  1. Female Ejaculation=Prostate Fluid

Sorry if I came of too critical of you in the post it was not really my intention it was more the general girls don`t like this male perverted stuff that I am anoyed by. I was thaught to belive anything other than very cuddly romantic sex was just creepy stuff only men wanted and had to have this view unlearned by girls I encountered and female friends. I think a lot of it is an age thing.
  2. Female Ejaculation=Prostate Fluid

Not true at all. I know a bunch of women who like cumshots in the face/mouth it and if you go to any forum on the net that has a sexual discussions section you will find that a large group of women absolutely love it. It is probably an age thing. Wether it is learned from porn or not I don`t care, there is nothing wrong with it and can be highly enjoyed by the man AND the woman. I am so tired of all the never ending whining about how girls are supposedly pressured by their boyfriends all the time to do dirty things she couldn`t possibly enjoy herself. THe fact is that girls are statisticly much kinkier than men and this has been the case througout the time period such surveys have been done. A far higher percentage of women have or frequently have fantazies that would be characherised as dirty or perverted. Fantazies about "playrape" and other types of forced sex range at the top the list consistently. Just go to any forum with a sex section and you will find a bunch of guys that feel a bit confused and intimidated after their girlfirends have requested something such as a playrape or something other really rough. Women are not precious little porcelain dolls in constant need of protection from perverted boyfirends, and I am, and so are many of them as well, tired of having them protraied as such

  5. I used to do that exercise but have forgotten it and will now resume it. It does feel wonderfull and it makes me instantly more confident and seems to boost my willpower or something related. Is it good for the kidneys in general to be warm?
  6. I did not know you were in school! What are you taking? I am also having memory problmes these days despite having had a really great one before. There are probably multiple reasons. Burnout being an important one, excessive dampness in the head and ungroundedness another. My kidneys are really weak and spleen and liver unbalanced. It has gotten quite alot better recently, in large part because of getting rested and stressing myself less. I read somwhere that rest and relaxation is the most important thing for Jing restoration. I have also been practicing a simple technique to boost the kidneys and I learnt this from a medical qigong doctor to improve memory. You take on foot and put it above the other knee/leg and hold it with the opposite hand so that your hand holds the inside of the leg right above your ankle. This should make your palm chakra be directly opposite spleen 6. Spleen 6 connects to the spleen, liver and kidneys so all these get a slight boost from this but that is a minute effect to the next step. You now slap the sole of your foot with the other hand so that your palm chakra more or less hit right at kidney one/bubley springs. This boosts this point a lot and when I do it I get energy boosting up from this point directly to my kidneys. I often do 400 twice a day. A normal person is advised to do no more than 500 a day in total (I think 100-300 would be plenty) but a person with a particular problem can do up untill 800 in total during a day. The kidneys get a massive increase in energy from this so I highly recommend it to anyone with weak kidneys. There are a bunch of qigong forms that aim directly at working with and boosting the kidneys. Some of these should be simple enough to be learnt from dvd or books and there should be something on youtube. In your case it sounds like direct kidney work or direct jing work could be the right thing to do. Image streaming is also a technique that can help memory a lot. Tratak as well. Although your problem seems more energetic. You could also maybe get good help from taking the MaxGXL suplement Ya MU recomends highly. I want to get it myself: http://www.qigongamerica.com/index_Page1906.htm

How about if you are drunk at a new years party Could be interesting
  8. What does it mean to be 'grounded'?

To me it seems to be about your energy and awareness being disperesed over your body in a way that is balanced and that has a sufficient amount of your awareness and energy in the lower part of your body and espeically your legs and that you strongly feel the ground and a stable comfortable connection to it in a way that makes you feel safe. Trust and openess are spleen qualities and the spleen is the earth element and when I work on the spleen I feel those two things and I feel like I stand solidly on the ground and feel trusting and open in a very natural way. Rooting would be feeling a really powerfull conection and pull deeper down into the earth. Grounding and rooting then avoids too much energy being stuck high up with the problems that entails and they give you a strong downward pull so that even if you go way up in some far away astral plane you can use this conection to pull yourself strongly down. Never thought about that but a lot of americans are somhow much less rooted energeticly than eurpeans. Although it varies a lot of course and I supose Texans have thier feet firmly planted on the ground An american once told me "everything that isen`t bolted down slides to California. Good luck on educating the new age people. I have had about zero success. A little more than zero but still not much. They anoy me a lot and I think many would be better of not being at all involved with the stuff they deal with. HOw do they reply to what you tell them? To me being centered has to do with having my main energy and awareness centered in the dan tien and intentionally and physically moving from the dan tien. But I also include having a good part of my awareness in the center line of my body. When I do pilates a lot I feel a strengthening along the spine that gives me a feeling of having a very solid core and center psychologically.
  9. What do you think of the theories of the cupids posined arrow people? They seem to be very anti dopamine and sort of anti passion as well.

I get a strong reaction from seeing your posts. Lots of adrenal activity. In the begining it was way too much and I had to stay away from your posts but now it is much less.
  11. "Before I studied cultivation..."

Most of the time I find it to be a distraction to go arround being aware of my channels and stuff like that. It makes me introverted and somewhat out of the situation and makes it difficult to just be in the "zone". I really want to somehow return to normal as well. Maybe try to just be aware of channels arround practice time?

  13. The Tao Bum Pai

Using primordial qigong (Winns version for example) as the core qigong is a very good idea IMO. It is quite unique in that it sets of the whole core alchemical process in a 15-20 min form. It also blends heaven and earth energy and energy from all directions, it opens the orbit and works a lot on the central channel, it also really grounds you and gives you a lot of good energy. It seems that using an alchemical system of meditation for thetaobum pai would be almost impossible because that would require agreeing on what that system would be and such systems would usually require a lot of guidance. So the core meditation would have to be a stillness/emptiness type of meditation like zen or vipassana or taoist stillness meditation etc. Daniel Ingrams instructions in his free ebook and the suport on technique through thedharamoverground is sufficent to progress well with vipassana without a live teacher. I know there is also a zen guy (monk i think) who daily guides people without access to live teachers through the internett. I don`t remember his name just that he does this and was kicked out from e-sangha. Hi is Soto Zen I think. So if we presume that the core meditation will be one of those kinds of meditations and that there will be links to resources such as those mentioned to guide the person in that style of meditation then what is needed is a system of exercise, qigong, breathing, suporting meditation practices etc. that act as a physical and energetic base and suport for the meditation. Primordial qigong is superb for this because it sets of the whole alchemical process in just 15-20 min. What the form sets of will be nurtured further in the sitting meditation. If one has more time to practice one can practice it 4 times a day or maye more giving about an hour and 20 min of deep alchemical qigong on top of more general health directed stuff which should be more than sufficient. Several bums practice this form with great results and Dan Ferrera found it to be the most powerfull form after going through a bunch of systems and Winn also finds it more powerfull than any thing else he has tried. It can be learned from video without problems. If then primordial qigong provides the core alchemy together with stillness medtiation the rest of the physical practices should aim first and foremost to create correct alignment of the body and provide basic stretching as oposed to creating massive amounts of chi without doing much for the physical health per se. One possibility would be to make a few possible suggested combos of stuff from warior welness and sonnon and intuflow etc. and combine that with some gentle dao yin stretches. Another option would be some basic qigong sets combined with some dao yin stretches. The point of the qigongs would be mainly physical alignment though and learning to center in and move from the dan tien. Winn teaches to combines the inner smile with primordial qigong which one of the bums who did his workshop found very powerfull. Stigweard I think said he thought keeping a small smile and awareness of that smile 24/7 to be the key to alchemy. Maybe he would like to elaborate. As it is a toist meditation and very accessible for begginers and so easy to mix into everything and practice all day during other activities in breaks I think it could be a superb suporting meditation. It also has the advantage of being superb for the psyche. of smoothing out adverse effects of other pracitces, of alowing you to work on five element balance, of allowing you to work directly with each organ, gland, the intestines etc. or any localised block which is good to be able to do when you have a stillness meditation as your core meditation. The Orbit CD from springforest seems to get very good feedback not only from Drew so it could be used as the main oribt opening practice. Winns qigong for opening the orbit in hundred days could be another if someone has actually practiced it and finds it to be good. What would be a good guidline in terms of time spent on other practices before the orbit is opened or for signposts in the practice of the other stuff that show it is a good time to start working more specifically on the orbit. Primordial qigong works very well on the central channel but if one wants a very direct practice to add some form of altenrate nostril breathing or nine bottle breath could be used. 10 min of dan tien breathing still has my vote as a core practice. So primordial qigong, inner smile, stillness medtaiton, dan tien breathing, qigong/something else to provide alignement and correct movement from the dan tien and some dao yin would be my suggestion. If time alows then Zhan Zhuang could be added on top of that. As a suggestion for therapeutic things to lay a very good groundwork I would suggest cranio sacral therapy and structural integration acording to the anatomy trains principles and social engagement protocoll. That will get the whole bodies, and especially the spines, connective tissue in balance. Apparently saving you a couple of years time of adjustments in standing meditation etc in order to achieve the same. It also balances your chakras quite a lot, disolves a lot of tension and trauma, makes your body very well aligned and balances your fight of flight response. Chi nei tsang to sort out stuff in the belly and lower organs and karsai nei tsang if available to sort oout the genital are if these treatments are available. The book unwinding the belly is also very good to use for the same purpose. Doing these treatments early sorts out a lot of stuff, save you from a lot of pain and makes you advance much faster. Very good foundation. Just one trip to an acupuncturist to et your pulse taken and knowing the state of your organs could also be a very usefull suggestion in order to pinpoint organs to focus most on.

Reasuring replies I can see that overworked kidneys could be a factor in addition to being unrooted. This was at least one of the sites I looked at: http://www.kundalini-gateway.org/threads/th_mem.html

This ability to learn almost instantly are we talking only qigong and meditation or academic knowledge as well? I am interested to know what you have seen happen to the memory of those who undergo Kundalini. I came across a site about kundalini the other day and almost everyone had big problems with memory. How does one manage to have all the orgasmic bliss and still function in society and not be blissed out? A lot of the people on the kundlini site I looked at were really blissed out in a not very functional manner. Rooting? It actually seemed like being blissed out, unrooted and memory problems could be linked from what I read on the site. One guy said when his awareness was in his base chakra his memory was much better. Several seemed to be of the opinion that being blissed out made them fluffy and made it hard to think and remember. Several also seemed to be of the opinion that kundalini pushed them strongly to be in the now and if they were it was hard to remember and form memories.

Great idea!! I think som esort of emptiness meditation should be central. Also the inner smile is a very good meditation that can be integrated into almost all other practices. You can focus on hte smilling when you do standing meditation or tai chi or asana or as a one minute "warm up" for qigong or meditation or to get in a nice social state after coming out of meditation etc. And you can easily do it almost all day long while doing other stuff and certainly whenever you have to wait a couple of minutes on the tube or at the office etc. Because this integration into everything makes it such an efficient tool I think it should be included. THe secret smile is also something to consider as so many find it very powerfull and it is suposed to be a very important safety factor and aid in raising kundalini. Dan tien breathing also has my vote. Building a powerful root early also important. Get the body into good physical alignment early is also a priority. Five animals and eight brocades are efficient very well known qigongs that are often used by beginners and that could be used as a basic starter set. Those combined with standing meditation dan tien breathing and inner smile could be a good start.

CHek out alchemicaltaoism.com for tips on how to work with CHias system. Also search for old threads about him hear. His system CAN be done well but it is IMO badly taught and lacking in some respects (I did a workshop with him and a private session). BE carefull with the sexual practices and iron shirt. Be sure to lay a foundation with physical practices, longevity breathing and some stillness meditation and do the inner smile A LOT before you start with the orbit and other such stuff. And you should use Dr LIns technique for mulitple orgasms instead of chias as everyone who tries it thinks it is better. You will find it on alchemicaltaoism.com. Also search for Karezza on the forum here and you will find good threads about the sexual teachings. Actually I would say that you HAVE to dig up those threads in order to really understand the problems with the teachings contained in the mulitorgasmic man. THe sexual teachings has fucked up sooooo many people.
  19. decreased sensitivity

I think the solution is much simpler than long bouts of celibacy and energy practices and all that stuff. Just masturbate very slooooowly, touch DIFFERENTLY than you did before, and vary what you do a lot. And did I say slow. You have to be patient and acept that in the begining when you touch gently and slowly you will feel little. But once the geitals get some patient time of slow and gentle touch you will slowly start to feel much more response from little stimulation. THen you can take it even farther and realy, realy use gentle touch. Do this first for a long time and then see if you need any more of the radical suggestions given. THis is very simple. Oh and breath well while you do it. THe book breathing extacy can be of help to you.
  20. Do you believe that you can learn from the body?

If you learn to move from the center of your body you will also emotionally tune in to the center of your being. If you strengthen the core of the body the core of your psyche will also be strong. When I have worked the muscles suporting my spine very well I have had a strong experience of how the expression "having no spine" actually corresponds well with having a weak spine physically. There is so much mental resilience in having a strong spine physically. Read the book Blink about the immense power and sometimes futility of our intuitive snap judgements. These are often much more precises and better guides than our brains and to tune into them you must tune into your body and especially the dan tien are and physically learn to initiate movements from it. However, there are som instances were these judgments tend to be wrong and the brain is the better problem solver. Blink teaches you about many instances where the one or the other is best.
  21. Precautions for the 5 Tibetan Rites

There is a yoga teacher that has a book with modifications for physical safety. This is his homepage: http://www.t5t.com/
  22. So many

For me the five tibetans was just amazing. Nothing compares. It balances all the chakras and opens the central channel A LOT. But a lot of people don`t get the same benefits. I have no idea why. . It is absolutely worth checking out though. There is a book aobut it with some modifications for physical safety. This is the homepage of the author: http://www.t5t.com/ Another very basic practice you can start up with without personal guidance is simple alternate nostril breathing. Don\t use any sort of breath holding or advanced counting techniques and you should be fine. This balances you profoundly and opens your main channels. There are instructions on Tao semkos blog and I think maybe also santiagos. You can find links to those on Umaatantra.com which has a number of good articles by the way.

  24. Migraines

Cranio sacral therapy!! Are you doing qigong and medtiating etc.? If not well then those things should do a lot. THere are also specific medical qigongs for migraines. THe advice about dan tien breathing sounded very good as it will get energy down and relax at the same time. Mindfulness is also supreemly usefull with any sort of pain. THe mindfulness based stress reduction programes found that peoples pain from more or less any condition was reduced by between 40-50% in a month or two. These were chronic pain patients that nothing else had helped. For migraines especially there should be pain reduction because they can often be tension related. Anyway mindfulness has the benefit of making any pain you do have much more livable. Shinzen young has a superb article on his homepage on reducing and living with physical pain through mindfulness and he also has a CD with specific meditations for pain. THere are some really good yoga programes that are designed to be done during a migraine attack. THese are completely restorative/passive. THey use blocks and belts and bolsters to make the positions even more relaxing. THey also use some sort of cloth to tie around the head and over the eyes to relax them. This is profoundly relaxing and I would presume superb for migraines.
