I wasnt talking about Wang Li Peng directly more of the subject matter of successors and predecessors in taoist sects. What I said was told to me by my teacher. Wang Li Peng is said to be the lineage holder of longmenpai so there are things that are standard in all taoist pai.

All sect masters are shaman and they are taught to be wrathful by their predecessors. The successors are chosen by heaven. "Be aware there will come a child who will signify the beginning of your end whom will carry on the spirit of the lineage. You will know him upon sight." Yes there are stages of progression. I was commenting on the op. There are pure energy breaks. They exist. That has always been the test for distance power. The taoist sects and temples have breaking but it was to test your inner power and they had different types of breaking to test this. What happen to martial arts is that this breaking tradition was not understood and in most cases not passed on. This is where part of the problem begins. Breaking was always to test your internal power. Now the meditations and so forth to go with that in most cases have been lost. So there just isnt static seated and standing meditations they have 2 man drills to develop the delivery of this as well. So its just not correct at all.

Listen there are breaks done like this and this is done by sending your chi done to break the desired brick. Then there is a higher level break where you dont hit the top brick and still have to do the same break.

The real test for distance power is breaking a object like a break from a distance. If you cant break a brick or a stone or board from a distance then you dont have distance power its very simple to understand. Well jindan is something that is misunderstood. One has to understand what it is. It is the the core vibration of the center it is the golden earth chi that supplies all. All neigong neidan whatever breaks down to something on the bagua chart it has to for the energy your cultivating exists in the dao. The problem is teachers are not teaching it right. If you knew that the energy of your system deals with thunder then you can fengshui it in your life meaning this. You get up at 8am and face east you put plants and wood in the east side of your training room to increase the thunder wood energy and so forth. So its misunderstanding in general. If your neidan or neikung isnt leading you into fengshui and the iching then your not fully learning it these things matter. How can you follow the dao if you dont know feng shui and the iching? How an you do your alchemy if you dont know what your actually cultivating?

He later moved to neidan after he learned what gold was. Gold is the universal representation of the earth element in the universe. This golden force exists on the planet and in the universe. As taoist sage you can tap directly into this force and cultivate it directly. You dont have to make it inside the body you an cultivate it directly. I know this for I have a practice that does this.

I was having a conversation with someone last nite about the great teaching that is in all the different taoist alchemic arts. In taoist neigong there is a reason why that alchemy and internal training is structured the way it is outside the obvious. There is something that only practitioners of that art get and there is a reason for this. Most times the art is structured after a force in nature and its expression and there is a specfic affect and spiritual ability that has on humans. The ancient taoist and buddhist found a way to cultivate that force inside the human body and to be the human representative of that force in nature. Understand the great lesson in your alchemy.

Let me bring this point home just because your alchemy develops good health and internal power that is not why it was created or structured the way that it is. There a ton of generic exercises that do that. Your art was made for a very specific reason. Im posting this because I see people mixing arts and others who are just plain unaware of this. It takes a long time to get the gist of what you are really cultivating other than just the obvious. But once you do. You will understand your neigong completely and why it is the way that it is.

But when you do comeback to neigong its 6-7hrs a day of training and retention. This an last up to 7-8 months for your training for your next spiritual attainment. Training is serious and its going to be hell getting to the next stage but progress is never easy. This is spiritual power you dont lose it because you drank wine at olive garden or had sex with your wife later that nite. Your body is the vessel for your spiritual power your body will weaken and that an hinder the flow of your spiritual power but its still there.
