i see a pattern when i get angry. So i have pretty much defeated it. I think back to it and investigate. So i get better. And then i see a new opportunity and i do it and it gives me more vision. I see new patterns and workings. It is interesting for a while.. till i want to find a way out again....

no work with contract doesn't make me angry. I start die slowly till i do whatever i get out of it. duties what are without contract, asked to do by a master, makes me angry. So anger is a blessing for me that i don't start die.
