jump to conclusions and get pretty hurtful a bit too quickly. I'm tough skinned but i'm just letting you know. It's not very nice.
