  1. In his personal practice session someone wrote this: the deer exercise was sundays class. My tantric orgasms have taken a new shape, before it would feel normal with a lot of drawing up, then vibration like shaking when it climaxed now it is smooth the whole time and it doesnt reel like im on the edge. IT just slowly streams up. This seems to be more like the tantric orgasms should be. So maybe this deer exercise is something to try for those working on multiple o and retention. You will find it at umaatantra.com
  2. I am sitting her with an orbit running quite nicely by itself. For my level at least. It started up because I did the five tibetan rites about an hour ago. I can count on one hand, well two probably, the number of times I have tried to move the orbit conciously and that is way in the past. I see people say all the time that when your dan tien is full it will overflow and run the orbit by itself but I am absolutely certain my Dan tien is very far from full so why is it running?
  3. Semen Retention & Modern Day Society

The sixth rite is supposed to do exactly that so it should absolutely help if one is trying to sublimate sexual energy. Someone told me about a guy who tried to go without sex and masturbation for a few months to see what would happen. It felt quite nice and after a few months he lost his sex drive and completly forgot about sex. He then whent for well over a year and decided to get normal again, started having sex and everything back to normal. But I am sure there could be some lastin changes in some instances. Curious about what Biff refers to.
  4. Not to be the 100th guy.

There is a serious MILF where I am at these days. Much more attractive then the younger girls that are here.
  5. Why does my orbit run by itself

That is what I heave always heard and what makes sense to me and I do not have a problem with it I am just puzzled because of the posts that I understood to say that it will not really run by itself (significantly atleast) without the dan tien being "full" and mine just cannot be. That is exactly what it feels like You are exactly right!!!! I have had a bunch of healings, especially with JA MU and I have tuned into Santiago several times. Your siddhis seem to be deveolping nicely You are probably right about that but what I thought was that I have done very little to get energy to gow there in particular. I am really burned out, my sex drive is almost completly gone, I have huge memory problems and I am seriously ungrounded. So it did not make any sense that I had a surplus of energy in my dan tien. What I think is the case is that I have always had a much easier time in accessing my energybody than most people, I can just bring my mind to certain acupoints and make them run and feel a lot of where the energy goes, so my theory is that I have opened very quickly without having made things work and run correctly first. But I am working a lot on grounding an harmonizing now. The tibetans seems to do wonderfull work and doing a lot for the grounding and correcting my awareness and earlier today did a lot of stuff to make my head work better again. So I think I am on my way. Because of this thread I started thinking about the orbit again which made it start to run. I then put my tongue up and today it flows a lot better and the whole thing is very harmonizing and nice and realxing. I certainly get the point about the orbit refining energy. I will keep this up it is perfect for me right now. Any advice on the different toungue positions?
  6. Why does my orbit run by itself

Because I feel a lot of energy going up my spine over my head down my face through the tongue conencted to the palate and down were the front channel is suposed to run etc. THis is also coupled with some shifts in awareness. My awareness in my front body is often outside my body but this pulls it in and that has been my experience before. Also it makes me feel more relaxed and yin when it goes down the front. Sounds orbity doesn't it? Made it stop for sometime by putting a finger from my left hand on the navel. Enery then pulled into it and stopeed runing arround the orbit so much. COuld not make it compeltly stop
  7. Question to Durkhrod...

I find what you say about love being powerfull in this context very interesting and wish you would emphasize that point frequently as I think few people think about that. I will have to order your book soon as my curiosity about this method of cultivation is killing me.
  8. jade woman qigong

Bumpin as I am hoping for a discussion of my question about training with different teachers.
  9. Not to be the 100th guy.

NON as I mentioned in the other thread at charismaarts.com they teach pickup in a very effective but still nice way. There is none of the cocky funny stuff from sosuave you tried and disliked but seemed to have some success with. Since you had some success with the cocky funny stuff you WILL have success with juggler method and you will build more generally aplicable social skills in addtion to pickup skills. Spend some time on their forum asking them questions and reading the material and watching the videos. Juggler is an incredibly nice guy. I also think charismaarts is the only PUA company that does not advertise in a cheesy way. Start wrking with in a slow but steady way. Focus first on just genreal nice conversations with random people. master that to a certain extent and then step it up to girls you are attracted to and work on the flirting. Also definitively follow Santiago and Taos classes as you all live in Miami. They have both qigong, yoga, martial arts and various meditations and can help you tailor your practice to your particular needs and blast you with some energy to give you quicker results and scan your body to see where your blocks are etc. and they are nice people. Do these two things steadily for a year and I promise you life will be completly different. And when you do get going with having sex with girls write a thread her or send me a pm and I will give you lots of info that you can use to make girls come in ways few others can, even if you are a beginner. As I said, do those TWO things steadily and life will get good. And also go get some congitive therapy. You said before you had looked into some of the mindfulness stuff I recomended but did not find it so usefull so then I think cognitive therapy could be what you need as it will help change a lot of your destructive thinking patterns and has well documented results. Also go get cranio sacral therapy. It will help remove a good part of your anxiety and it will put you in to a socially engaged" mode. Read in the thread about the stress eraser about what that means. Also consider using the stress eraser as it will do a lot of the same and so not only relax you but help balance your nervous ssytem in a way that makes you better able to act in socially inteligent ways.
  10. Semen Retention & Modern Day Society

I am sure one day a porn flick will actually be made where someone is doing that When you say that people become feminine because of retention are you talkin about no sex no ejaculations or sex with multiples and no ejaculations?
  11. I am aware that there are some powerfull meditations connected to the Reiki tradition, versions of Tummo etc., however all those I have met who claim to practice reiki, also people who charge for healings, who have nowhere near the results or experiences many people on this forum have through other systems. This is why I said average practioner of Reiki and what I wanted to do was make sure he avoided doing just what this people do and get small results. However, I should have been more clear and said something like I said now to do justice to what is somewhere in the system althoguh not found in the practice of too many of those who say they practice Reiki.
  12. Taoist meditation

The inner smile is Daoist and is a very nice meditation and good for beginners. Once you get the hang of it you can just tune in to the smilling energy for a minute or two and be instantly quite happy, upliftet and realxed and focused. I love it and think it will always somehow be part of what I do. There are several ways to do it included smiling to the organs and glands and intestines etc. Very Daoist indeed I would say.
  13. A friend needs protection

    Santi teaches psychic self protection
  14. My chi balls also try to run away sometimes I do Winns version too I don't know much about the alchmical process just some borad things. But the form excanges positions of fire and water down in hte belly so that the fire comes under the water and cooks it and creates steam which then go up. It also blends heavenly and earthly energy, it focuses on the central channel, it works the three dan tien (look into the third eye in the begining, bring the chi ball up the central channel and out of the heart etc.) and it also blends the lower and middle dan tien. You don't have to know about the alchemical process to make it work. Probably in the begining it is better to just do and see what happens. The movments themselves will make this happen. My teacher after like 15 years of practice of various stuff, 4 years as a monk and several years of doing primordial qigong from winn avoids to do anything to controll the chi when he does this form and he advices me to not do either. Mostly when I have tried it has only hindered my progress I think. I think it is better for you to learn how the chi flows by itself when you do a form that just by movement will set of a good flow of chi then trying to direct the flow acording to the map. In some practices you want to do that but in this it is all in the moves. It might also be quite difficult for you at present to direct things well, you know with chi balls escaping and all. I struggle with that myself when I try. I am good at it at first but then I loose control and chi starts flying all over the place. I save that stuff for later.
  15. A friend needs protection

I also think a therapist would be a good idea. Another practice to consider is the five tibetans. For me it instantly balances all my chakras and brings me into the central channel. No other practice is close to having such an effect on me. It does not work this well on all people though. But for those who click with it it can be very powerful and balancing and it is very easy and quick. It also gives a nice energetic boost. Relaxed but ready to act. So I believe it can be very good for depressed people. Sudarhsan Kriya thaught by Art of Living has shown very quick results in curing depression in several studies. It is kind of like Bastrika. Look it up.
  16. A friend needs protection

Chunyi Lin, Ya MU, Santiago, Jim NAnce, + healing section of the bums. Maybe have him do secret smile and getting him more or less daily acupuncture. He could also do A LOT of healing sounds.
  17. Heart Rhythm meditation?

All this sounds very interesting to me. Especially since this type of training seems to offer some benefits not or very slowly achieved through traditional methods. Firstly, what is socially engaged as defined by these people. Does it mean that in addition to getting relaxed you get in an extroverted and social mode? Secondly, I really like the idea of strenghtening my vagus nerve. I just don't know why I like the idea Since drew and some other people talk so much about how the vagus nerve is involved in spiritual processes it sounds like a good idea to have it strenghtened somehow but I don't really know what it does to begin with and what strenghtening it will do. And what is the difference between just being really relaxed and having a great HRV score? I am also a bit vary of this because if you tain yourself to make your heartrate and breathing be in sync with an ideal for western doctors, you might get stuck at that point depsite, maybe, cultivation practices long term being able to take you to a different and more beneficial but not scientifically well understood place. My hunch is that in this case it is good to do this training, also long term. But in general I am vary of using western advice on this stuff as they just don't know enough yet. If I want to do this sort of training should I use the biofeedback then since that is probably the strongest or does the stresseraser crowd disagree? And if I want to do the biofeedback then what do I buy?
  18. I do that as well. It is very good on many levels. It sets of the entire alchemical process. Not many other single practices does that. It also makes you really grounded and balanced and opens your channels. Works a lot with the central channel.
  19. I don't know much about Reaiki but I think what the average reiki people do is, although beneficial, quite weak compared to a lot of what else is out there. I would look into KAP and Stilness movement. Both are very powerfull and effective and safe systems that several people here practice and are very, very happy with. Both are also easily integrateball into everyday life. KAP only requires about 40 min of practice each day to get realy good results but you can practice it for hours if you want and a lot of the practices are easy to do while you are doing something else such as playing videogames. I think much the same is true for stilness movement although I think the aim in that system is for a bit more practice time. Combine this with mindfulness practices and you have a very solid practice. KAP at least does not have very much physical work, although the teachers could also teach you lots of physical qigong and yoga and teach classes on that localy and have a book about their own type of yoga (Umaa Tantra), so to be complete with KAP some more physical stuff on the side would probably be good. Stilness movement I think includes quite a bit of physical stuff or at least you learn a good bit of physical qigong as well in the workshop although I am not sure if it is a required part of the system per se with much physical practice. Once you get going with any sort of system mindfulness in daily life will be much easier and alrgely effrotless a lot of the time. You can look up threads about both these systems and you can look in the personal practice section to see what people who practice these systems write about them. By the way Stilness movement is apure Taoist system whereas KAP combines practices from yoga, tibet, qigong, Bon and more. About mindfulness you can find lots of good resources about it from a budhist perspective online. Not really sure if the daoist version of mindfulness differs. Shinzen Young has some very clear writings about it. Daniel Ingram has a superb book about the actual practice of Vipassana meditation but is concerned with the deeper meditation not so much the day to day midnfulness.
  20. Anyone know a good way to fall asleep?

yoga nidra acts as a great sleep replacement to compensate for little sleep if you use it in the morning. It somehow simulates the rem faze of sleep. It also "teaches you" how to sleep well and how to fall asleep in addition to giving profound relaxation and concentration making you feel your entire body as one unit, training your visualisation abilities and possibly doing some energywork if you get one of the versions that include spinal breathing or similar stuff. It can also be used to fall asleep but you are woken up at the end by a bell and after that some people get too awake to sleep again although some find it very easy if they choose to. OVer time using it as a morning practice will harmonise your sleep.
  21. Who Teaches Martial Arts?

When you say primordial tai chi do you mean something like the primordial qigong that Winn teaches? It is called tai chi by some people for some reason. Just curious as I do it myself a bit.
  22. women must learn to redirect their orgams too

My teacher said that if you have hot sweaty :dopamine sex and then finish of very heart centered and calm the energy will go to the heart and be transformed. Or you could conciously draw the energy there. He also thought just following the sit still nurturing karezza style would get unbalanced in the end because it emphazises only the nurturing part of sex not the steamy. Tired of thechnique? Read David Deida instead:)
  23. What is your definition of "Western Daoism"?

I don't know much about the particular situation of daoist scholarship and so forth but I do belive that when it comes to the actual practices the west will surpass the east quite fast. I belive this partly because the west aproaches these practices with fresh eyes and that always helps for seing rom for improvement but also because the west brings a freer exchange of information about these practices, more creativity and because we learn more from completly different traditions. Vipassana is already thaught much better many places in the west and innovations such as KAP would have taken much, much longer in the east to arrive. AYP is slowly being improved upon by the free sharing of information between all the students and the teacher in one forum. THetaobums itself has as a collective effort done a lot to figure out how to make the unversial Tao system of mantak chia work more safely and effectively while Chia himself has learnt little. Such things happen in the east as well of course but I belive much much slower.
  24. TCM question

What you say about mindfulness sounds exactly right. You should after sometime also start seeing some of the thinking that underlies the anxiety and then let that just pass by as well. Great that you like Juggler. Learn from Timmy he will give you the best results, especially if body language is an issue, if you like picking up in loud bars and clubs or if you like picking up girls on the dance floor. He has got some great stuff to teach you about game on the dance floor aparently.
  25. jade woman qigong

Cool. About fertility I thought you might be interested in this info about the effect of meditation on women who have problems conceiving: Infertile women have a 42% conception rate, a 38% take-home baby rate, and decreased levels of depression, anxiety, and anger.
