I followed Donna Eden when manipulating chakras. She says the you can clear and strengthen (that is her wording) the chakras by making circular movement above the chacras in clockwise or anticlockwise direction with your hand. You can use this is a mental balance stabilizer. You can also connect chakras by putting one hand on one chakra and another hand on another and you wait. After a while, the chakras will connect and this can be a way to improvement communication between two chakras. Temporarily I experienced better well being when I did However, not immediately, usually there is half a hour delay in response. This may be valid for my body only. I did experience greater effect with one of the chakras was the heart one. so. If you follow meridians with your hands (close to the skin) you can also strengthen/ clear them.

Yes, I felt something... like a radiant light of sun., a thin beam of light (not heavy) yellow energy Also, I felt detachment and some contentment along with it. there was some happiness (a different kind than normal happiness I experienced so far) As if these qualities (detachment and some contentment ) could be perceived... These existed for me on intellectual level only so far. I have never felt like that in my life. Now I see what mediating buddhists must experience. What makes you say that? Many Chi Kung methods are said to iimprove eyesight. Is it not one of them? Same underlying concept?

Many people are afraid of what people think of them. Especially if they think you said something that sheds a bad light on them and their position is weak. Then they lose balance and try to weaken you as well by saying derogatory remarks. (In attempt to strengthen their position.) In other words, if you activate their power instinct and that does not work well for them. "Ego:" in Eastern Traditions. In such cases, sorry may not resolve the situation. You need to know who you deal with it, then you do not need to start such a topic. You need to ask yourself. Do they think their position is weak? Are they mentally instable? Not so random, it is multidimensional question. Stillness-Movement Clinical Qigong & Chinese Taoist Medicine are advertised as great methods, I would be interested what it can do and it cannot do. I know people whose life could be easier if some of these could be healed. And yes, I asked it because convertional medicine does not seem to be always very good at handling these. ok, there is woman on internet who teaches eye improvement methods for free. I think she did it because she follows Jesus. She wrote she would like to be greeted well by Jesus in heaven.. She wanted to reach larger masses. Another argument... Teaching for free good karma? You advocate communism? You weaken commercialism. If you teach for free, you can choose out of more people, Teaching for free - you are helping the poor. (and the rich). Though you may not know who is really what. Teaching for free - if you make a mistake who can complain? They did not pay for it. Teaching for free you get many friends. I had the impression, some people taught for free to protect themselves from becoming too materialistic and egoistic. As if having a large amount of money would corrupt them.

I I think it depends on who you are. Everybody reacts differently on the same questions. One may be offended, others simply may answer the question patiently. And there may be people who just would dismiss it. The number of possible reactions are many. How can I tell? How can you tell?
