of course. In terms of our convo above sealing means maintaining a thoughtless mind, particularly not putting the focus of your attention on the 'yuanjing'. In general sealing is the opposite of leakage 漏 lòu to leak; to divulge; which in turn means no thoughts arising (not loss of semen as popularly thought). However thats a vernacular use of the term. In the neidan classics sealing 封 fēng to seal is not used at the MCO starting stage. Instead the technical term 'to seal firmly 固封' refers to the next stage: the year after the 100 days.
