  1. If "God" exists, has he always created?

Well, if the universe, space and time are parts of the Source, the Source is still all encompassing and not subject to it's parts. Time is an aspect of the Source, so outside of the Source there's no time. Or space. Or matter, for that matter.
  2. Nature = Good

I grew up in a rural area and loved to hang around and help out on the farms there. Farmers had at most twenty cows and a small tractor, some didn't even have that, but they had old fashioned horsepower. It was marvelous, the pace of living was slow and that generated a natural kind of mindfulness Then I went to live in the city for years, but I always wanted to go back to the countryside. So, this year finally, we bought an old farmhouse in the boondocks. And I soon found out it wasn't like in my youth anymore. Farmers have 800 hectares of land, own huge machines that make lots of noise, and spray lots of toxins. Cows, the thousand or so in one stable, never see the light of day. Pigs are kept in huge pig apartments, which are more like factories. And still, we, humans and our culture, can't be separated from nature.
  3. Daoist Art

Hooray! You know, in man is the most terrible and the most beautiful possible, and art is one of the best things that the human being is capable of. Everyone should make art!
  4. Daoist Art

I'm an illustrator by profession and make a living by selling them on Shutterstock (http://www.shutterstock.com/gallery-709981p1.html is my portfolio there). It's also something for you to consider, you could earn a very decent living there.
  5. Daoist Art

You made this? Congratulations, you're a skilled artist. What software did you use?
  6. Women & TTB

Hey, did I miss a chance to call you guys sexist pigs? I don't think a thread about retention would harm us women. I don't feel it's particularly female unfriendly here, but I think I must have missed a couple of threads. On the other hand, I grew up among mostly boys, so I may not be a standard example from the female species. I have a male brain.
  7. The David Icke Videocast: ISIS - made in America and Israel

@gentlewind: who do you consider a legit conspiracy theorist?Just out of curiosity.
  8. I had a dream yesterday...

Most often the dream carries multiple meanings. Dreams are so creative and provide us with excellent information about ourselves and our paths.
  9. The David Icke Videocast: ISIS - made in America and Israel

Feeling that we belong to one divinity (we can call it Source, or God, or Toiletbrush), it is quite absurd to see that we/I are fighting ourself/ourselves. At the same time it seems that cruel shocks are needed to wake us up from that dream that we call reality.
  10. The David Icke Videocast: ISIS - made in America and Israel

Yes, it is kind of striking, I thought so too. The crescent moon (a symbol of Sin, moon god) and the five pointed star (a symbol of Venus / Isis) are widely used by muslims. A coincidence?
  11. Befriending Money

    Aaaarrrrrrggggggghhhhhhhhh!!!!!!!
  12. The Krebs cycle, from ADP to ATP, or was it the other way around? A slow burning fire.
  13. Befriending Money

Balance is the keyword, as usual. (A positive one, preferably)
  14. Nature = Good

Yes, nature is our mother and we are her children. Hence, everything we do and make and destroy is also natural.
  15. Ethical Hexing

You're never getting free of that stuff if you do those things. Just as idiot_stimpy and thelerner say. Do you know the extent of what you have done, can you oversee the consequences, not only short term but also long term?
  16. Hi Spotless, Interesting to read how someone walks the unknown path before you. As I have only recently woken up to the idea that I am waking up, I'm also wondering about the why do we perceive what we perceive. And I'm not talking about our physical senses. The experience can be subtle, but now and again they are unnerving, to say the least. A couple of months ago, I woke up in the middle of the night hearing someone whisper quite loudly in my ear in a strange language. It sounded like a prayer, a sermon or a spell, and I didn't recognize the language as one of the known earth languages. Needless to say, it freaked me out in the beginning. But, since there was nothing I could do about my perception, I let go of the fear. It lasted about an hour, and I think I may have picked up on someone or something actually praying. Interesting, but it's a thing that I lay beside me, because I can't make sense of it. Recently I also see an overlay of some sort of pattern resembling the flower of life on my normal vision. Or I see a hint of a reality behind this one. I have no frame of reference for this, so I let it rest. And I had the weirdest dream a few weeks ago. In my dream I had a pyramid with the all seeing eye, about 1.20m in height, and put it inside my body, where the all seeing eye converged with my third eye. Upon waking up, my third eye area felt strained. It lasted a week or so. Most peculiar. I might be harming myself in my sleep.
  17. Everyone post some favorite quotes!

“Your naked body should only belong to those who fall in love with your naked soul.” Charles Chaplin
  18. I had a dream yesterday...

Lol, I was going to say something similar. Dig up the dirt!
  19. Carbohydrates.

Neither of them are grains, though. But quinoa isn't either. Not that it matters anyhow. You could also try spelt, it's an archaic wheat and it hasn't been tampered with that much. The search for the perfect food could be never ending, you know.
  20. Help us help Buddhist Discussion

Being insulted so easily should be a reason and an invitation to inspect your selves thoroughly. You can argue all you want, but all it's going to do is keep you away from your goal, which would be attaining enlightenment (I assume).
  21. Help us help Buddhist Discussion

There's no god, ma, in dogma.
  22. Cultivating when in pain

Is it possible to meditate properly or do some other form of cultivation when you're in pain? Is pain something to go through, is it useful in self improvement? Also, did anyone have some form of pain that they didn't want to ask help for, because it feels selfish to do so?
  23. Sometimes I'm scared I'm gonna spontaneous self combust, or set the bed sheets on fire. So now I know it's my good vibrations. Even in the midst of a cold cold winter!
  24. Whats with Blue Members...?

When mentioning a blue member, I see in my minds eye a bod ypart of a very cold male person . I think Freud would have had something to say about that.
  25. on being really strange

Sure, you should! It was a test!
