    its all easy. If i want to get my toxity fulfilled. I go to youtube, search qigong(for an example, it can be any mediation performance). There is a video of teacher and at one point asks crowds to hug each other--- for me it is cringe overload, but i bear it and live and feels so good if i manage to bear it. --- other part, is first usually i also skim to the comments and see how people bash the teacher taht they have decades of practice with real teachers that there is westerner and doesn't know anything. --- next after i have gotten past that cringeness, i then look those comments and yeah i see how my own angry comments feel. so lets hug each other tenderly.     Person who says no then other person instead of you can have a go. No for best food on table, you let someone else take it. Just use that same mechanic for other situations. If i attack you it means i take the "bad" piece of food. So if i ask food from you, that is same mechanic, or if i steal from you. I i kill something, i don't feel anything. If i cultivate substance(food) and spirit gravitate to me and i don't know why i kill(do, make an action) something, then after that there is intense anxiety suffering wave. Notice how this theory goes more complicated and assumes invisible circumstances not just surface level evil and good.

    Negativity is speech of nothing. If you have something then negative speech is to tell it is going to disappear. Negative speech is for to make the object dissolve, or a person lose its view, correct mistakes, point out fallacies. Its okay to warm yourself on a sunlight, it feels good, specially when coming from a cold place. But ultimately that is a mistake, it shouldn't never happen, that cold place. So you need suffering in order to live, it is your life elixir. You then can move. If it would be all good then the sun wouldn't happen, the universe would not exist...

    nah, you are super. I say that negativity is wholesome. Anxiety "that awful " thing has to be faced in order to break through a point or pattern. There is more to it than just a mere disgust what needs to be got ridden or avoided. We can discipline ourselves to break natural patterns, it feels natural to say that negativity is a thing to avoid. find a way how to walk a straight line? but how you going to do it if you can't face anxiety and negative situations.

    whatever action you make, there is this wave of bad anxiety coming after. Not sure what life one needs to live in order to open to this feeling. When i have negative speech then i have it in my blood. I haven't yet noticed where it comes in. Its a bit annoy me out if people don't understand that this happens and then think that it is possible just by will change to positivity or relaxation. So specially get on my nerves "oh just be guys" but leave out how long i need to stay or what signs i need to see. Just be will make me even more claustrophobic. If you bleed blood, well don't suffer "just be" don't think any negative thoughts...not going to buy me with that advice. edit: im still off the point i want to make. I don't say that destruction is a bad thing or anxiety is a bad thing. I noticed taht it seem currently is the bashing time for negative traits.     know how to fill and empty the heart. This has a name too but i don't want to speculate. But Its necessary to have that done. Once you empty the heart, you don't have anything, also everything is ordinary, and you can't do nothing. There is no special pointers what to do because there is nothing to see besides ordinary. Then comes spirits or whatever start to command you. You will then fill the heart, lets see second time. How to then empty the heart, you need to have it full again so your mind will see it or realize it. I think you need to know how to make yourself small and get a sense that anyone could use you for work or tasks and you will have to do it. Its a sign you are not at least ordinary animal anymore but are able to listen. So you can by your daily tasks and behavior to fill the heart. Then when it is filled you realize you can empty it, not sure but you still have to figure a bit in order to do it, it will unconsciously empty itself, so you start again till you see it how it empties, your own mind sees it first, then you can repeat it. Third time is you do it and its after your mind has seen it. And its not on a place of the heart anymore when you do it. when your heart is empty, there is the sense organ also empty. Just the sense-organ ability to focus in(not on a object but the spatiality or room of sense organ consciousness). When you focus on that emptiness or nothingness, it is also the bottom, the substance or water will flow, then its done. There is lot of struggle because the karma in these points are heavy, these points involve unconsciousness actions for a yin, so it is painful because you making yourself small and you have to listen small tasks. You can't cut straight to strict following of rules of a book, you need to follow orders of a yin and these orders aren't nice often but you will purify by paying debts and get to know what to do. I think its yin, this also cause you a lot of suffering, because of ignorance.

    i just wanted to say that any conversation will end up in lowest point. So you can keep the silence go through the good points and reach the lowest point and then say it out loud. See what happens.
  20. Negative stuff has a value likewise positive have. I do discipline and at some point i see neediness and the need to help. So i attack(its one possibility) by doing that i lose my essence.
