top notch is, we have merit enough to read whats on the table and practice any type of thought there is. if not you wouldn't have access to the highest truth books in so many languages. rennunciation is you renounce the self. You may go to monastery and find your way. But what you need to do is let go, perhaps you need to follow someone for years to be able to know what it feels to be set someone elses idea before your own even if your idea feels more right.

how long they are "going forth"? you don't become arhant or streamentry, these are fruits to what you certificate after you die here. And many i believe take from religions what they need, not following it as a rule.

immortality could mean your power to hold on to your position and not change. And the type of immortality is what you are holding to. Adaptation means your will to change and evolve, everything is in constant change. The speed of adaptation. I doubt your body will become imperishable when you don't have special conditions to evolve to a such thing. there is radiation eating bacters. in body there is all kinds of vapours and reactions, what can be learnt to ignite and grow. Vapour rises then you can take its essence and it drops to the cauldron for futher processes etc.

when you look something naughty, desire might rise in body. When you look at the area between your eyes, space might open and you might recieve spirit. But how you should conscentrate on that spot..

When you become aware, then energies have reached the head. And then you go unconscious till they reach head again, if they don't get depleted meanwhile so it might not happen so often. thats circlical nature. that doesn't change anything. what needed to do is when you become aware you need to start inner alchemy and discovering things and based on these discoverings you futher your knowledge merit and virtue. Awarness is a starting point. when two things come together something has to happen. there is definite steps. Once done its done for this particular circle and can start working on next step.

imho guru is in you yes perhaps, sexual energies are rising to the head, memories are attached to it, you will see it and reaction happens, cultivating more and more it, will eventually understand the code of memories then next time you can work with it more directly and at some point you dissovle it or merge with it and whole new percpective will rise and can work with next guru. Guru is past longterm memories what unconsciously are clouding 6th chakra or consciousness.

im thinking that virtue is also a skill of activating hormones and neurotransmitters. Yin goes over to yang and vice versa. recievers transmitters, emitters..nice stuff.

yes its hard to accept that enlightenment is possible.

perhaps pineal gland is the organ, since it regulates sleep, i wikied. When you wake up then you can even more become wake up by will(fire i think), after "self realization". when you look at the space or in front of you then this area is connected to water i think, sexual organs, desires. Before self realization: connecting both eyes and concentrating on that space in front of you- focuspoint where both eyes are joined and relaxed, its natural. Maintaining that point during the day, it becomes habit, and in sitting practice space opens up or cristallizes after little bit more intense/longer concentration on that point, it might happen several times and from there you get into next step. Then energies will start rising almost on its on, when they are risen far enough you can start sense the self(who i am) and when you stibilze the mind you collapse into it(several ways how to say it). when stimulating self energies, then its rising effect or speeding up, when space in front of you you connect energies to lower areas, energies will run down. there are layers, more than one way to cultivate emptiness, desires,thinking etc. There is no secret teachings, all written in different books.

its easy to detect if you are doing right, one step leads to another, and its virtue what is making the shift to next step. Even after first breakthrough your intuition or knowledge rises and not long after that futher step will be known intuitevely* what wouldn't have possible to do without previous step. basically virtue is something how you interpret old says(for an example), meanings behind words. Meaning behind consciousness. its possible to see through where person could be in his progress. And imho its requiered first breakthrough and person is on the go, that could be one reason why is not heard much exact details what to do higher stages. By the way Bible is rich with info for understanding alchemy and virtue.

What are prenatal Qi, Yuan Qi etc chemical (or any scientific) names or they are chemical processes? since body is biological its fair that there are such things.
