i saw a sensation what is hot in appearance and it was calling me, and i followed it. I saw it and i then stopped following it. I have had followed taht sensation so many years. So desires aren't just things what we can't get. Most of the hot pleasant, awesome sensations aer fulfilled regularly.

That is you will come to know what to do, and one of the things is that you know that you need quit doing sensual pleasure and there you reach to another point in a sequence. it depends on you how much you notice the relevant things and can do discipline to get the wheel started. what pisses me off is the emphasis is put so little on technical and mechanical parts as concrete signs, what doesn't care about how loud you squeal or laugh from happiness.

wouldn't it be more safe? to eat normally and judge from how much poop coming out. If nothing coming out despite have ate normally for months then your body is ready because to apply logic to this situation then surviving without food is easy-peasy. but that logic doesn't take into account that body depends on food not destroy it to get rid of it?! or is it? do we need food energy to reverse engineer oxygen and hydrogen? we don't have to quit eating meanwhile we figure out or purify the body to get knowledge to body or brain to put these pieces together itself and make a working system.

apologies yo, i have some deluded times, it has to be enough strong to give affection to my upper parts, i think the deluded state is some steam pressure in body and the knowledge has to reach top floors, so how easy i am able to receive this knowing is also determine how bad is the state has to be. So we reach to the point of celibacy, and what are the requirements in order to get pass those horrifying states what comes when you feel your life is doomed because no help coming, you go nuts. And even when getting pass those, there is still awful states and its not going to end. The sensual pleasure in a crude forms what eventually aren't anymore feeling like that but still satisfy is lot of circles away. Slowly bettering the karma.
